Brought the new steak foot long one, hardly toasted, no cheese, salad thrown on with no precision…. Probably one of the worst subways I’ve ever had, you probably need better sandwich makers!! Won’t be visiting again

Got a 6in subbthat was only 4in

I was I the brunch on Broadway waited in line, asked if I could order at the counter I was probably told to use the machines. Unfortunately I was a cash customer machines do not accept cash as a disabled man in my 50s who is dyslexic and unable to read the machines properly, so I had no breakfast no food, out of embarrassment, having to leave the store empty-handed and then going to McDonald’s a bit further up the road. I think subway needs to encourage their stuff to provide a far better customer service, not all people are able or willing to use the machines provided very unhappy customer

Just went in to buy sandwiches and was greated by ordering machines. I asked if I could orderer at the counter (shop was empty) told no I had to use the machine. Found it very confusing and walked out. Seriously is service so difficult? I won't be using this shop again.

They have brought in touch screen ordering and it's a nightmare. I was clearly struggling (as was everyone else) and I asked if I could order with the person and she basically said no. So I continued with the order and then she had to make it anyway!? But I wasted 5 minutes on the machine. Then she made 3 Uber eats/deliveroo orders in front of mine. I've also ordered from this place and it came smashed up and bent. Unfortunately the service and food in this subway is terrible compared to others.

After they brought kiosk have to wait for ever coz kiosk is in priority. Will stop using it

Was greeted by a touchscreen and when I tried to order i couldnt customise how I wanted it, I was told "thats just how it is now". I voted with my wallet and left and wont return, thats just how it is now!

Been coming in here off and on for years on the way back from both kids football matches. Not been in for a while but popped in this morning after a match in Rochdale. Unfortunately the shop has changed and they now have machines where you have to order, I was struggling with machine as it wouldn’t do the combination my son wanted which is literally both types of cheese, machine would only let you order one type. Asked at till if I could order there but was told to use the machine so after trying again I saw my ar@e and gave up and drove all the way to my regular one at openshaw. There was only one customer in the shops who was sat down and who had already been served. Can’t believe I couldn’t order in person! Won’t bother going in again which is a shame as it’s actually usually a lovely shop.

I always use this Subway to cater for large work training events. The two women with dark hair (I believe one is the manager) are fantastic. Great service, super friendly and food is always fresh and presented really well!

Staff, great! Subway need to have more lovely staff and support their store and current staff. Very long waits. Lacking in indoor seating. Design/layout is not suitable when busy. The atmosphere was great down to the great staff, not the building.

Just ordered from this subway absolutely disgusting was thrown together stone cold did not get anything on my wrap all the order was put in the bin I’ll never use subway again your staff are rude also was not fit for my dogs to eat very annoyed as if people have money to waste livid i have to give 1 star so I can post my review but it not by choice coz I’d give none disgusting

Staff very polite and super efficient

I was the only person in the branch. Stood for 5mins waiting to be served got fed up of waiting and left. Priority given to online orders hence the wait..

Not a bad little subway. A small amount of parking directly outside and can get a bit tight for manoeuvring if you have a large car. Good service and friendly staff.

Ordered Dorito's lightly Salted Nachos. What arrived; a bed of flaming hot nachos (they we're red), barely any cheese and much more smaller than what you get in store. Really, disappointing as it must be one of the easiest snacks to make and you could tell, it had just been thrown together. Also always something missing on the order. Plus, hardly no cheese on the cheesey nachos - going worse this place. Disgraceful to carry the Subway name.

Won’t be ordering from this Subway again, Ive ordered from here many times over the years but recently orders are wrong, items missing, poor quality cold or old tasting food. Today was the deciding order though, a full 12inch Sub was missing and two other items looked day’s old and soggy. When I called the shop they didn’t seem too interested and just told me to get in touch with UberEats and even suggested the delivery driver may have stolen it. Terrible service, food, and attitude.

Gone down hill. Hygiene poor. Hair found in open food salad. Visible cross contamination between meat and cheese areas. Lettuce looked old and on the turn.

Service is always quick. Store is always clean and food is always done correctly and is fresh. It can get a little busy

We ordered 2 large platters for a family get together, 1 meat platter & 1 vegetarian platter Inc fish, we had these on a mixture of breads and they went down very well everyone loved them. They were very well presented so we served them as they were. I would highly recommend these for any social gathering, delicious and great value for money!

Placed a £24 order from this Subway. Took ages to arrive. When it finally arrived it was cold parts of the order were missing. My daughter phoned them to let them know. I collected the 2nd lot. Got home & exactly the same thing had happened. Cold @ missing items, manager told us to get refund from Uber Eats, definitely not going here again. 👎🏻

Ordered via the Subway app, and well. What a joke. I was picking up this order having been driving on the motorway home after Christmas. I thought that ordering ahead would make the process easier, but as you can't order the kids pack on the app I had to order in store too. I arrived early and I then saw my order was ready. On the app order: - Nachos had jalopenos when I ordered without. Also lukewarm and soggy. May as well have had no cheese. - Steak and Cheese: the sandwich was lukewarm and badly made. Fillings falling out with no care or attention. - Cookies were missing from the order. - Drinks were wrong. Ordered Max, got Cherry. On the in-store order: - Drinks were missing. He had told me everything was in the bag, but the fruit shoots were missing. Emailed the store to inform them, I was basically told 'sorry come back again'. Very poorly ran franchise.

It can be very busy at lunchtime. I also like it because you can see everything is fresh.

Staff are nice and friendly. However the place is very dirty. Food all over tables and floor. They haven't been cleaned at all. The toilets are disgusting. They also have large amount of food left in the open and not covered in the back.

During the exit of covid restrictions I was shocked at how this Subway was operating. It had a sign stating 5 customers in the shop although there were 10 customers inside along with delivery collections. Some staff weren't wearing face masks and no barriers were in place to protect them or customers. Outside of covid parking is a nightmare and I've had my car damaged in the past. After my latest visit I don't think I will return.

Car park flooding needs looking at. The sign on the door about rules of how many in the shop allowed not big enough clearly as each time iv been there has been more than the allowed amount inside and staff are not managing this.

Very open spaced subway. Prices are alot steeper than my local possibly because it is a busier store. Parking is an absolute joke and very difficult but staff was very friendly and helpful.

I ordered ahead as the current climates would suggest that is a good thing to do. Got in the car, thought it best to check everything was there and it wasn't. So had to go back in again. He sorted the issue out with no fuss but could have do be without it.

Always fresh , lots of choice and friendly service . Parking in their carpark is a bit of a squeeze, however you can park on the street so not a big problem. In fact im gonna edit the parkin bit out😉👍

Ordered for Uber delivery, it came really quick and staff were attentive to our order notes and left a cute message on our order. Also love the boxes they used to put sandwiches in. Much better than paper and bag!

Very poor customer service, after waiting 20 minutes to be next in line. Only to be ignored to deal with an online order. No acknowledgement, explanation or apology. Simply walked away.

Very disappointed with the service at the Chadderton branch. I know I got in 5 mind before closing, but I'm absolutely miffed with the poor service and attitude of the staff. Ordered a salad bowl and before paying for what I ordered, I asked for another. The staff member refused to make me another as they said that they were closing. I replied by saying that, "I'm already in the store and I've made my initial order. Had I asked for two to start off with, would you have made two for me then?" The reply that I got from the staff member was that they are closing now!!! First time ever that I've had a negative experience at a Subway. I don't recommend for anyone to go to the Broadway branch in Chadderton at all.

Loved the new take away container it was delivered in. It kept the sub in one piece and crisp. Also had the choice to put my own sauce on the sub. The old type takeaway bag is no good and turns it all to mush.

A* went in 10mins before closing and they still happy to serve , helpful staff and very friendly , foods good too

Seemed to be met with a negative attitude from the staff due to me having ceoliacs disease. A member of staff said she had not been trained in the process of handling food when gluten was an issue. Bad experience will not be ordering a sandwich from subway again. Even though they claim to cater for people like me the staff are not adequately trained. 😔

Restaurant and food are great, most staff are good people. Bad point, for the past month or so it seems they have decided to start closing at 9 now instead of 10. Website and Google still say 10pm. Everytime I've gone post 9pm its closed. I used to go once or twice a week after work as I work late and it's on the corner of my street.

2 of our family got sandwiches 1 vegan & 1 blt both were nice, i got a salad all made up 2 your meal deals BUT when i asked for 1x6in hearty Italian she said that would cost an extra £2,65 i could of choked for god sake where do you pluck the price from!!!!!😠👎👎, if my sister hadn't started eating hers i would of sent the whole lot back, YOU definitely need to look at your price's even the girl said it was too much to pay, it will certainly be a loooong time before we go back to to 1 of your places again IF ever

The staff here need to be recognised by their management. My son and I come here every 2 weeks after his football training and they are always really great at engaging with him so he feels confident enough to order his own - which he can't manage at anywhere else (like McDonald's, KFC, Pret, Costa) other than Toby Carvery up the road who are also good.
