Brought the new steak foot long one, hardly toasted, no cheese, salad thrown on with no precision…. Probably one of the worst subways I’ve ever had, you probably need better sandwich makers!! Won’t be visiting again

I was I the brunch on Broadway waited in line, asked if I could order at the counter I was probably told to use the machines. Unfortunately I was a cash customer machines do not accept cash as a disabled man in my 50s who is dyslexic and unable to read the machines properly, so I had no breakfast no food, out of embarrassment, having to leave the store empty-handed and then going to McDonald’s a bit further up the road. I think subway needs to encourage their stuff to provide a far better customer service, not all people are able or willing to use the machines provided very unhappy customer

They have brought in touch screen ordering and it's a nightmare. I was clearly struggling (as was everyone else) and I asked if I could order with the person and she basically said no. So I continued with the order and then she had to make it anyway!? But I wasted 5 minutes on the machine. Then she made 3 Uber eats/deliveroo orders in front of mine. I've also ordered from this place and it came smashed up and bent. Unfortunately the service and food in this subway is terrible compared to others.

Been coming in here off and on for years on the way back from both kids football matches. Not been in for a while but popped in this morning after a match in Rochdale. Unfortunately the shop has changed and they now have machines where you have to order, I was struggling with machine as it wouldn’t do the combination my son wanted which is literally both types of cheese, machine would only let you order one type. Asked at till if I could order there but was told to use the machine so after trying again I saw my ar@e and gave up and drove all the way to my regular one at openshaw. There was only one customer in the shops who was sat down and who had already been served. Can’t believe I couldn’t order in person! Won’t bother going in again which is a shame as it’s actually usually a lovely shop.

I always use this Subway to cater for large work training events. The two women with dark hair (I believe one is the manager) are fantastic. Great service, super friendly and food is always fresh and presented really well!

Ordered Dorito's lightly Salted Nachos. What arrived; a bed of flaming hot nachos (they we're red), barely any cheese and much more smaller than what you get in store. Really, disappointing as it must be one of the easiest snacks to make and you could tell, it had just been thrown together. Also always something missing on the order. Plus, hardly no cheese on the cheesey nachos - going worse this place. Disgraceful to carry the Subway name.

Won’t be ordering from this Subway again, Ive ordered from here many times over the years but recently orders are wrong, items missing, poor quality cold or old tasting food. Today was the deciding order though, a full 12inch Sub was missing and two other items looked day’s old and soggy. When I called the shop they didn’t seem too interested and just told me to get in touch with UberEats and even suggested the delivery driver may have stolen it. Terrible service, food, and attitude.

We ordered 2 large platters for a family get together, 1 meat platter & 1 vegetarian platter Inc fish, we had these on a mixture of breads and they went down very well everyone loved them. They were very well presented so we served them as they were. I would highly recommend these for any social gathering, delicious and great value for money!

Placed a £24 order from this Subway. Took ages to arrive. When it finally arrived it was cold parts of the order were missing. My daughter phoned them to let them know. I collected the 2nd lot. Got home & exactly the same thing had happened. Cold @ missing items, manager told us to get refund from Uber Eats, definitely not going here again. 👎🏻

Ordered via the Subway app, and well. What a joke. I was picking up this order having been driving on the motorway home after Christmas. I thought that ordering ahead would make the process easier, but as you can't order the kids pack on the app I had to order in store too. I arrived early and I then saw my order was ready. On the app order: - Nachos had jalopenos when I ordered without. Also lukewarm and soggy. May as well have had no cheese. - Steak and Cheese: the sandwich was lukewarm and badly made. Fillings falling out with no care or attention. - Cookies were missing from the order. - Drinks were wrong. Ordered Max, got Cherry. On the in-store order: - Drinks were missing. He had told me everything was in the bag, but the fruit shoots were missing. Emailed the store to inform them, I was basically told 'sorry come back again'. Very poorly ran franchise.

During the exit of covid restrictions I was shocked at how this Subway was operating. It had a sign stating 5 customers in the shop although there were 10 customers inside along with delivery collections. Some staff weren't wearing face masks and no barriers were in place to protect them or customers. Outside of covid parking is a nightmare and I've had my car damaged in the past. After my latest visit I don't think I will return.

Very disappointed with the service at the Chadderton branch. I know I got in 5 mind before closing, but I'm absolutely miffed with the poor service and attitude of the staff. Ordered a salad bowl and before paying for what I ordered, I asked for another. The staff member refused to make me another as they said that they were closing. I replied by saying that, "I'm already in the store and I've made my initial order. Had I asked for two to start off with, would you have made two for me then?" The reply that I got from the staff member was that they are closing now!!! First time ever that I've had a negative experience at a Subway. I don't recommend for anyone to go to the Broadway branch in Chadderton at all.

Seemed to be met with a negative attitude from the staff due to me having ceoliacs disease. A member of staff said she had not been trained in the process of handling food when gluten was an issue. Bad experience will not be ordering a sandwich from subway again. Even though they claim to cater for people like me the staff are not adequately trained. 😔

Restaurant and food are great, most staff are good people. Bad point, for the past month or so it seems they have decided to start closing at 9 now instead of 10. Website and Google still say 10pm. Everytime I've gone post 9pm its closed. I used to go once or twice a week after work as I work late and it's on the corner of my street.

2 of our family got sandwiches 1 vegan & 1 blt both were nice, i got a salad all made up 2 your meal deals BUT when i asked for 1x6in hearty Italian she said that would cost an extra £2,65 i could of choked for god sake where do you pluck the price from!!!!!😠👎👎, if my sister hadn't started eating hers i would of sent the whole lot back, YOU definitely need to look at your price's even the girl said it was too much to pay, it will certainly be a loooong time before we go back to to 1 of your places again IF ever

The staff here need to be recognised by their management. My son and I come here every 2 weeks after his football training and they are always really great at engaging with him so he feels confident enough to order his own - which he can't manage at anywhere else (like McDonald's, KFC, Pret, Costa) other than Toby Carvery up the road who are also good.
