Pepe's in Oldham

Guys ! The food came on time and it was warm and the packaging was in a good condition & a massive thank you for a free Pepsi offer. The chips were delicious and nice. But the chicken wings were salty and to be fair it really made thirsty dry-mouthed Is it the spices or something but it was quite salty. And the chicken in the wrap thing was slightly dry but the sauces made it up to it.I am sorry for this review but I’m honestly sharing this with you and I hope it changes and acknowledges.

The wrap had spicy sauce and the salsa on it after specifically requiring it plain and with no salsa, and the quesadilla was not wrapped at all and upon opening all of the contents fell out

The driver had picked up the food from Pepe @9:30 it took the driver 20min. The distance is 10min Ute max, chicken was cold chips were stale. Need to improve delivery service to make sure customers are getting hot food.

The wrap wasn’t what I expected at all ,,, but the chicken strips and chip were nice ,,,, could improve on the fajita wrap coming from a chef and food inspector

I was told my food was going to be delivered by 5, however Whne tracking my delivery driver they constantly going the opposite way to my house. I contacted them many times where they told me it was a glitch but that wasnot adding up as it still took the correct time the app kept telling me. I don’t know what he was doing going so far away from my house but my food arrived freezing. Poor service

Got the wrong order and it was missing items

The fries were not even a regular amount, gave us very less fries. The burger, very dissapointed, doesnt look nothing like what they display on the pics and the taste is very bland and nothing like Korean. As for the chicken, always spectacular!

The food from here is usually really good but tonight the delivery driver stole my food I suggest getting a different company to deliver for you. Because I’ve had multiple issues with this app before and my issues never seem to be resolved.

All of the food was cold- had to reheat in microwave - very disappointed

I placed an order after a 13 hour shift, just for the delivery driver to end up not delivering the food to my property. Yet, it shows that the order has been delivered on the app when it hasnt. I rang up the restaurant and was told to get in contact with the driver ,which, is impossibel as there was no contact detail left. I am absolutely appalled!

Some of the food was Cold especially all the chips with the meals which just ruined the experience altogether.

Food extremely cold and soggy, workers were not respectful when we went to the restaurant to collect the food either. Didn’t allow us to collect and sent home to wait for delivery.

Very disappointed in the service provided given the fact the order was made 2 hours early from the collection time. We understand sometimes time can slightly be over by 15mins max not full 45min later in receiving the food which was very cold & dry!

Chicken pink! Phoned up and hung up the phone, phoned back guy says won’t send out another one not in the policy. Maybe a good idea to read the policy again because I don’t think sending pink chicken to customers is in it either.

Placed order at 6, delivery was 30 mins max, checked after placing order and delivery had been updated to 2 hours. Phoned after an hour of waiting and they said the foods ready just waiting for driver. When the food came, they hadn’t listened to my notes, so things came wrong and the food was cold.

Will never ever be coming here again. And then get this, we rang to complain and we had some lady answer the phone who was incredibly rude hesitant to let me speak to manager and then when we finally did he was very very rude with me. Very disappointed

Got pretty annoyed with myself today I messed my order up my fault thought the restaurant would be able to change but was not willing to and I thought I wasn't going to like my paneer order but actually it wasn't to bad was supposed to order chicken.

The food is brilliant and good choice your food is still hot if the driver only delivers yours but if your second the food may not be as hot

I had a good experience of Pepe's grilled chicken. I would recommend their griled menu is top quality in the UK. The staff was very friendly and amicable. It's my go to place to have best food.

Only ordered because I really wanted the peri peri chips, these was actually so good!! Shame the same can’t be said for the chicken burgers which looked like something from McDonald’s which you could get for £1 but hardly any flavour!

First time trying and did not live up to the hype. Food was not great, the rice box lacked flavour and rice was hard. Chicken wrap was okay and chips were nice. Not to my taste but glad I tried it once at least. Positive delivery was on time.
