Food was good and quickly served, however if you have tall friends or family you're dining with, upstairs is very cramped. With two 6ft tall teenagers, the space per person is very limited in terms of elbow room and leg room, so you might want to find somewhere with more floor space at peak times.

The pizza was beautiful. The dough/crust is light as a feather. Not too chewy like other sourdoughs. Staff were very helpful and polite. We sat outside but the heaters kept us warm. Overall a great experience and will definitely go back.

The pizza was a let down. Soggy and wet which you wouldn't expect from a "cooked" pizza. Pricey as well! Not pleased with the food but the service girl and boys were lovely.

The staff here are amazing. I made a group booking at Fatto for my birthday and they were quick to respond, accommodating, and didn’t require a deposit. When we arrived the staff were so friendly, helpful and kind to us. They made us feel really welcome despite being a big group and it was some of the best service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The pizzas were great too and reasonably priced.

I dined here with my husband, we always come every week have been for the last two year but I just had to say the lovely waitress you have upstairs samara I think it was. She is always a pleasure to have we look forward to seeing her every time we come, she knows exactly what we get every time without a doubt ( buffalo margarita and pinot for me and diavolo and lager for my husband. She was exceptional today, the pizza was amazing as always, we come more for her great charm than the food sometimes when we’re not that hungry but fancy a drink and amazing service.

Had a gluten free beer and pizza (25 pounds), it was good but nothing special. I would say overpriced. Staff was nice though.

Neapolitan pizza, pretty much standard taste

We found this while searching for a pizza place to eat at King’s Cross. My friend had booked this for 6.15pm keeping in mind the restaurant clearly specify a 15 minute grace period. We arrived at 6.25pm (within the grace period allowed). One of the workers said they had given our table away and that she will have one ready in the next 3/4 minutes. We had a table within the 10 mins which was fine. Once seated we had some menus on the table, we ordered drinks 3 Hugo’s and 1 Aperol, we later were approached to order mains and my friend was who has a 6 year old daughter was not given the children’s menu - thankfully we were given it just before we ordered! The drinks were not stirred and we were given no straws. Pizzas came relatively fast and were tasty. Once finished we waited for someone to come by to give the child dining with us their ice cream, which we had to get the servers attention after some time. On the reservation we had specified it was my friend’s birthday, we were waiting patiently and thought we were going to be presented with a desert and a happy birthday sung but nothing of sort took place. I believe this was missed because our reservation was cancelled, which was unfortunate as it was a surprise. We were prompted we had 10 mins to give the table back, I mean if we were approached and attended to before we would not had waited that long. I completed understand short staffing but we are full paying customers! The pizzas were great, but a shame for the lack of service and acknowledgment.

A very reasonably priced Pizzeria in the King's Cross area. We visited on Saturday 28th December and it was quiet - we were the only ones in the restaurant. That said the staff were lovely and very helpful. The pizza was very good as was the ceasar salad and tiramisu. Good choice.

I ordered the "non-gluten" dough, but guessing they ignored the request on the kitchen (still charged me for it though!). Tasted good, felt rough. Not again.

Roa and the staff truly made our Christmas Eve so special! They made sure that my husband and I were taken care of, and they made us feel very welcome to the area (as we have recently moved here). Roa was so personable and kind! She was the highlight of our experience here. On top of the great service, the food was also very good. Will be coming back!

Lovely time at this little place. We still outside (fully booked indoors) and had a lovely time people watching and eating the amazing pizza. My parents both thoroughly enjoyed the nduja sausage pizza and the lasagne pizza was to die for! Very happy family here

I was really excited to try the pizza here on recommendation from one of my friends. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this restaurant - it was one of the most stressful dining experiences I have had in years. We had a reservation for 19.30 and when we turned up we were told our table wasn't ready. We were eventually seated 10 minutes later after being asked to stand on the stairs which was both freezing cold and in the way of all the staff running up and down. Not a great start! We were then sat at the worst table in the whole restaurant - right in the middle with about 15 cm of space all around us. We couldn't hear ourselves think because the other tables beside us were yelling to be heard themselves. Throughout the meal I then had both staff and other customers constantly pushing past me. The waiting staff in particular shoved their way past the back of my chair 15+ times with absolutely no apology. We couldn't wait to get out of there! At the end of the meal I did mention to one staff member that they shouldn't seat people in that table as you are constantly barged past for the duration of your meal; he apologised but it really detracted from any enjoyment we could have had. I would not return - a shame, because the pizza itself was tasty, but a really unpleasant evening overall.

We hadn't booked but were desperate for a meal before travelling from St Pancras. Luckily for us we managed to get a table..and we were so very pleased we did. Really friendly, helpful staff providing fast efficient service (particularly Jay) of two absolutely delicious fresh pizzas. Reasonably priced for where it is situated. Would definitely recommend

Food was great. Table was only booked for an hour and a half, after 75 mins we were encouraged to finish up.

The pizza’s were great we having a team lunch and so had different dietary requirements all of which were met. The best part of our experience was the lovely Ella our waitress who looked after us and was really cheerful and a total professional. Thanks Ella

This might just be the finest pizza I've tasted in London! While it isn't the most budget-friendly option, the generous portions and high-quality toppings make the slightly higher price worth it. The restaurant does tend to be quite crowded, though; a bit more space between the tables would really help both the staff and customers navigate more comfortably. And I have to say, the staff were absolutely fantastic!

Pizza was good but the guanciale on the special didn’t work due to the fat needed rendering. The server Ella was very nice and the atmosphere wasn’t the best. The tables were way too close together and not really any privacy when you have someone half a foot away from you. Thank you Ella

Great pizza and our waiter Jay was really helpful and friendly, quick service too. There’s good heaters and blankets if you have to sit outside (we had a dog with us, which were not allowed indoors) so despite it being winter we were cosy.

Got a walk-in on a Friday night when our train was cancelled. Positives - very friendly service despite it being heaving. Very quick. Negatives - the pizza. Got the special with meatballs…were they supposed to be charred to a crisp? First time I’ve ever had meatballs like that. I expected it was going to come with a tomato-based sauce but it didn’t. I should have checked the menu. Between the two of us we spent a fair chunk, but still went home and had a bowl of cereals. Overall verdict: typical mid-range London. Not terrible, not terrific but you still end up scratching your head how the bill came to what it did.

We had dinner yesterday evening with couple of friends. The place is amazing and the menu authentic, I have loved every single dish, the lasagna fried bites were really amazing even if a bit spicy due to ‘nduja. I had a Norma pizza which was delicious, Parma and burrata pizza looked so good too! Dessert menu doesn’t have much choice, but this pizza fritta with Nutella and vanilla ice cream was so good, the dish is for 1 person but was way more then Enough for 3, highly raccomanded!

Our waitress, Lina, was brilliant. We asked her what she would recommend for the 3 of us. We went with her choices and had the most delicious pizzas. We were very happy with the food, her excellent, attentive service and will go again. The price included a bottle of wine which we thought was good value.
