Absolutely incredible experience — every single time! I visited this place with my cousin and her boyfriend, and once again, everything was simply perfect — from the atmosphere to the service and every little detail in between. I’ve been here several times before, and it has always been top-notch. A special mention goes to Mina, who treated us with such warmth and professionalism. She always makes us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We all had a fantastic time, and every visit continues to exceed our expectations. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We’ll definitely keep coming back — thank you for another unforgettable experience!

Lovely staff, service and location - however as someone who goes out for Italian food often I was really disappointed by the lack of buffalo on the pizza (opted for MARGHERITA BUFFALO) it was also pretty cold 🙁

Went as a family of 7, we didn’t mention that we needed accessibility and the staff were very quick to adapt, immediately moving tables for us to sit together. The food was great, starters all fresh and the service was extremely fast. The lady taking care of us was called Meena, and she was so kind, very helpful and regularly checked up on us. Great experience!

Insane, I can’t believe pizza this nice and affordable is so central!!

Leaving this as feedback for management - there are far too many tables squeezed into a small space both upstairs and downstairs at Fatto a Mano Kings Cross. We ended up having to leave without ordering because my mum and I were squished at a table upstairs, to a point where I felt claustrophobic. Really disappointed as I had booked and was looking forward to trying the pizza based on the good reviews! I did ask the manager on duty if we could move, unfortunately the only other spaces were also placed incredibly close to the neighbouring tables. I understand that it’s a Friday in London and it’s busy, but trying to squeeze as many people in as possible makes for a highly unpleasant customer experience in my opinion.

The gluten-free pizza dough was delicious. It was completely homemade. I've had few other gluten-free pizzas as delicious as this one. The kids' menu had a slice of pizza perfect for kids. They also gave the girls pencils and puzzles. Highly recommended.

What you see is what you get. Fast service and delicious pizza. Multiple options on the menu, so I would highly recommend a visit. The only downside of this place is its extremely packed seating space! Too many tables for too little space, especially upstairs. Making it feel abit too claustrophobic.

Delicious authentic Italian Pizza! Lovely atmosphere right in Kings Cross Square and lively, but just enough buzz to talk and catch up with a friend. Outside seating area has heaters there so it's cosy. One of the biggest positives which stood out to me was the staff - so attentive, and friendly and very professional and friendly. It get's quite busy post 5pm so defo worth booking. Would visit again soon!

If you are looking for a good pizza restaurant in the UK... You can always come to Fatto. As expected from an authentic Italian restaurant, the dessert course is perfect. Table beer is recommended. Nutella donuts and rosemary fries are not optional, but required. Go to Fatto and don't lose your life❤️ Heek, the staff is so kind!! A smile worth a million dollars~~

There was two of us we shared a Margherita… was a super tasty pizza. We sat outside and it was a great spot. The staff were super friendly and came to put on the heater for us (which was needed). We both agreed the beer was super nice too. Would go back

This is literally a mini Italy in London. Every fantastic puffed up fluffy cloud 9 pizza that you see in the photos you get here. The waiter Jay was a legend, really great person! I just couldn't take photos because the food was just too incredible. The garlic dip (thibk it is mayonnaise?) is the perfect accompaniment to any part of your starter, main or side. But I highly recommend you order all three to see what suits you as they are all amazing and the chilli mayo works wonders with the Lagagna bites. Whatever you order is also heavily assisted by a lovely manager who makes sure any allergies are avoided when asking your initial waiter. Really great vibes! If however you struggle with stairs I suggest dining earlier if you are affected by colder weather/evenings. As they have downstairs seating but outdoors. I am yet to eat as a nicer Italian in the Uk. There are literally pizza places in Italy that are very similar quality to this in Rome. A must try and only 12 mins from St Pancras station.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Fatto a Mano King's Cross! The food was absolutely delicious my friend and I are still talking about how amazing everything tasted. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and a special shout out to Jay for his outstanding customer service he really made our visit memorable. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from St Pancras, which makes it super convenient. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. Can’t wait to come back!

The indoor seating is upstairs and it's quite a small area. There are outdoor seats and heaters. Delicious pizzas and starters were good too. The staff are very attentive. We were asked a couple of times for our table. So we sat outside and were rewarded with free drinks. 🙂

Refused entry with guide dog saying they were fully booked and had nowhere for us to sit, even though there were plenty of tables.

Everything was perfect : food really delicious , atmosphere & service amazing, although it was a bit loud but it's understandable as it was Friday night.

Randomly saw this pizzeria and I am blown away ! The host and the servers were so warm to everyone throughout our stay !! It’s almost like a show watching the place be busy! Highly recommended and thank you for being Naples to King’s Cross !

I have to start by saying that the staff was incredibly sweet. When we got there, I noticed the chairs seemed a bit wobbly, which worried me as a fat girl. I shared my concerns with the waitress that the chair seemed a big fragile for me, and she so kindly moved me and my friends to a table with a booth, which means I was able to enjoy my dinner without worrying about chairs breaking. They were very thorough when they spoke to my friend with a gluten allergy and even gave us an extra dip for my friend when we accidentally all diped our gluten food in the dips. They also asked my friend if she is shy about her birthday, which is so nice and thoughtful considering some people really feel uncomfortable with birthday attention. They gave her a little birthday present for good luck. The food was amazing as well, but the service really sets apart this restaurant. Please pass a huge thank you the team!

Pizza here is surprisingly good, (having eaten pizza in Italy numerous times, so therefore always a bit sceptical in London) we were delighted that it was succulent and full of flavour! Staff very attentive and friendly too, rare to find actual customer service these days! Not so keen on the modern utilitarian decor, but that's just personal taste, and doesn't detract from the fact that they serve very good pizza!

Sloppy cold pizzas and wine that tasted like vinegar. Wait staff were overall quite rude. Would not recommend even for a quick bite!

Fatto a Mano in King's Cross is a delightful spot for pizza lovers. The menu is concise but well-curated, featuring a variety of pizzas with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service is friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I tried the pizza 🍕 special, Bella Disgrazia which had a soft dough and easy to cut through and had topping of nduja and hot honey, black pepper pancetta, mozzarella and pineapple roasted with chilli, ventricina spicy salami of 3m cured meat from Abruzzo and finished with a sprinkle of chives and 24m aged parmesan. Fatto a Mano has something to satisfy your pizza cravings.

Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had!! Honestly so picky when it comes to gluten free breads but this genuinely tasted great, still had a fluffy crust. Not safe for celiacs though as they use the same oven so there is cross contamination. Staff were so lovely as well highly recommend.

Casual pizza restraunt, with good outdoor seating. We had the special pineapple pizza and the nduja pizza. Would recommend both, service was friendly and fairly fast. 4.4/5

Awful service from staff who in the span of 5 minutes reminded my partner and me for three times that the restaurant would close soon and we should pay and leave. I apologise if you despise our custom, we shall make sure not to come back to inconvenience your grand plans for a Wednesday night.

I found out about this restaurant thanks to two vouchers I had been gifted. So happy I got to try this pizza, my husband and I absolutely loved it! It’s been a week since we went, we tried the pizza special, and we still can’t stop thinking about it. The service was also great. Definitely coming back!

Fantastic pizza , saw the La Disgrazia pineapple promo - bring a pineapple and get the pizza for free - never a fan of pineapple of an pizza but wow this was amazing , had the gluten free version (£3 extra) and it was the best GF pizza i have ever eaten , would not be able to tell the difference between this and regular flour. Other two had regular pizza , staff were great too - the promo worked i won’t be going anywhere else for pizza in future it was that good

Really friendly service and staff. The pizza is excellent - the dough is great, the tomato base delicious and their Hawaiian special (pineapple on pizza is definitely not a sin!!!) was spectacular. I’ve genuinely eaten pizza all over the world and this one just did something and stands out as one of the best! I’ve been thinking about it ever since! It’s a touch on the pricier side but the quality definitely sets it apart.

We had a very good time, the pizza reflects Italian standards. The parmesan is also very good. The staff is very kind. It is advisable to book because seats inside are scarce. If you don't book, expect to eat out (we ate out every time and it wasn't bad at all). Highly recommended place!!

Been here already twice and it is above and beyond expectations both service-wise, quality-wise, friendliness, and most of all this unprecedentedly paramount almost surreal Bella Disgrazia free pineapple pizza (unexpectedly exceptionally exquisite btw for dem pineapple pizza haters, and trust me I was one of them till now 🤯) for a pineapple! Have to give a huge warm thank you and big up to Steve who greeted me with such kindness as I walked into the restaurant, and most of all back at it again with fabulous and hard working Lina and Martina who allocated me so amiably to my table and were ever so continuously friendly and cordial to me the entire time handing me napkins and water non stop (yes judge me I am a messy eater but who can blame me when everything is too good 🤩). (P.S. pay rise for Martina and Lina 🙌🙌) . Much love to you guys can’t wait to visit plenty more and see you guys flourish!! Rooting for you💙💙💙

We found this while searching for a pizza place to eat at King’s Cross. My friend had booked this for 6.15pm keeping in mind the restaurant clearly specify a 15 minute grace period. We arrived at 6.25pm (within the grace period allowed). One of the workers said they had given our table away and that she will have one ready in the next 3/4 minutes. We had a table within the 10 mins which was fine. Once seated we had some menus on the table, we ordered drinks 3 Hugo’s and 1 Aperol, we later were approached to order mains and my friend was who has a 6 year old daughter was not given the children’s menu - thankfully we were given it just before we ordered! The drinks were not stirred and we were given no straws. Pizzas came relatively fast and were tasty. Once finished we waited for someone to come by to give the child dining with us their ice cream, which we had to get the servers attention after some time. On the reservation we had specified it was my friend’s birthday, we were waiting patiently and thought we were going to be presented with a desert and a happy birthday sung but nothing of sort took place. I believe this was missed because our reservation was cancelled, which was unfortunate as it was a surprise. We were prompted we had 10 mins to give the table back, I mean if we were approached and attended to before we would not had waited that long. I completed understand short staffing but we are full paying customers! The pizzas were great, but a shame for the lack of service and acknowledgment. *I have to add that we were invited back and this service was impeccable and food was great again! The staff were amazing as we celebrated my friends birthday again! With complementary gluten free cupcakes! * 5/5 stars!!!!!!

We went last night to eat. The pizza was very good and the service was very excellent. Lina was very professional and very nice. The only thing I didn't like very much was the wait they made us wait outside but it was 15 minutes because we had arrived early compared to our reservation time.
