Solid jacket potatos and sandwiches. Lots of variety to choose from. Also soup of the day available. drink selection is on point too. The service is great and the location is perfect.

Used to be very good but salad box was a little disappointing. No variety. I ended up coming home and adding to it. £4.50 seems a lot for lettuce, cucumber and tomato!!!!

Great staff in there - Amy and Sarah were excellent! Speedy service, top quality food at great value too. Coffee was delicious as well and a bargain at the price too.

Absolutely delicious every time. Salad and all fillings so fresh. Very reasonable prices, good sized portions, very rarely much of a queue as the staff are so quick serving but very polite and chatting at the same time.

I can honest say I have never met such a rude old women in my life ordered two jackies asked for one with cheese and onion filling she said is that it I thought she meant as a filling asked if I could have salad and she snapped at me saying well that’s not all you want Is it i said I thought you meant filling she stood there with hand on hip and said I couldn't have a cheese and onion as a filling in a rude manner and a horrible face with lips puckered think I had asked for the impossible the second jacket asked a chicken filling she snapped you can’t have it didn’t say why we couldn’t have it we had to ask why she snapped back because we haven’t got it I walked out of the shop telling her she had a bad attitude my husband was stood outside with the dog couldn’t believe what he had just witnessed we definitely won’t be back

Great selection, fresh, nicely presented and spotlessly clean. Very good customer service. Can be difficult to park nearby as this is a busy area.

Fantastic value delicious and customisable sandwiches. A full salad selection with lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn, shredded carrot, tomatoes. Many variants of chicken (these are listed on the board but can be seen) tikka, chicken bacon, coronation, peri peri, BBQ sweet chilli and honey mustard to name a few. Also the usual Tuna, Beef and Prawns. Jacker potatoes and soup. Exceptionally good value. Modern looking and clean.

We always support local, but what a mistake. We are all struggling with current restrictions and we understand better than most having a hospitality business which is currently closed. Went in to order a sandwich and before I could finish talking the lady walked away, so trying to politely trying to attract her attention to finish the order I was given a sideways glance with no eye contact whatsoever. I don't need to be made to feel like you are doing me a favour! Sorry but you will never get a chance of my business again. It's no wonder you had no trade. Learn to smile it costs nothing.

Was served by the area manager other week... Her customer service was brilliant! Food was yum... Have missed this sandwich shop during the lockdown... Welcome back!

Went to fatsos in Northallerton Monday 5th of august for lunch. Food was nice. But the staff member that served me was very rude and not very helpful OMG !!!

Didn't enjoy the food , didn't taste very fresh

The workers are very well trained and the service is fast, would definitely recommend
