We usually love going to you but we went Saturday to have a few drinks and it was cold inside and we and other members of public had to wear their coats to keep warm, won't be going back till warmer weather very disappointed

Great offer on two of the same cocktails, only had drinks but food looked really good.

My husband had the Chicken Fajitas they were good. I had chicken kebabs with garlic risotto, had to send it back as rice was cold and chicken only just warm. When it came back the 'risotto ' resembled mash potato, our server Kylie came to ask if my meal was better and hot, said the risotto is inedible, it was never a rice dish, she just said she would advise the chef ?? I told it I couldn't eat it, was not offered any alternative. No reduction in price. Unfortunately won't be going back there to eat .

Had bottomless brunch yesterday, absolutely loved it, great service, our waitress was brilliant, friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble, well done 👏

Terrible Terrible experience. We booked and paid £10 deposit, for a table of 10 for 5pm Saturday night. Took 10 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes for a drinks order (which took 35 to make!!). Food was ordered about 5.40 ish..we waited until 6.45 (1.45hr after arriving) to be told they'd missed a meal, ours was next an hour wait on food, every excuse under the sun. This whole time, only one drinks round was offered. Food itself was shocking. My burger was raw, not medium , raw. Tastless, dry all the rest. No conversation with the manager, they left a poor waitress to deal with us, offered a round of shots for free (just not good enough). 2nd round of drinks also took about 40 minutes. It was freezing, and when we asked about the heating twice, no change was made. Toilets were filthy, flooded, a terrible terrible place. I wouldn't come here again, even if I was paid!!

Meal was lovely waited a while for our food meal was a bit slow in coming but worth the wait drinks very cheap

First time visitors and really enjoyed our food today. The experience was made even more special as we were served by Beth, a new university student, who was on a trial shift. She had a smile on her face the whole time and was really attentive to us and very friendly. Food was brought promptly and was delicious. Hope you keep Beth on as we believe she will be an excellent addition to your team. Will be back again next time we are in Nottingham.

The only downside is there's a £5 minimum spend on drinks, so you have to buy 2 drinks if you're not getting food.

Very good prices, they seem to have come down since we last visited which makes a welcome change

Went for drinks. Good choice but our Aperol Spritz tasted weak. The gin was far better. Good atmosphere though and friendly staff

Absolutely excellent experience with the Bottomless Brunch! So many amazing cocktails to choose from. Caesar Salad is delicious. Veronica is such an asset to this place, so attentive & friendly. Thanks Guys, we’ll be back. X

Clean and comfortable. The best time to go is Sunday lunchtime where you get deals on draft beers. Their other selection of drinks are good too. Reasonable prices. Food very good too

Service was great, not much off an atmosphere. Quiet place to get a night started, but they do have a dress code. Came across some snobby people basically moaning about other people having a good time

Service good and drinks good. Great price with the 40% off on Sundays. Wouldn't recommend the spaghetti ragu though, tasted and smelt burnt. Sunday dinner was OK....had alot better elsewhere. Really nice pub for drinks though and kid friendly 👌

Very good, the red headed waitress very impressive , she takes your order just in her head, and can't do enough for you. And very very reasonable with the 40% discount for sunday

The service could do with a little improvement, food was very much worth the price. Full English for £10. Outdoor seating is the best part here, beautiful atmosphere when weather is nice.

Very friendly place. Good choice of quality beers. Not tried any of the foods on offer, but I'm sure it will be of good quality.

Shocking music so loud never again spoilt our evening very repetitive noise

So disappointing tonight. The place was so cold and the food wasn't very good. Such a shame because we were really looking forward to it.

Going down hill since this year

Seems a nice place, the staff were very rude. Ordered 2 Christmas cocktails off a menu on the bar, which states £7.95 or 2 for £12.95 However, when it came to paying they tried to charge £15.90. When I pointed the offer, they said I needed to order 2 the same to get the offer, I told them this isn't stated on the menu, to which I was told " well it doesn't say they don't have to be the the same does it either".

Going on a Saturday night I knew the place would be busy but had to wait 2 hours to get to a table. Then when going to the bar it was so full it took about 30 mins to order a drink as the place was understaffed. Although the staff where very friendly and the people made the experience more enjoyable. Would go again on a quieter night.

Didn't realise they don't open til 4.00pm on a Wednesday or Thursday.

Sunday lunch was nice , good value, friendly service but gor me it was far too noisy for a lunchtime meal, we couldn't hear each other talk.

Can’t go wrong with the prices here, especially with the deals and more so the student deals. Would say that this deffo attracts some sketchy behaviour into fat cats. If you’re coming for a fancy meal it ain’t it, even tho it looks nice inside, they put it on. But if you’re after good cheap food you’re going to the right place.

Negocio de timadores. La comida estaba ok, una pena que sean unos mentirosos y utilicen publicidad engañosa para atraer nuevos clientes. La carta y publicidad indica un descuento de -50% en la “comida”. Después de que el camarero nos confirmase que el descuento se aplicaba en toda la comida, pedimos y el hombre fue simpático y agradable. Nuestra sorpresa llegó al final, cuando se nos aplicó el descuento solamente en 2/4 platos. Los camareros vieron que había un problema con el descuento y llamaron a una “manager” llamada SAFFRON dado que ellos no podían modificar la cuenta. No sabemos si realmente es la manager, pero no entendemos como el dueño puede gastar su dinero en pagar el salario a alguien que no sabe ejercer su trabajo de manager, además de ser tan poco profesional. Esta mujer tuvo un comportamiento muy desagradable y no trató de ayudar en ningún momento, contando mentiras y echándole la culpa a sus compañeros de trabajo (que ya no estaban en el lugar). Nos molestó su falta de honestidad para hacernos pagar más, porque somos jóvenes pero no tontos. Su comportamiento hizo que no vayamos a volver nunca más a este lugar ni yo ni ninguno de nuestros amigos, y no os recomendamos tampoco que lo hagáis dada la pésima experiencia. En el cartel de entrada al local anuncian los descuentos de 50% en toda la comida (somos estudiantes), y el ticket es de la noche del 27 de febrero de 2022 Un lugar a evitar, no ponemos 0 estrellas porque no es posible.

The only problem and it is a pro I am, is that they turn the music up too loud and everyone has to shout to talk. I did ask if they'd consider turning it down but got no response. Such a shame.

I have too say food is fantastic! , service was great and friendly staff.. but!!!! The place was freezing! It was -2 outside it was warmer out there, we had to put coats on to eat our dinners , we even went to toilets to warm our hands on hand dryers.. but they where blowing cold air, there was no hot water .

Pretty disappointing. Not a great atmosphere (midnight on a Sat night), and I was charged £9.50 for a single gin and tonic and a ginger beer, which is pretty outrageous! I paid about £6 for the same thing at Pepper Rocks.

Disappointing... The food was subpar. Even with the 50% off Sunday deal I don't think the value was great. Really underwhelming for food. I would actually go as far as saying that a hungry horse chain pub does better food. It has a nice relaxed vibe and works well as a bar but not much else. The staff, although helpful, lacked some key customer service skills. Though this is really only an issue if you view the venue as a restaurant. Even with the 50% off, I don't think we will be returning here for food. I wish I could say something more positive

Nice place but i ordered a fruit salad cocktail but think it was wrong tasted nothing like fruit salad just ice and dark looking nothing like fruit salad I also ordered cider strongbow but wasn't expecting dark fruit for the price I paid wasn't happy about it 😔

Awful service, had to wait for over an hour and no drinks

Security were rude. We didn’t get served for a long time after getting in. The girl that was going around offering jäger bombs gave me 4 when I asked for 2. The only thing that made the experience good was the friends that were there with me. Would not recommend.

Service was very slow. Drinks took over 45 minutes to arrive. Do not recommend

A group of us went for the bottomless brunch and the staff were fabulous! The glasses didn't stay empty for longer than 10 seconds before they were back refilling! Would recommend to anyone wanting to get out and feel Covid safe and looked after.

I live near Peterborough, We visited last year when a friend from Crete was home to see family, and couldn't come earlier because of Covid 19, So we came again to meet her yesterday and it was perfect, we ate outside, all hygiene measures were in place. The food as good as ever and the staff brilliant, There was a new member of staff, who was so attentive and helpful. Very professional, and a great sense of humour. Wish I was 30 years younger 😂 keep up the good work. We'll be back

Booking fee, weren't allowed to choose two different cocktails, were rushed out. Pretty awful and mediocre place. Go to The Alchemist or Pepper Rocks instead.

Bit disappointed when we went as they were waiting for a delivery of food, so loads not available, however, we were told about this before we sat down. What we were not told was the £1 per person per drink service charge which applied to the first drink. Bit cheeky that me thinks. Only stayed for 1 then moved on.

I am really pleased Fat Cat moved from over the road. The new venue has a warm, cozy feel. The cocktails are pretty good too.

Not impressed this evening. Birthday meal for my father. Table booked for 8, just after we ordered our meals we were told that we had to be out by 6!!! Once the meal was served the standard was very poor, the service was not done with a smile and we felt like we were being rushed, not once were we asked if everything was okay during our meal, maybe they were aware that the food was awful and sub standard !!!!, very disappointed and will never recommend or return

My first experience here was awful. To begin with on arrival our table wasn't ready as manager forgot to set it so had to wait 10-15 mins for our table to be ready. As we sat down we was waiting a hour to be asked if we was ordering food I had to ask a member of staff to come and take our order then we was told there was no sharers when the food final came i got not even a handful of chips and the chicken wigs wasn't fresh and was unpleasant so I didn't finish it. They then brought the birthday cake out with no plates and was waiting in the end we used napkins when it came to paying we had to split the bill but i needed to leave so i wanted to take mine off the bill staff couldn't work it out so had to get my calculator on my phone to help work out what I ordered which took about ten mins. From working in the restaurant industry the whole experience was shocking staff had no people skill what so ever will NOT be returning her for food again.

Decided after drinking here for 4 hours, that when my 28 year old girlfriend went to the bar, they would challenge her age, which is understandable, but she didnt have any with her, so she was told she couldnt buy herself a drink, but was allowed to buy me one. Absolutely bonkers and the manager even said that my girlfriend looked old enough, but she had to back her staff.

Just was out with my partner and was refused service as I was dressed in tracksuit bottoms and trainers and was not informed of the new dress code even tho been in there many of times dressed in tracksuit bottoms won’t be going there anymore 🤬

Really like this bar, what a transformation for just moving over the road. Bar staff are very friendly and offer some good drinks

Popped here for a pint. Very glad we did. It was busy but the service was fast, prices were excellent. Lots of seating both inside and out. Didn't eat so can't comment, will be returning when next in the area.

Nice new place they've moved into. However the service was terrible. The woman behind the bar ( the manager I think) was so miserable and rude it is shocking and most of the staff sit around the bar talking instead of serving the queue of people. The staff let it down !
