Once again good portion sizes and tasty food

My chicken omelette was a grey/ green colour so I binned it as off putting

Food was awful , , duck fried rice was full of fatty duck cheap meat never had this before ordered duck wraps , again most was slimey fat , the peanut sauce I paid for was watery and tasteless , chips were greasy never will order from here again will order from kings wok instead quality has gone downhill

Food delivered cold 15 mins late. I kept an eye on the app and saw that it had been marked as delivered but no knock on my front door. I opened the front door to find the food left on my doorstep. It was freezing cold. 1 hour and 45 mins wait

Great food 1st time ordering will 100% order again next time I’m in Southampton

Ordered at 5.30pm told would be delivered between 6.35pm -6.55pm turned up at 7.30pm, was warm not hot! So chow mein w as very greasy. Not impressed.

We ordered at 7:30, our food didn’t arrive until past 10 o’clock. This was despite the delivery time saying 9pm.

I've been using Fast Wok for more years than I can remember,and they are always excellent. I have yet to encounter a problem. They close on Mondays so I have to go elsewhere, but always come back to them on other days.

Food was piping hot, tasty and early. Never had a bad meal from here.

I have ordered from here for ages now and love it and I always get the spicy salt and pepper crispy lamb however this time it was awful it had a weird taste I don't no if its a new recipe or just a one off bad one or it's been taken over by someone else but I don't no if I'll order again.

love the prawns they taste just as good as the first time I had them however I'm disappointed by the seaweed it was so salty and limp whats going on has the restaurant been taken over

Greasy chow mein, vegetable rolls were black.. Chicken balls were alright. Overall, wish I'd not bothered.

Everything we ordered was absolutely perfect. delicious food and fast delivery. Had family for dinner and they have all said best Chinese meal they have had.

I had the chicken curry and satay chicken the flavours where fantastic the chicken was tender and really nice would highly recommend and I will definitely be ordering from there again

Food was kind of bland had no flavour and very greasy, and both barbecue and sweet and sour tased the same and were both very sweet

We found the duck very salty which is unusual.. also our meals were salty too and did not enjoy it this time . We are a regular and always have fast wok but it’s a shame too much salt spoil it .

Food arrived early which is good, was hot and freshly made. Quite surprised rice quality is better than other takeaways and is proper oriental rice.

Late cold food with poor communication.

Too much carrot it in the sweet and sour Hong Kong style , more carrot than chicken!

The chill beef was awful and was like almost impossible to chew and the egg fried rice was stone cold.

Bland Thai curry, very runny sauce like water , not enough sauce on crispy chilli beef. Took an hour from order to delivery (as expected and quoted). Duck was nice and extra bag of prawn crackers was nice.

From ordering it took an hour and a half from on a Tuesday night. No contact from restaurant until already late and I contacted them it was still another 16 mins (the restaurant is only 9min drive away)

Food was so dry and not very hot, I’m also annoyed that I got charged £1.50 for delivered when it should have been free as it was over £15. Tbh I would demand a refund as I am annoyed at wasting so much money of a meal I could eat the chicken was soo dry!

Bit too greasy, chicken balls and mini veg rolls had gone a bit soggy. Lack of veg in the veg chow mein. Portions for the price are smaller than elsewhere but if it's good, don't mind that so much. Overall, not the best we've had from them.

Very nice indeed, we normally use another place which I may add was not open, so thought we would try fast wok, it has surprisingly gained more future orders from me.

Staff were friendly when called to check where the delivery was. Food however isn’t great quality at all. Overall disappointed

I have used this place lots before, so was highly disappointed tonight, my food order was incomplete, cold on arrival and late. When I contacted them their customer service was awful no apology for service until asked for one. They could send out the missing item but not sure how long that would be. The chips were already cold and the chicken balls were soogy very disappointed

The food has just arrived and it's warm, not hot. The curry sauce has leaked out of the tub. Normally have high quality food and service from fast wok. First disappointing meal. It's an hour late and the website didn't update me until i asked for a text from the restaurant.

Food was tasteless with less quantity

Curry had leaked out into the bag leaving hardly any sauce in the container and rest of order covered in it. Too many onions in the curry and chicken balls and spring rolls were not hot.

Good food delivered promptly! If I’m being really picky, the Singapore chow mein could of been a touch more generous with the prawns but delicious none the less.

Usually great food, however on this occasion it tasted like vinegar. Haven't been well since eating.

We called when the delivery time wasn’t met and were told we would need to come and collect if we wanted if in the next hour - so as we have ordered 1 1/2 before this point we went and collected the food instead.

Wasn’t delivered, told it would be another 40 mins after the expected delivery time so I cancelled

The food was hot and delicious. Delivery driver was fast and polite.

What have you done? The chow mein was tasteless, so disappointing. Will definitely think twice before going there again. Shame been there lots of times and loved it. £50 in the bin
