China Garden are very good, food great, good communications, they did phone to see if I could take my order a bit earlier than when I had ordered it. Very satisfied.

Delivered to the wrong address... Delivery needs to take the code before delivery. This will avoid a call to restaurant to find out where the dickens the order is and have to wait so much longer. Then when it is finally deliver it is missing items

Food was reheated. You could tell by the holes in the lids. The honey shredded beef was nice but everything else was pretty stale or flavourless. Checked uber eats to see the reviews but wish I checked google. Shame.

Have ordered from China Garden for years, the food is always great, one of the best Chinese around in terms of quality of food. However the delivery always takes much longer than advertised. Was advertised as 35-50 mins, and took 2 hours 35 mins! And arrived with items missing.

My order never showed up! I tried to call the restaurant for an update and no answer as they close at 1030pm. Terrible delivery service I want a full refund

Food was lovely, arrived early and nice and hot. Pleased it arrived early as I had been let down by previous order from a different restaurant who failed to deliver so had been waiting for almost 3 hours for food by that point!

Ordered from here for years however recently the chow mein noodles are so salty they are inedible. This is the 3rd time as everyone else in my family (who don’t get chowmein) love your food. Was hoping it was a one off but now three times in a row means it isn’t! Please fix this.

We use China Garden every time we want a Chinese. They're food is always amazing, we have tried many others in the area but no others are close to the quality of these.

We always order from china garden and usually the food is of excellent standard, however on this occasion the food wasn’t up to the usual standards and was poor it was cold and not cooked well, we are hopeful that this will be a one off and this mishap will not stop us from ordering from them again.

Very very nice. Great flavour curry. Wandering dragon was delicious- fresh with a bit of spice. All delivered nice and hot. Will definitely order again.

Usually the meals from here are amazing but last night the special chow mein was inedible, the noodles had so much salt in them that I couldn’t eat them, I’m sure this was an error by whoever cooked the noodles but please fix this or I’ll have to find another Chinese restaurant

Stay clear of this place me and my partner just had a curry from here order through just eat ate our food come in the kitchen with our plates and a live maggot was on my kitchen side next to the Chinese containers and the rice discusting through up what we ate sat here felling sick and hungry disgusting makes me wonder the conditions in the china gardens kitchen is in to have life maggots in their food not happy

The chips were green hard and chewy and over cooked, the curry was like jelly! I knew it weren’t 5 star food but that was the worst curry we’ve ever had, is the chicken even chicken, didn’t know you could cut chicken into square chunks, Think il pass on china garden from now on. The price was pretty high for what it was too, waste of money

One meal was wrong - ordered vegetarian chicken in spicy sauce but received sweet & sour sauce with a few vegetables which was lukewarm warm, very bland but most importantly, not what I ordered. Chips were abysmal & went straight in the bin - cold and dry. Noodles were also lukewarm warm & bland. The only positive was the rice & omelette which were hot & tasted okay. The restaurant did refund the incorrect meal but even so it was an expensive takeaway & not at all enjoyable. Will not return

The delivery driver was really rude and told me I took to long to get to the door and had said he called me three times when I had only received one call

Don't recommend it they missed out the rice with the curry and said you should have said you wanted rice but all the Chinese takeaway always supplies rice. And then in the menu you get free prawn crackers and that didn't happen until i phoned up too complain so won't be ordering from them again

Awful another disappointing order from a local Chinese takeaway! Food was reheated even the chips. Curry was congealed as reheated also if they cannot be bothered to cook fresh chips then that speaks volumes for the rest of the menu!!!! £25 wasted on these lazy poor quality takeaways. Normally can’t fault the restaurant, but tonight’s food was below standard. Delivery was late initially, and then when checking the tracker, food was delayed further. When it arrived, items were missing and half the food was cold.

The food unfortunately was Al.ost cold today, usually it's piping hot, it was 20 minutes between getting the driver on their way and the food arriving (and I only live 10 minutes away) which might explain it. If they were doing other deliveries on route the food needs to be kept hotter better. Otherwise everything was great.

Very disappointing food tonight when normally it’s really great. Waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for delivery, the chicken satay was really tough, the squid was rubbery and the chow mein pretty cold..

Ordered bbq spare ribs ended up with sweet and sour - put me off my dinner as they tasted of an liquorice which was absolutely disgusting. Waste of money to not be eaten.

Food was awful crispy duck was rock hard and couldn’t even swallow after we chewed was more like a dryer crispy sewed. Rice was freezing and undercooked as grains of rice were rock hard. chips were freezing. Salt and pepper chicken and curry was tasteless and also cold. I would like my money back awful

Have just had delivery made will never use again, Chips were hard, curry sauce and bbq sauce conjiled in 1 lump in pots, chow mein stodgy, chicken with spicy salt had very strange taste, will definitely stay well away.

Smaller portions, no onions, more expensive, worst meal I have had from there. Real shame
