Fast 'n' Fresh in Fife

02.07.24 Kettlebridge/Cupar Woman on shift (if that's what she classifies herself as). Thinks she's a high flying Sandwich maker who is a complete jobs worth. I get better attitude from dog droppings on the ground. Came along with a brand new puppy as all dog owner would agree you carry then as they're so young. I was back up against the doors as I was cautious of having the puppy with me and never came near the counters. Off the mark vile verbal communication advising no dogs allowed. However prior to entering the premises I checked for notice of contract which non advise regarding no dogs. My feedback is to train your staff for being more friendly and I'll stick to attending the other fast n fresh locations due to the staff always being amazing and welcoming. Poor service will not return. Also perhaps signage would be helpful to advise all customer as we genuinely understand and don't mind. What's we do mind the dog abuse by arrogant rude staff.

Not one to complain normally but feel it needs to be said as coming from a business management background, my experience was very unsatisfactory. Firstly it was a busy time at lunch time and only 2 members of staff, one being new and clearly needing trained in less busy circumstances. Then I was disappointed to find out no rolls left, seems to be a common complain on here also!! Then my requested order was made with very minimal filling and salad which does not coincide with their prices. To top it off women that served us was rather rude and blunt. Some improvements needed here for sure. Will not be returning in future and will go the extra few miles into Cupar as competitors are far better!!

My friend ordered me a simple scrambled roll which they managed to annihilate. One bite and the egg bounced out my mouth like a rubber ball. Still, it saved me the effort of spitting it out on the ground. On taking the roll back into the shop the girl behind the counter offered to scrape the scrambled egg off the roll and put "something else" on. As exciting as this prospect was I couldn't bring myself to accept said offer. I was slightly worried about what "something else" may actually be. She suggested a refund and I said that will do as I walked back out to my seat in the fresh air. The refund would of course go to my friend who bought the item. Fast forward 2 minutes and in he went to claim said refund only to be told I had refused it. A blatant lie, which he pointed out. The refund was grudgingly given and we left. I will NEVER use this r any of their establishments again. I suggest they make some effort to train their staff firstly in food preparation and secondly in customer relations. I was told later that the scrambled egg was ore prepared and reheated in a microwave. That explains it all.

I customer in front of me and I can tell right away its running slow 3 women behind the counter making stuff up Another young girl appears and takes the order from the customer . The other 3 just keep their heads down .I am eventually served by the young girl who is very pleasant . The food is excellent but I have to wonder about management . One of these women could have stopped what they were doing and seen to me ,coming from a retail background they should be seeing to customers coming through the door before returning to what they were doing There are a couple of tables for outside eating but none inside

Visited today and ordered 3 bacon rolls and one roll with sausage. although there were other members of staff in the building, only one girl was serving and I was unlucky to be behind a lady who was ordering several items. Although she kindly allowed me to ask them to put the bacon etc on to heat, I was late for a meeting due to time it took. At one stage the one girl serving put the bacon on the rolls and then left them on top of a microwave while another member of staff wandered about! In the past the food ordered from here has been excellent but when i got to my meeting I found that the bacon on all three rolls was what can best be described as cremated. Had i had the time I would have returned the rolls and asked for a refund.

Stopped off many times - is a handly location right on the main road. Food is good a bit expensive maybe but better than other alternatives

Best rolls and baguettes in Fife. Great selection of fillings, lots of fresh veg, at great value price. Range of delicious tray baked and cake, as well as a brilliant range of non standard ice cream flavours. Always found the staff quite friendly, and quick to get you served.

We often stop here for a a quick lunch. Fast service, although not always with a smile. Excellent choice of fillings for sandwiches, rolls, baguettes, baked potatoes etc. Great value for money.

Great wee place to stop off for breakfast, dinner or a quick snack. Full stock of the usual fry up food and a lot of healthy option foods as well as cakes and drinks. Average prices for the area.

Good location on the main road running through kingskettle and a wide selection of fillings - everything very fresh

Ham and cheese salad roll 1 slice of ham and wee drop cheese ,chicken tikka salad roll ,bacon roll coffee and coke £11.95

Picked up lunch on the way to St Andrews. Ham and coleslaw baguette also savoury cheese roll and a coke. Arrived at the beach ten minutes later. Baguette was excessively crisp, ham was very dry at one end , filling was massively over burdened with watery coleslaw. The savoury cheese was made with cheap nasty tasting mayo also hard dry bits of cheese. Coke was certainly not cold. The gulls and crows seemed to enjoy them.

Out for a Sunday drive, we stopped by for a baguette. My partner had been before & recommended it but I was surprised at the variety that was on offer. Best baguettes we've had in a long time. The baking was awesome too & good value for money. We'll worth stopping by.

Simple sandwich shop, plenty of choice - too much choice in fact, I stood there for a good few minutes overwhelmed by the amount of things I had to choose from. Wasn't exactly cheap either considering it's just a basic sandwich shop, but tasted alright.

I have driven along this road many times but have never stopped here before. It was early afternoon and I was feeling a bit peckish so decided to give it a try. Just be careful if you do stop here as it is street parking on a busy main road. On entering the premises I was pleasantly surprised as it is a lot bigger inside than what I had envisaged it to be, or from its outside appearance. The interior was bright and looked clean. There was a large choice of fillings to choose from. I opted for a cheese savoury roll and was served by a very pleasant and efficient young lady. Asked if I wanted butter on my roll first, then which filling I wanted, then if I wanted salad. There was a selection of salad items too as these were all in separate containers. The roll was put in a polystyrene box, then placed in a bag with a paper napkin. There is also outside seating here which I may have taken advantage of had it been a better day. Now to sum up - I am very particular about my rolls and for me the roll wasn't quite as fresh as I would have liked it to be. The filling on the other hand was outstandingly tasty. I felt that £2.50 for a cheese savoury roll, even with a little salad was a bit on the pricey side. Service was fast and efficient. Was impressed with the premises inside and the outside seating is a good idea.

Visited here today 28/10. This is the somewhere I tend to visit for quick food when working on the road. The problem with this place and others within this company is the staff. Every time you enter it's like you are just a problem, there is never a warm welcome, a smile or any courtesy / manners at all. This is either taught them from there management , due to work conditions or they have just hired the wrong staff. There is nothing worse getting barked at and treated like everything is a hassle. I give up with this place and won't step foot in the place. Disgrace.

Visited here agsin today after remembering how good it was last year when we visited. Sandwich fillings a plenty, lovely fresh rolls and baguettes. Plenty filling in them. If you're passing by don't go past without stopping in You won't be disappointed

The food is fast, quite good but not cheap..everything was reasonably fresh and portions reasonably sized .. They are NOT good with they're staff though.

Love going to this place for my lunch, They have a lot of different fillings to choose from. All fresh and tasty. Enjoy

La última vez que pedí un rollo de ensalada de queso, que apenas teníamos queso casi cualquier ensalada y yo estaba muy decepcionado con. No es lo que me he acostumbrado a esperar de ellos.

Love the fresh baguettes from Fast & fresh.On this visit I had a chicken & cheese omelette on a baguette - really tasty.Service a little slow and not the cheapest, but good fresh ingredients.
