Fast Fry Wall in North Tyneside

Arrived late and cold. I had to call 15 minutes after the initial delivery time, was told within 20 minutes, 9.05, called back again at 9.15, finally arrived at 9.25

Always great service and lovely food, my favouurite fast food

Order took 2 hours from ordering, not the issue due to weather but order then came with the pizza missing. We did explain that items delivered could not be consumed as at work and the pizza we were waiting for was the clients so unfair to eat whilst waiting for hers, which we explain. Pizza delivered with a couple of extras. Unfortunately the rest of the food was inedible due to being cold and chewy as sat in polystyrene boxes. Not a good experience as not listened to. Driver friendly though.

always late when you order yet to receive a order on time

driver went to wrong address I give him instructions to find me still went the wrong way took 10 mins for him to learn his left and rights. then the fish was awful it was grey ober cooked and more batter than fish on all 4 fishes, left a horrible taste, grease was dripping out the box.

Went to shop and ordered at chicken wrap food bang on. Then ordered for delivery it was terrible warm at best and wrap was awful same ordered just terrible will not order again.

Always order from here always perfect. Tonight hour late rang 3 times, food came cold and hard couldn’t eat any of it very disappointed

Asked for salt and vinegar in additional info not done! And it was extremely greasy where it was swimming in grease in bottom of box

I picked a time as im at work 00.55 cos i was on my dinner break at work 45mins late and missed my break absolutely shocking and food was luke warm why pick a time whn they cannot deliver on tht time you request i had to make 4 phonecalls

What a joke don’t pay on just eat the take ya money and leave u waiting on ya food because they must have drivers dropping orders off for the cash in hand joke last time a will be ordering from these it’s nearly teatime now

Food was decent but they forgot the drinks and was told driver would bring them back but never did.

Ordered for a work break so chose a local company that we hadn’t used before. Great menu choice, very good lunch time deal and pleasant delivery guy. Will use agin and I would recommend them to you.

As always fantastic food pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust is my go to 👍

was told 40.55 mins delivery came after 1hr 35 and cold

Pizza was lush but I ordered a can of apple tango and got a bottle of coke zero, 2nd time this had happened

Food was lovely as always, and great portions. It arrived a bit after the longer side of the estimate, but it is peak time on a Saturday night and they responded quickly to a request for an update. Usually it's super swift.

Great fresh food that arrives hot and very delicious. lovely staff who always smile when you enter the shop .

would say this food was great but when delivery driver wants to sit in their car outside instead of delivering it to my door mea s the food was cold.

i waited a extra 30 minutes for my food to be delivered and my child had then fallen asleep once it finally arrived, this is shocking from a business like yours !

Food was spot on kebab meat and chicken wings are spot on to a rate this 5 out of 10

My daughter loves the bolagnese from her craves it I orderd chicken curry for first time telling ya 5⭐ for the chicken curry the best chicken curry av tasted from a chippy in a long time never had a Dissapointed delivery yet

Delivery takes way longer than the app says it’s going to arrive! (up to an hour and 15 minutes). Constant mistakes are mind within orders to what the workers reply with “we will fix it next time and give you blah blah blah next time” which they infact don’t! Poor customer service!

Gutted my mate wasn’t there to speak to . Wish I knew before ordering.

Had to contack shop to ask where order was. Arrived very late. Food was lukewarm. Not a very nice experience.

Ordered sausage and chips. The whole lot went in the bin, thought it was just bad quality potatoes making the chips taste funny but the sausage was rank aswell and full of fatty/gristle bits. Wont be ordering from here again! shocking!

Always great from here. We had a bit of bother with our previous order, which turned out to be a Just Eat issue, and they still delivered us lovely hot food. Not a bother this time, and everything lovely. Great portions and lovely tender fish.

food was hot when it arrived. food was really nice tonight.

Pizza was delicious, it could of been a little warmer though, i ordered Deep Pan and got what seemed like thin crust that's the only issues. This doesn't take anything away from the quality of the food though.

Forgot our drinks and ordered a triple burger and got a single burger with kebab meat inside, if your not willing to give a triple burger for the any burger deal then don’t have the option it’s false advertising, disappointing

Ordered 2 bags of chips my son and i were staving id had nowt all day . The chips were hot well seasoned and perfectly cooked . Thank you. Place could do with a clean out side . Was great and the staff were very organised . Nice people

Can’t fault anything the driver was class just eat somehow changed my address to a one from over 4 years ago and driver had to bring it to the real address even after an extra 20 minutes everything was still roasting hot so any reviews that say they’ve received cold food is absolutely full of it thank you fast fry 🙏🏼

Tried the chicken curry and must say was not disappointed if anything I wanted more but will definitely order again. Only little thing and I know it’s free but the margarita pizza didn’t arrive and we usually give that to the lad as loves margarita but like I say first time it’s happened and won’t stop us ordering again. Quality food as always
