No chips in the family deal. Spent 14.99 on two Big Mac burgers and two chicken mayos absolutely terrible.

Was late by several hours and came cold. Couldn’t even eat it.

Food was as standard as McDonald’s comes, however 11:30pm on a Friday mightn’t be the most representative of their service. An order for two people took 35 minutes and was still missing a wrap (admittedly I should have checked before leaving)

Food well prepared and actually hot too. Even though I didn't get a receipt with my order number, staff fully understood the situation. Never had any issues.

My food took 3 hours to come and it came cold and the whole order was wrong I am not happy I asked McDonald’s for a refund they told me to contact just eat. Disgraced

This is for the delivery kitchen - Every time I have ordered there has been some form of issue, from getting the food wrong to upping the estimated delivery (by over an hour) whilst I have no option to cancel the order, and reorder somewhere else. I cant even make contact as they either dont answer the phone, or hang up my call straight away. Honestly a joke of a place, avoid at all costs if you want food, better off ordering it from another country, it’ll be quicker.

What is the point in asking me what dips I want when you never bother putting any in..........EVER!!!!!!!!

Food missing from order lengthy wait

This McDonald's did a great job. Quick service, pleasant staff, and easy in-out location.

was a long wait for the food but it was delivered within the time window shown, food must of been sat out for ages as it was stone cold not even like warm, had to heat in the microwave.

Food was nice but milkshake was good till half way through and got strawberry when a ordered banana very off putting.

The hamburgers are poorly assembled. The manager graciously replaced one last week however, the one provided today was falling out of the wrapper and crumbling apart. When it was replaced, they merely replaced the wrapper, as the new burger had the same missing chunk in it!

It's a Maccys - I used the drive through so scores weren't on the indoor area. I only ever use it if I'm starving and need a quick bite - the food is consistent here - staff are very efficient. I always find it easier to use the drive thru rather than the app for speed. There is usually space in the car park if needed. Good access from the A19 so it can get quite busy at times

My 13 year old nephew asked for help finding his collection code on his phone, the young lad behind the counter said i will just get the manager, he was then overheard by my nephew and a few other customers saying "the spaka at the counter wants to see you" absolutely vile behaviour from a McDonald's employee!

I go here with my dad quite a lot, and although sometimes they get the order right, there’s always something missing. Whether it’s an entire burger or extra sauce we asked for. E.g. Practically anytime i order a banana milkshake, i’ll get vanilla instead. If the banana milkshake has run out, it would be helpful if they told us at least. And the service is horrendous! Some workers are nice (especially the cleaners), but some are absolute zombies, and quite frankly don’t seem to care at all about the customers service. Used to be a really good place, so what happened??

Food is absolutely as expected, and the ability to order through the app and have someone bring it to the table helps to avoid waiting amongst the Just Eat drivers and getting ignored.

I have been meaning to write this review for ages now but I came in on the 5/5/24 with my children's and my daughters friend for my daughters birthday. The staff were absolutely amazing the whole time the cleaner recognised it was my daughters birthday and came straight over with crowns and activity packs she gave all the children balloons and even sang happy birthday to my daughter I was honestly so impressed. Mcdonalds this lady deserves a raise she hands down made my daughters birthday brilliant. The children all had a happy meal and then wanted a mcflurry but the machine was not working so the lady on the till was able to make them all ice cream sundaes to make up for it. My daughter had an absolute amazing birthday and later said she felt like a princess I can't thank you all enough your all brilliant.

Asked for ice in my drinks. Got no ice in my drinks. McDonalds coke is meant to have ice, that's how it's designed. The ice melt properly dilutes the coca cola syrup. I shouldn't have to explain how a McDonald's product works to McDonalds.

Missing big sauce, what a surprise, paid for it as well. Flurry has basically absolutely nothing in it. What a joke. Mcdonalds is so expensive now and it’s always missing stuff and everything’s always empty! How am I supposed to eat a wrap with no sauce….

Staff are very helpful and the food was good.

I had crispy chili chicken wrap with fries 🍟, as I was late finishing at work. Ideal when you've had a long day.

First time at this location and I was Shocked to discover that they offer Table Service . I waited for the food , and sure enough , I had table service and after I finished , the manager came over to the tables and asked us how the food and service was and I told him that it was great . Might have to return one day . Friendly staff as well .

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the store is clean. A few self-order-taking screens were not working, which led to the service being delayed. Overall good experience 👍

Safe bet food, you know what your getting when you order,except when they get your order wrong , was in a hurry and drive through was really busy so just let it slide as the staff didn't seem to be bothered to rectify it and couldn't get what the issue was!

Twice now they have missed items from my order. They also pile everything on top of each other in one bag so its difficult to check. This is the only mcdonalds i have this issue with. Constantly getting orders wrong. Today I was missing a big mac and a double cheeseburger from both meals and only given the fries and drinks! Its just not acceptable really when ive just spent £35! My partner now has the hassle of driving back to get what we have paid for.

Ordered food completely stone cold by the time we got home, and the hot chocolate was half a cup of tasteless brown water. Won't be ordering from here in a hurry

given totally the wrong order when shown to staff they didnt care no refund or replacement just rude.had to throw in bin .won't return terrible attitude when you have proof of your order.

Rude and unprofessional staff, always feel like they're really unhappy to be speaking to you, especially on drive thru. Food always missing at least one item. Very disappointing.

Been to this one a few times cia drive thru. Everytime i get sharebox of cheese bites i never get tomato dip. Now i believe the manager has asked the staff not to give to customers so they can save money. Petty. I won’t be going back and if i do i will be having words.

I had to make this order a second time because my first order (from silverlink 2) was either delivered to the wrong address or the driver kept it for himself, once I made this order, the time was between 00:00-00:15 but came at 00:30 and to make matters worse it was cold and my sweet chilli dip was missing, McDonald’s have some answering to do on this matter.

placed an order and delivery time was changed 3 times. When food finally arrived my order burgers were wrong and my fries were undercooked. Will make sure to order from silverlink 2 in future as never had an issue from there. Delivery guy was very friendly though.

Visited this branch as it was on the way home. Drive Thru service was ok. Got our items and there was 2 items missing. Had to ask staff for them.

4 stars because, mcflurrys and milkshakes are off alot, because of how busy it is, ques can quickly generate but besides those 2 issues, everything is basically what you expect from a mcdonalds

It's a McDs, blinking app sucks though, updated and I got a white screen of nothing when trying to place order, killed the app and restarted it and order was placed, go figure lol 😆

Had to wait an extraordinary length of time for 2 standard breakfast wraps.

Ordered a happy meal with 2 double cheeseburgers. They placed the double cheeseburgers inside the happy meal!! Had to wait for 10 minutes in a parked bay and then a girl came over When I asked why the 16 year old who made the food placed them in the happy meal she shrugged her shoulders with a disgusting attitude !!! Totally undercooked burgers also. Both burgers had 4 pickles on each and filled with onions to the brim completely inedible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete waste of time and money Trust me do not go to this place !!!!😡😡

This is the second time I’ve visited this particular McDonald’s outlet and it will be the last, now. Called in after 10pm on a week night, for two coffees and two cheeseburgers. Ordered using the console. Waited over twenty minutes - in a virtually deserted restaurant- for barely warm food and drink, deposited on the counter by, frankly, zombified looking staff, most of whom were out back drinking coffee (I hope theirs was hotter than mine) and chatting, prioritising drive through custom. The only staff member actually “on duty” was the cleaning lady (doing a great job). Silverlink used to be fast and efficient… My advice is avoid.

I give this place 1 star only because of the parking eye which has been installed. Park up for over 90mins - instant £100 fine. Park oitside of parking bay lines - instant £100 fine. Could work out cheaper eating in a Michelin star restaurant.

What can you say about McDonald's? It is a fast food shop, that specialises in burgers. It's big, bright, bold and bouncy. The food is decent but once I ordered a burger and just received an empty bun. My dismay was palpable as instead of feasting on juiciness, I found nothing but disappointment. McPlant, missing the Vegan Sauce. Only Tomato Ketchup and Mustard. Too much hassle to get back into the car park or drive through to complain, queuing cars out onto the Silverlink Entrance, carpark full... the council really should be reviewing the traffic situation here. Missing sauce ruins the taste of the product. Will drive the extra distance to Killingworth for now on, too many errors at McDonalds Silverlink. From cold food, to wrong food, to saltless soggy chips collapsed in the box and under filled. And now missing ingredients. It really isn't worth it. Pretty obvious they can't cope with the Uber Eats Orders, so have to rush food out at the expense of quality. I went back more times than I should have due to location. Not anymore, had enough.

Who doesn't love McDonald's. Fast food at the top of their game.
