Never ever get order right. Always get home to find missing items

Nothing to do with the delivery driver, Food took over 1 hour to be prepared by the mcdonald’s staff, tried to ring up a few times and no answer on the phone at all. Has arrived cold and sloppy, missing straws and dips. Night staff clearly don’t give a toss

my fries were only harf full and the butgers ther a n the bad and bot the boxes, looks like they had been just chucked in. the bugmac sauce was evrywere and the mcchicken sandwish had sause all over it to frim the big mac so did not get eaten

Asked for sweetener and salt, was told there's no salt and was handed 4 sugars. Complete and utter incompetence and downright lies. I will be taking this further whenever they deign to pick up the phone, which has been ignored for the past hour...

My order must have got delivered to the wrong address as it did not get delivered to my address but stated that it was delivered. Delivery service is terrible.

Came in and ordered food for me and my friend, waited 20 mins and told the first member of staff who took care of it. Carol was on the ball she upgraded our ice cream due to the wait and even offered us a free drink. Highly recommend this service #stanqueencarol

i was promised a free big mac or 3 chicken selects if i spent £15. after choosing 3 chicken selects they did not arrive.

Missing all of my burgers from my order and cannot contact them to have them sent out

Think Vicky (manager wouldn't give me her surname) needs a job where she doesn't have any contact with people. Disgusting attitude, aggressive and combative when informed our order was wrong (it happens, not a big deal). Never ever had a problem with any other staff here. Not sure how she got a customer facing job.

Layout of carpark makes it difficult to access the restaurant because of where the zebra xings are and no dropped kerbs.

driver was amazing foos was luke warm no straws for cols drinks no milk for hot drinks .

Didn’t even give me half my order

Thanks to Carol for the warm welcome, taking my order, bringing it to the table and exchanging a few pleasantries with me. When you're on your own it's especially nice when someone makes you feel that you're a special customer. Sorry to say that the food was a disappointment this time, hence 4 stars.

Not the drivers fault, McDonald taking their time with orders or not having the staff and quality of food was extremely low

Constantly have missing items from order.

Every now and then there is something missing but this is the 3rd time in. Row and it was 2 of the stack burgers! Not even the fries I could handle but 2 burgers is just ridiculous!!

Strawberry milkshake missing from order which was the main part I was looking forward to. Il not be using McDonalds again A holes

Drive in is well organised and swift service.

For a fast food restaurant there’s nothing fast about it. You wouldn’t except to be waiting 20 minutes for 2 burgers. Have more people mopping the floor than in the kitchen making the food it seems. Doesn’t help the fact it’s a 50/50 chance of actually getting what you ordered. Waste of time.

Every time you order from here there is always something missing. This time it was sauces despite it showing on the screen. The lass on the mic sounded like she couldn’t be arsed at all so i should have known to check. If you do order from here make sure to check everything is there because it likely isn’t. Absolutely useless.

I always use the drive through and I have never been disappointed with the quality, only disappointed when the menu changes such as the removal of the wonderful Philly cheeseburger, fast efficient and for me the best Macdonalds around

Fast efficient service, ample parking though access a little confusing first visit.

Ordered from Uber who got here in good time when he received food, but food and coffee was cold, I ordered all extras on the double bacon muffin and I didnt get any cheese (paid for extra)

Don’t order from the machines as they don’t refill the paper for the receipts

I ordered my food at silver link at half past 10 got home for qauter to 11 my order was wrong I was missing meals chips were cold I have been trying to ring silver link mc Donald's for 1 hour and 15 mins they have been putting the phone down on me I have spent 50.00 pound for 20 chicken nuggets and 2 big mac meals and drinks what came with the meals no help at all this is happend twice now my kids food once again did not get my food was called it's shocking I want a refund

At last a McDonald's that gets it right. The burger was hot and fresh and the milkshake not half melted. It's like going back to the 80's when McDonald's was a decent burger place. Well done Silverlink you appear to buck the trend and deliver decent quality in a reasonable time...

as far as maccies go this one is good! friendly staff, quick service and the food is hot and fresh 90% of the time. always very noisy here tho, rarely quiet and often a queue

Very late and forgot my sauces

Food was cold when I was given it, didn’t put sauces in so I went and said excuse me to ask for some sauces and got wait “10 minutes we’re busy” but I could see them on their phones and had a terrible attitude with me for no reason I was polite and patient but all I wanted was sauce with my order and not to have to come back

I ordered my food at 00:58 and it came at 3:28. 2 and a half hours later ! It’s ridiculous and absolutely no need. I’m not happy with this horrific service and I want a full refund. I have a screenshot of delivery order and delivery time

Quick drive through Always check your items as I forget how many times they don't include the dips. Even when I ask is there dips inside.

Genuine horrific experience being in here. Surrounded by Just Eat Workers, took about 30 mins to order. Wouldn't set foot in here again

Would have given no stars if I could. 3 hours for delivery..changed delivery people 3 times time for delivery 5 times!! Watched saw it all on the app!! Food arrived colder than the cold drinks and the ice had melted in them!!! Absolutely disgusting and now after a busy day which was why I ordered I have to start cooking for the kids because what arrived was inedible!!!

Went through the drive thru and the staff were very rude and disrespectful, making fun of me because my car is slightly louder than normal and they used the wrong buns for the mccrispy

was waiting for about 25-30 minutes in a bay when a worker came past called MORGAN we asked her to check how long the food would be she said she would check and let us know 5 minutes later she still didn’t come back to let us know so when we asked her again her attitude was disgusting so we asked to speak to the manager and when the manager came out she could not deal with the complaint so she walked off and said she was going to get somebody else to come out 5 minutes later still nobody came out so we left. The food was absolutely freezing and a meal was missing

Ordered a delivery via the app. We had missing food which we ordered and would not answer the phone as informed to do. We paid for food which we didn't receive and could not contact anyone to discuss this nor request and refund via the app.

Today, there was an issue with the app, so I ordered instore as a very helpful young woman assisted me with the order as I needed an app code to get an offer only available in the app. Unfortunately, I then waited a further 10 mins to get my food order.

Multiple visits here, always the same. Chips are always limp and greasy, evening staff full of bitchy young girls chatting not working, burgers are doloped together and when we choose to get it delivered there's always something missing or wrong order, no chips came with the meals tonight and ended up with double cheese bites, I don't understand how you can actually mess that up so much

Issues with the app again! Staff running around like headless chickens. I'm done with McDonald's now, restaurants are usually in chaos and the food now is terrible. Left without food, ordered 15 minutes earlier via app to simply collect.
