Farmyard Kitchen in Reigate and Banstead

We visited for brunch. I was with an older lady that walks with two sticks. One of the staff saw us walking from the car park and held the door open for my friend. The service was warm and friendly. The coffee was delicious. The brunch was excellent, especially the sausages. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely visit again.

This is a superb cafe in a superb location - bright (well lit with lots of windows) and a great view of the natural beauty of the Horley recreation ground it also has well- appointed outsdoor seating. The breakfasts are top notch and the Full English was excellent. Everything served in china - no plastic or other bogus materials. Thoroughly recommended.

Asked the lady behind the counter (the only one wearing the Farmyard Kitchen orange t-shirt)for a skinny late, didn’t have skimmed milk, so I said I’d leave then, as I walked to the fridge to get a bottle of water she called out to me and said and I quote…’so you are going for a fat coke then’…!!…I was absolutely gobsmacked by the dam right cheek of it, the reason I didn’t accept the latte is because my digestive system can not tolerate a latte with anything other than skimmed milk, so her assumption it was a weight issue was incorrect and rude, please keep your nasty incorrect opinions to yourself in future, not that I’ll be coming back to be insulted.

Love this cafe - go regularly with the family for lunch. Friendly staff, good menu and relaxed atmosphere.

Arrived 9.15 on 4th June they open at 8 I think Few young girl employees outside not doing too much .pretty sure they used to take orders at table but not a big problem .older lady said to go inside to order and then informed us they had been out previous night and all hungover.wife went to order at counter 2x sausage sandwiches was told ovens need to warm up so 5 minutes delay, fair enough .5 minutes later young waitress said they had NO SAUSAGES .we still hadn't received our coffees at this stage so decided to go elsewhere .but then when my wife asked for refund the same lady who took the order puffed a bit and gave her refund .she took the order for non existent sausages .why is she puffing! .who owns this place are they not bothered about their business. I gave a 5 star review last year on Google. Really not sure what's happening here

Place looks good from outside, toilets clean, Paid £6.50 for a black Americano and a coconut milk mocha, black coffee was very weak and the mocha tasted like watery instant chocolate powder, took two sips and threw it away Would not recommend

Gone down hill since opening last year, frequently runs out of food or gas, frequently stops serving food much earlier than stated, staff are great really not sure whats going on ???

Went to Farmyard Kitchen this afternoon for a much needed catch up with a friend. It was raining, we had our dogs with us with seats undercover we were happy to sit outside keeping dry. We arrived before 3pm knowing we had just over an hour. On arrival we were told the coffee machine was switched off and its closing at 3.45 today. We settled for a brew. The lights were switched off inside so selected a tasty treat in near darkness. Sitting outside our mug n plates must have been needed in the dishwasher as they were taken with in seconds of finishing. Staff ready to go home. Before 3.40pm we were told its shut. The shutters outside started coming down. We left. Not at all impressed with this visit. Felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Such a lovely place, 1 mile from Gatwick airport. Lovely staff can not do enough for you. The food was amazing so tasty. I highly recommend if you want to eat before going into the airport.

All staff were welcoming and friendly. Food was served and was amazing. Very accomodating with children and even dogs.

The staff were very pleasant the drinks were a bit expensive. My partner had a tuna melt panini which was good but I had a egg mayonnaise sandwich which had hardly any filling so quite bland which was a disappointment.

Ideal place for a good breakfast. The staff were very pleasant, engaging and the food was top quality. We will be coming back.

Nice place in the park, service ok, food expensive but good. Great place to go to meet friends for coffee.
