Farmhouse Pizza (Richmond) in Richmond upon Thames

Love this place, garlic bread with cheese and pepperoni is a must. Would be interested to see more items available on the menu though 😬

Absolutely awful experience this evening! We ordered at 6.50pm and was informed at 7.50pm our food had been cooked but a driver hadn’t been assigned (Uber’s fault) Upon arrival we had missing items, cold food and to my delight we ordered two chocolate cakes - only one arrived and the other was a toffee cake out of date by OVER a month! 🤢 Absolutely revolting and clearly shows this place doesn’t have a procedure in place to rotate the stock on these items. Definitely WONT be using this restaurant again! Medium pizza’s state 10 inch arrived tiny (yes I was petty enough to measure!) AVOID.

They have a wide selection of pizzas and sizes, even a massive square 18" pizza. The pizza taste is very nice, will be back!

Unfortunately since under new management. The place has gone terrible, such a shame. Food. Customer Service. Waiting time.

Poor customer service and even worse timekeeping. Don't try to order for collection as they won't care Pizza itself is no special. In fact quite oily, and if you take any meaty one I would suggest not to. Quality of chicken or even salami is like cardboard. Sainsbury's next door have a better pizza and they will cook it in store for extra £1

Not impressed waiting 2 hours for pizza with a home full of hungry children only for it to then be cancelled! I decided to call and find out what happened only to be told my pizza was ready within the hour and they had 2 different uber drivers come to collect it but it didn't fit in their delivery bag/box. They still intended to try and send these super size pizzas that had been sitting for an hour to me. I'm assuming if the second driver had not cancelled the order I would have been left waiting for a further driver to bring me pizza that had been sitting for yet another hour. This was my first time ordering from here and I won't be again, I usually order from Pizza GoGo, but the only reason I did not was they weren't taking orders when I tried to book at 5pm. Thankfully when I tried again I managed to order from them at 7.30pm! And to think the guy on the phone tried to get me to cancel my uber eats order and book direct with them only for them to use their own drivers and send me these pizzas that had been sitting for who knows how long.

Very poor service. Restaurant placed 10mins away, after two hours didn't get any update. Service very rude over the phone refusing cancellation. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The best place for pizza in London

At least for takeaway, use another pizzeria if it's practical. The ordering is unreliable. I live nearby, and every other time I order pizza by phone, it's not ready when I come at specified time (which is typically in 20 minutes), sometimes they just forget about it. Pizzas are OK, but nothing special.

The taste of (not so fresh butter/ sauce) they used on pizza made it hardly to enjoy and digest my dinner, I won't buy again.

Place was quite so I wasn't sure, but glad I got my quick lunch bite here, requested thin crust with loads of meet and veg... really yummy 😊👍🏻 Thank you

I ordered fish and chips fish was half as compared to normal size and taste less worth less

Bought Potato Wedges ..the taste was fine but i was charged £1 extra for no reason..when i asked the person at the counter that why are u charging £3.99 instead of £2.99 (which is the printed price in their menu and on display as well)..he was not able to reply me properly and cited some technical reasons..i think there should be fairness in the price as well..good luck

Amazing pizza!Very delicious , I recently moved down the road and decided to give This place a try ,got 18inch monster Pizza which was absolutely fantastic and order 10 peri wings on the grill which were also really delicious and fresh As to the chips they were definitely cooked in a fresh oil , they were amazing so was their service I will highly recommend to try ..
