Farmhouse Pizza (Hemel Hempstead) in Dacorum

Gone down hill massively was the best pizza in town now the worst ! last week was over charged 24 for 3 personal pizza deals I questioned this and was told no prices haven’t changed ( the little ones ) Last night gets better sent wrong pizzas and ask them not to swap with the house they sent it to why have something that’s sat in someone else’s hands they lied said would be fresh the man clearly sat in the car with it the pizza was stone cold and was not fresh had been in a customers house and returned to me disgusting will never use farm house again

Got my order wrong. Was quite aggressive and rude. When I called, only to tell them they had got it wrong; and if they can be more mindful next time - they jumped straight onto it was my fault. So let down, because I use to really like it. Going to rominoes next time

Went there, and not really the best experience, order a 18 inch pizza and extra for collection, put only 1 sauce in a large pizza, so I kindly asked for another 3 and drink, which cost me £4.70 extra, when other shops sell smaller pizza and add 3-4 sauces minimum. Need to fix up

They may have the biggest pizzas but they are far from being the best. Just avoid it…

The person was asking some weird questions he said “what problem do you have?” Also people are very cons as well and taste wasn’t good as well. It tastes greasy and inside was very tiny.

Far from any quality food I ever had. Definitely won't recommend to anyone. They show you a photo of a stone/fire backed like pizza and then you get a gas oven backed pizza. For £25 you could get 2 somewhere else instead in this case.

The person who took my order is obviously a liar and cheat, says one thing on the phone and when the pizza arrives it's different. They charged me more for a smaller pizza than a larger one. She wouldn't admit her mistake, what lying devious and dishonest person. Never ordering from here again. Pizza are ok but the dishonesty of the staff I interacted with was unacceptable and will avoid like the plague

Chips arrived with a blown up ketchup sauce pot all over chips. All 3 pizza have a garlic sauce burst all over pizza and 3 cans of drink missing . What genius thinks to put a compressed pot of sauce inside the pizza box…. 🤦🏼‍♂️

AVOUD AVOID AVOID !!! ordered a delivery and was kept waiting 2hrs. Called after 1hr and was told it’s with the driver. Called again at 2hrs only to be told they never even received an order !!! Ordered with Uber eats two small pizzas and garlic bread pizza but we never received one of the pizzas was promised by delivery man that the missing item would be delivered but it never turned up when I rang I got no answer poor service.

Disgusting. Ordered 3 pizzas through UberEats. Cheapest cheese going, greasy, tasteless and enough of it to cover 3 pizzas. Just nasty, ate one bite and now I'm about to have a microwave meal instead it was that bad.

My BBQ base was neglected. The toppings seem to have been genetically modified in a shed. Surprisingly, the stuffed crust was enjoyable despite the price. But that makes me wonder where they got it from...

Pizzas are an amazing price especially 18' but the down fall is that delivery is the same price as the pizza so it is just easier to collect but very delicious food!

Best chicken tikka spicy pizza in the area

I have ordered from here many times - the food used to be good, not sure what has happend. The pizza was bland & gross. the chicken strips were absolutely vile!! soggy & disgusting. However worst part was I rang up and politely explained the chicken strips were inedible - to which I was told that is just how they are and he refused to give me a refund. Rude & bad customer service! better off just ordering from Dominos.

I normally dont write reviews but have to say they were amazing. I order two 18inch pizza on sunday for a party and everyone loved the flavour. I will be buying pizzas from you from now on!

Pizza was ok there was a good range of toppings for us all to choose from so everyone was happy. I do think that it would be better if gluten free pizza could be added onto the menu although there are other gluten free options such as the wings.

Ordered via Just Eat tonight and food arrived in perfect time, piping hot and lovely. There was a mix up with the wings, called and spoke to the manager and within 20 minutes they were here with the correct wings and let us keep the incorrect ones. They can't do enough for you! Amazing service.

Ordered a pizza at the Hemel Hempstead Branch, i used to love ordering pizza from there. they got the delivery wrong so i rang up to complain and i was told it was my fault, they decided to send me a fresh pizza however i got red chili peppers put in it to spite me.

This is a secret but brilliant Pizza takeaway and delivery place in Hemel Hempstead. Good menu. V reasonably priced. Their dough is made fresh on the premises every day, none of frozen stuff. They have good ingredient and good delivery service.

good taste, i went there following the offer for 9.99£ pizza. I have asked to do it half pepperoni and half without. They said they will add 1 £ (that is already no sense...if you avoid to put pepperoni in half side....maybe you have to give me one pound!)....but i havs paid 12! so...they added 2.01 £. Still cheap and good taste but this is no sense

Fantastic pizza, great service and price. Friday night, call at 7:45pm, delicious pizza has arrived at 8:25! Hot chicken wings were not great, a little tasteless. But the pizza is incredible, biggest in town. Nice work Farmhouse pizza team.

We ordered a few weeks ago thin crust pizza and didn`t receive thin crust after calling the shop we are told we will receive one the next time we order. When we did next time they tried to scam us on pizza; rude on phone too. The price is different then those advertised on website. When we called them they said website has changed. Well, i ordered a pizza and I've been waiting for a good hour now, no pizza has come its now midnight there closing time. I have tried ringing them but no answer.

Placed an online order, waited over an hour, telephoned and they hadn't even made the pizza yet. No apology given just an excuse about the website.

I called as my order had been marked as 'delivered' in the just eat app and had not arrived. It had been over 45 minutes too so I was concerned it had been delivered elsewhere. I could hear the owner in the background saying, 'tell him to shut his big mouth it's only been 20 minutes'. I wasn't even complaining, was just checking it hadnt been delivered to the wrong address! Wasn't impressed so I cancelled the order, Just Eat had to give me a refund though. Oh, and as I was googling to leave this review, I noticed they had a good hygeine rating of 0/5. So I dodged a bullet.
