Farmhouse Beefeater in Cheshire East

I came here as was staying in the premier inn for work. I had two nights here and both nights the service I received from James & also Pete in particular was exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for me and made sure everything was alright with drinks/food/service etc. I would highly recommend this restaurant not only because the food was delicious but also excellent customer service

I had an enjoyable meal and was impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, including Jan C who had only recently started but couldn't have been more attentive and helpful, especially as it turned out to be a very busy evening.

Peter made our day as always, chaps great! Day starts to seem better everytime we bump into him on service. Lovely 5 star service Food lovely,medium rare steak always bang on money !

We have been going to the farmhouse beefeater for a number of years and always had a good meal and friendly staff. However last night five of us went for a meal and we must say it was a shambles . first of all we had to queue for ages for the drinks as they were short staffed apparently , Although the young bar tender apologised he was clearly under great pressure , but still kept pleasant. The waiter [Peter] brought the meals to the table and all i said was it was not the meal i ordered , he turned defensive saying it wasn't his fault , i said no worries , but he was angry and just walked away . So we got our meals and must say they were all nearly cold and my chicken portion was like rubber not many chips . the mixed grills were terrible . the lovely young waitress offered us a free sweet or drink , but we were not after freebies so declined her offer. We must say she was very pleasant and apologised . We won't be visiting you again . Gill and family , Sandbach.

Staff were excellent especially Kirsty and Jenna, always attentive. Food was top notch. Our company will use this beefeater again as staff were so good.

We have been on multiple visits to The Farmhouse Beefeater in Crewe. Every time we have not been disappointed. Sharny was the chef and my husbands T bone steak was cooked to perfection again. I had the smothered chicken which was also nice. We were served by Lynne who we have got to know over the last few visits, who was very pleasant and attentive and made sure our visit was a pleasant one.

Having been served on the Saturday and Sunday for Breakfast In the restaurant by a young-ish man (called James) I can say that he was incredibly cheery and welcoming, especially for 7am on a weekend.I was advised that, due to the Bank holiday trade that they would be running a breakfast buffet which was fine with myself. On request, I was served poached eggs with my buffet option which cooked to perfection by the chef (I was advised is called George).I look forward to another visit on my next stay here

Multiple visits to this wonderful Beefeater, so I thought I just had to post a comment. The food, which we had cooked by "Little G" and "Keil", was just amazing. Well cooked, tasty and hot. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable by amazing professional staff, Pete and Mayah thank you and see you all again soon.

Came here the other night for food and drinks with colleagues and the food was amazing, served by lovely and friendly staff. Didn’t get the servers name but she was friendly and polite. Had dark brown hair, young and was fun. My steak was cooked perfectly by the chef, he had a big beard and food was flying out the kitchen. Great passion! Thank you

Arrived for a one night stay in the premier Inn attached and planned to arrive in time for a quick drink in the bar before going to bed. When we arrived at 10:30pm, the bar had several customers sat with drinks. However, we were informed that they were unable to serve us as the manager had closed all the tools early and it was not possible for us to buy drinks. This was extremely frustrating as we had planned out arrival time to be before the advertised closing time of 11:00pm. What's more frustrating is that the information in the room also states the restaurant is open till 11:00pm and the hotel receptionist also confirmed that the bar was open and we could bring our drinks to our room if we wanted too. After being told we could not buy any drinks we then mentioned this to the hotel receptionist who confirmed that they close at odd times all the time and it is difficult for them to advise customers. She also told us there was nothing she could do about the situation. Extremely frustrating, all because someone wants to get a head start on closing and try and leave early!

great choice of food. Served by Nemo, and on his advice I opted for 2 course lunch menu. starter and main for less than £10cant go wrong, tasted great and from open kitchen where you can see it freshly made.will def be back next time I stay at the Premier Inn.

What a pleasant surprise a wonderful welcome by a very polite personable young man (Sorry didn’t get his name) Sunday 24th April 8am. It nice to be appreciated as a customer and not like some restaurants treated almost as a hindrance. Certainly not the case here - Food great service brilliant keep up the high standards

My family love going to the Beefeater (The Farmhouse). The food suits even my youngest, exceptionally picky eating, daughter. The menu is great for us as it covers steaks, burgers, a great mixed grill and ribs... which is usually what we order. The bar is super, showing knowledge about their gins and mixers, so that we can ask for a recommendation and get a lovely beverage. Decaff tea as a bonus!Finally the staff are really friendly, the manager (whose name I didn't get) but also Lynne our wait staff and food cooked by Keil, the chef. We look forward to our next visit.

We didn't realise that the restaurant would be fully booked on a weekday early evening so had to sit in the bar area. This was ok for us. The only downside is you have to go to the bar to order and get soft drink refills.The food was tasty and of a good quality, and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.All the staff were helpful and happy which always makes for a good atmosphere.Will definitely return.

Went today for lunch. There was a group of us & the waitresses Lynn couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended. We couldn't fault the food either Keil & big George. Will definitely be coming again.

Lovely and clean establishment,all staff were welcoming and friendly especially our waitress Jay who looked after us. Food was delicious, special mention to Keil and Tom who ensured our food was cooked to perfection.

Me and my partner came for a Sunday lunch today, absolutely beautiful could not fault it, we both had half a chicken and it was perfectly cooked! Staff were more then welcoming and polite. We were asked if we had a beefeater card and we didn't and we asked for more information and he explained it to great detail and gave us a card! Will be 100% coming back. Thank you!

A group of us go here regularly for a catch up over breakfast. The breakfast is great...such great value at £9.50...as that includes unlimited proper Costa coffee!! Staff are great too, didn't catch a lot of names but manager with long beard and Romoha (I think) are some of them.

We had a lovely meal and were looked after well by Peter who was friendly and polite. He made sure that we weren't waiting and that our drinks were kept topped up. Thank you Peter! :)

Waited 2hours for our food!! One steak very poorly cooked. Wifes mothers day meal roast was very sloppy. But rest of the party food was ok. Something sadly has gone very wrong. Cant say they were over busy. Hope you have a better experience.

Visited for a family birthday meal. Our server Sharny was very attentive, efficient and friendly and all meals were cooked perfectly by head chef Keil and little George. Very happy with our visit and will definitely be back soon!

Visited tonight and was sat in Peters section, as requested.We could see a few big parties were in and we were told to expect a wait but food seemed to come at normal timing.Peter is always friendly and extremely helpful and he always remembers our drinks order and keeps us topped up.Always great value

Food was delicious although a little slow but a lot of parties did turn up at the same time. We were apologised to without having to ask. We were served by Jay who was very friendly and nothing was too much. Wishing we had a Beefeater nearer us Thank you for a lovely family meal!!

We were lucky enough to have Carol serve us dinner, shes brilliant!I cant remember when's the last time I had such a great TBone steak ! Kiel you're a star!On top of that double the lucky Cordelia served us in the morning! Josh made a brill breakfast as always!Great staff makes this place greater every visit!

The food that Adrian prepared for us was delicious , the way that the staff treated us was amazing, Pete is lovely! We have felt like home ! Definitely going back 🙂

We went for our son’s birthday with family. The food was delicious, hot and plentiful, superbly cooked by the chef Keil. Our waitress was Lynne. She had amazing customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. She asked if we were visiting for a special reason and we told her it was a birthday meal. She made a fuss of our son, brought him a special dessert and then a treat of a sweet bag which he loved. Though the restaurant was busy we were never left waiting too long. We really enjoyed our visit that day and can’t wait to visit again.

Lovely family meal at the Beefeater in Coppenhall Lane Crewe on Saturday 5th March 2022 with the lovely Jenna serving us all. Thank you Jenna for the friendly very efficient service and no mix ups even when I changed my order from chicken to lasagna. We were all very satisfied with your service and our food you delivered, even delivering with warning to me of how boiling hot my dish was. You must have burnt yourself having to carrying two of those Jenna. I'm so sorry. Thank you again Jenna. And also thank you Pieter/Peter.

This is my go to place for amazing steak, fabulous staff! Pete is an amazing waiter. Always caters for our every need. He is extremely knowledgeable of the menu. Our visit tonight was as always fantastic. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We will be back very soon.

Our server today was Peter, he was friendly, approachable and helpful. He made sure we were happy with our food and even told us about the Loyalty card, which of course we had to sign up for. He explained clearly how to set up the card, how the rewards/points system worked.

Premier inn is in a nice quiet location , room nice and clean and usual premier inn standards. Evening meal in the beefeater next door was pleasant , good steaks . Peter our waiter was excellent , service with a smile .

Had a very pleasant drink and a meal here. My partner and I had filet steaks cooked exactly to our liking. The staff were very attentive and friendly: a special mention for Caron our waitress. Probably the best Beefeater we have eaten in. I would certainly visit again.

We were served by a lovely gentleman called Peter. He was very attentive and friendly, serving us refills before we even had to ask. He made our evening very pleasant.

Our son said to Lynne the waitress, "any chance of a bacon sandwich please" and she said "I'm very sorry we've already finished breakfast". So he said , "anything will do but if you cant, I will just have a drink". She went away, 2-3 minutes later she came back with her notepad and said " we havent got everything but what do you fancy?" He replied "anything". Lynne came back 4-5 mins later with 2 flapjacks, jam butter, he was absolutely pleased to be getting something. A minute later she arrived with just about a full breakfast. We want to thank Lynne and also Sharny the chef for making a big boy very happy, which made us very happy.

My partner and I chose the Beefeater restaurant as our first outing since the pandemic began (we last went out socially 12th Feb 2020), because we have such fond memories of the place - and we were so glad we did, as we had a wonderful time. We were seated and served by Mike, who was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs, the food came quickly (two courses), was piping hot and absolutely delicious! We had the beef nachos to share, which were moorish, and steak cooked exactly how we like it! Thank you so much Mike and your team, for treating us so well, and making our first outing back into the world so special - we're looking forward to our next visit

The person who took us to our table and appeared to have a management role, clearly thought that this was the end of his responsibility, so we sat and waited for nearly 30 minutes for someone to take any order…only drinks at this stage. No one came to take a food order, for a further 20 minutes, until we’d hassled the staff. Then we waited (and waited) for over an hour for the worst food I’ve ever been presented with, to arrive.I’m not going to bother you with the details, as the errors in each meal were legion and it was clear that the “chefs” were not under any supervision. Soggy, overcooked veg, frozen core Yorkshire’s, overcooked beef that resembled 1970s school dinners etc. etc.Unless someone takes responsibility for the shambolic performance, this Beefeater will never improve….

We had a lovely family meal and we were served by Pete and Jay. The food was lovely, staff very friendly, great atmosphere and we will be coming back .

What can I say about this dreadful place.We went last night, 8 of us celebrating my big birthday. Family had also arrived to surprise me and my daughter had taken balloons and a cake in earlier in the day . My daughter had to ask for the balloons!we waited ages to be served, were told that the Sunday roast was off, along with several other things that we had chosen off the menu.When some of our meals arrived, they were wrong too. The medium steak on the mixed grill was a tiny piece of leather. My salmon with roasted veg came in a bowl of shredded lettuce, lots of it! No dressing on it or the dry salmon. I had to go and ask for lemon which was a lemon which obviously been opened for something else and bits cut off of it to be given to me.My husbands mixed grill didnt turn up. When asked we were told they forgot so made another which was served mid meal without the steak and thick potato chucks instead of chips. They took it away again and brought it back steak on but same potatoes. When my husband complained again and said that he no longer wanted it, the girl took it back into the kitchen and threw it either on the floor or against the wall. The noise was incredible and one of our party was watching her. I could go on and on. Food was awful. We had to ask for the cake back and eat it at homeThe manager did in the end give us a discount on the edible meals but would highly advice you not to eat here. It spoilt what should have been a very special evening.

We stopped at the Farmhouse for a family do. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by all their team but especially Gabby.All the food we had was delicious and hot. Our rooms were all clean, comfortable and ready early.A complete gem of a place.Thanks for everything.

The worst meal out! As a family, we had multiple things to celebrate so booked a table here -12 of us, including 4 children. It took us going up to a member of staff after 30 minutes of being sat to ask if we could order. We then ordered our food and waited another hour and 25 minutes for our food to arrive. The Yorkshire puddings were still frozen, the vegetables over cooked to a mush. Burgers and fish were burnt. The burger I had - which was the double crunch came without bacon and bbq sauce. The coleslaw was about a teaspoon’s worth and a very small portion of chips. Service was ridiculously slow and I’m sorry to say that this meal was anything but the celebration it should’ve been. It was so slow that all children got fed up and very antsy. Fortunately we had a code for 30% off, but all still felt we were paying more than we felt the meal deserved. Despite still being hungry, we didn’t order dessert as we didn’t feel it would arrive within a decent time, or be worth the money. Safe to say, we won’t be returning.

I have really enjoyed the stay, me and the party have really had a good time at bar, all staff were more than happy to accommodate all our demanding requests , Karen to be specific was exceptional, Karen has tolerated all our bad jokes and a bunch of guys have if a few to many.Food was lovely too, chefs always happy to accommodate the special.Thank you for excellent service.

Had 3 lovely party’s here since Christmas and they have all been fabulous evening with our waiter Peter who was brilliant on all 3 visits made sure we all got the meals we asked for. With the current situation I haven't been out anywhere for a long time. I decided to meet a friend for lunch as I knew it would be a quieter time and I had a voucher to use.The meal was very tasty and we both enjoyed it. Only problem was my friend had eaten hers before I got mine as I'd clearly said I didn't want cheese on but it came with cheese as they had forgotten to mention to chef so he had to re do which took time.I do find prices for soft drinks very expensive -especially for draught ones which are basically syrup and fizzy water not even the real thing - although it is often the same in other restaurants.I enjoyed the meal just a shame about the delay especially when the restaurant was so quiet.I felt safe although staff didn't have masks on which is mentioned online.

Lovely Barman who was so helpful, named Mike, nothing was too much trouble and the food was amazing after a long day of traveling it was very enjoyable, thanks so much for a lovely dinner.

One of the worst places ive dine at,took my mum for a meal and it was lousy at best,how this is 5 stars is scandolous!! Seved by 6,yes 6 different staff who blatantly couldn't be bothered..the food was lousy,the prices are horrific for sub-standard food and the waitress staff were awful..for a 3 course meal we were at our table for almost 3 hours!! 3 hours!! I will never visit this place for food again!! Ever!!Shockingly awful..and yet they still take your money even though the food was poor.Ive eaten at many places over the years but i would rather eat in a mcdonalds than visit here again,and im no lover of maccies!!I would avoid Beefeater as value for money does not exist here,or the quality of food either..and pure lack of service.Good luck....

We’ve been coming here and had fantastic food and service for years , and left really good reviews but today it was absolutely awful, there were 4 of us all had starters , prawn cocktail not bad Some sort of sliced potatoes with cheese and bacon that was inedible , crunchy chicken wings , they came out black , when we challenged the waitress she said it was the coating when you bit into them the coating just crumbled onto the plate ( not nice) my starter was supposed to be mushrooms in a cheese sauce on a piece of bread , what arrived was a small piece of hard bread ( about the length of my finger ) with 2 very small mushrooms with melted cheese , that was solid and very wilted lettuce. Mains 2 stacked burgers 1 chicken n grill Half a cooked chicken All plates came with a very small potion of chips ( the waitress did bring us some more out) The burgers had no side salad or coleslaw as advertised ( when we asked where it was the waitress said they had ran out and would we like some onion rings) Chick n grill was some sort of chicken fillet then placed in a bun ( I’ve never known my husband leave food but he did ) even he said it was awfulThe half a chicken was dry and the skin was slimy not nice We were discussing the meal when we watched one of the waitresses open a cupboard that had a rubbish bin inside , she then took 2 child’s screwed up dirty menus from this rubbish bin smoothed them down and took them to a table that had just sat down and gave them to the children. We weren’t going to bother saying anything about the food until we witnessed this waitress getting the child’s menus out of the bin , so when the waiter came to take our plates away I mentioned that the food wasn’t up to the usual standard he did apologise, and was just about to walk away when I told him what the waitress had just done , he looked shocked and said that he would deduct some dishes off our bill , which he kindly did 18% , when the bill came 2 glasses of white wine cost £17.45 this is the beef eater in crewe not london how can they justify nearly £9 for a glass of house white , anyway we paid the bill and left , it will be a really long time before we’re back , and some of the staff need a refresher course in health and hygiene.

We use Beefeater regularly because of quality of food and smart service within a reasonable price bracket.This dinner was to meet 2 very old friends whom we had not seen for nearly 4 years due to Covid and severe illnesses.It was a very low quality affair because the staff simply could not cope with the volume of people on a Wednesday evening & despite our arrival at 5.30pm it was after 6 20pm when our order arrived.The kitchen just did not appear to be able to cope and when the food arrived the triple cooked chips which were with the rump steaks were cool to cold.Elena -Ra who was very good in keeping us updated got the chips changed after but it took some time because she had to deal with too many tables of customers.I asked for a refill of skinny fries from another member of staff 3 times and was told the kitchen were cooking them BUT after 15 minutes we managed to get Elena - Ra to bring some even if all the food had already been consumed.Her colleague did not even bother to apologise although Elena-Ra did several times for the refill chips & the fact that the medium rare rump was slightly undercooked hence chewy. She gave me a 25% off food voucher to be used by end February but with the current situation don`t think we will be back quickly.Why not apologise in a concrete fashion and take the 25% off the bill

My Partner and I visited this restaurant tonight, 10/02/2022. We both ordered the Surf and Turf meal. The steak was excellent and beautifully cooked by George the chef. The jumbo prawns and calamari were delicious. We will certainly be back here again.

We stay in Premier Inns all over the country. The Beeefeaters restaurant and bar manager (Mike) couldn't have gone anymore out his way to accommodate us. The whole of the restaurant staff were very helpfull. Will deffo stay here again.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Very good location for us as we can walk there. Food was very good as always, I had Chicken & Ribs and my husband had the 10oz Ribeye which was cooked to perfection by big George. The waiting on staff Sharny, Kirsty & Milee were all very friendly and attentive and made sure that our meals were satisfactory.

We would like to thanks for the excellent 5*service which was delivered by Peter today and many times before. Hi is very kind person and I’m very happy to see him and be served by him every time when we’re using beefeater restaurant in Crewe. Food was excellent to. Well done Peter!

Just had a lovely family lunch at this Beefeater. Really well looked after by Lynne, our waitress, who went out of her way to sort out a gluten free option for me and well cooked by Keil the chef. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be going back, thank you.

The server Sharny was lovely, very friendly and welcoming especially with the restaurant being busy for a Thursday evening. Food was nice as always.

First time visiting this restaurant and I was not disappointed. Food was gorgeous. Two of us had chicken goujons for starters and further goujons were sent out as the chef had decided that the ones we were served were a tad on the small side. That certainly wasn't expected as we wouldn't have known any different.Lynne was our server and she was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. I normally avoid chain restaurants but will definitely visit this one again.

Having just visited Farmhouse Beefeater I had my heart set on a T-bone Steak which was unavailable however between Chef Keele & Lynne they suggested a 12oz fillet steak witch was cooked excellently... My wife had the ribs and we both had fantastic meals. They also allowed me to use a BLC as well to obtain good discount which was very welcome thank you. Well Done team!!!!!!!

As fairly regular visitors of the Beefeater we chose it to treat my parents to a meal on New Years Eve lunchtime. We received a warm welcome and after seating we met Lynne our server. She was extremely friendly and helpful throughout, the food was fantastic. We were a family of 7 and everything arrived in a reasonable time, thanks to all the staff

We went on New Year's day for an all you can eat breakfast. It wasn't too busy. We had pre booked online. Plenty of continental food and drinks available. We had the full English cooked breakfast. You can pick as many sausages, bacon, hash Brown's etc as you want as well as beans, mushrooms, scrambled eggs. Our host was called Lynne, she was very friendly and helpful. We also used our Defence discount card to get 25% off the bill. Overall, a great experience and a full belly on the way out.

Had breakfast for New Year's day. Food was lovely with a great selection of cereal, bread and pastry as well as a full cooked breakfast and the staff were great! Really impressed by Lynne. She was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to also explain the loyalty scheme to us too.

I really enjoyed a family meal for 8 here. It was my first visit and to be honest I didn’t expect too much going there. However, I really was impressed. They restaurant looked great, really Christmassy - the service by Sharny was exceptional- nothing was too much trouble. She was polite, professional & attentive- an absolute credit to the company. We came with children, she got crayons & helped us with the menus. There’s a huge selection of tasty food - something for everyone! Thank you for welcoming us - it was a great evening and I will certainly be visiting again x

I just dropped in for a quick breakfast and was very impressed. The quality of food and hygiene was only surpassed by the quality of service from Lynne. Lovely friendly lady who was exceptionally helpful.

Family of six Christmas meal. Seated quickly and drinks order taken. Quickly does not appear again. Took 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. Food was ordered starter took 40 minutes to arrive and looked like it had been thrown on the plate. The main course took a hour and half to come. They had run out of T-bone steak so husband had to pick again, which resulted in other five meals sitting on the pass keeping warm, this made the meals all congealed, then they cleared microwaved them. My daughter asked for no bacon on her burger yet it came with it. They did apologies and gave a free beer to my husband. We couldn't order dessert as we had a taxi booked and it took to long for serves. The waitress tried really hard, but the kitchen let the whole meal down.

We stayed at the Premier Inn adjacent to this venue and at at the Beefeater every evening. The food was consistently excellent and all the staff were incredibly friendly. A special shout out to Ian whose cheery persona and friendly attitude made our visits more enjoyable.

We have stayed at the premier inn and have eaten at the beefeater every evening for a week. ian was a delight on the bar, couldn’t help us enough, all staff were great! Thoroughly recommend! Have had a lovely stay-and very much made at home by Ian. X

Visited the Beefeater this evening. Excellent customer service. Lynne has served us before and was very attentive. Remembering my NHS discount without being prompted.... Food lovely. Eldest daughter says it's the best steak she's ever had! Always lovely there 😊

Standard meal. Gluten free dessert menu was free of gluten free desserts (apart from ice cream) Difficult to get service after mains are served. Could do with extra staff. Clean toilets.

I don’t leave reviews very often but I feel I need to leave a review for this restaurant.I was firstly stood waiting to be seated for 5 minutes with staff walking passed before someone acknowledged I was there. My order was quickly taken but the wait for both the starter and the main was ridiculous, never have I ever had to wait so long for food. I was sat right in front of the kitchen and saw my main sat for 10 minutes with nothing being done to it before it was brought to me, as a result it had dried out a little and was no longer hot. The starter was extremely poorly presented, just 4 bits of chicken and a pot of sauce on a huge plate.Half way through waiting a member of staff that was originally serving went into the kitchen to help and not once did she wash her hands, she was then handling the food with bare hands and her hair was dangling all over the food. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! If anything she was just getting in the way and slowing everything down! I am almost tempted to report this to the council.The only good thing was the waitress that came over to apologise for the wait, it was almost like she was embarrassed about the situation. Overall it wasn’t a good experience and wont be back again.

Me and 2 friends visited today for lunch. The food was beautiful and the waitress who looked after us Lynne couldn't of done more. Friendly from the moment we arrived. Polite and just lovely. Had a really lovely afternoon. Will definitely be visiting again. Really nice food, great prices and a wonderful service. Thank you Lynne

I use the beefeater for business when in the area, enjoyed the prawn cocktail, fillet steak and dessert in this visit. Would like to I've a special mention to Lynne who has been my waitress the last couple of times I've visited, nothing to much trouble and very fast service, waiting time is minimal for drinks and food and very curtious.

The meal was lovely, plenty of food for us. However the puddings, banoffee waffle sundae is a big yes, however the brownie was disappointing by being a bitesize. The food tasted well, and I was extremely pleased with the spinach and ricotta cannelloni, thank you very much. Thank you for the good service.

Excellent service with a smile from our waitress Lynne. Steak dinners were lovely but the whole meal was not very warm unfortunately. Had the chips and sides been hot we would score higher. Lynne offered to replace the chips etc but we chose not to as the steak was ready to eat, albeit not hot enough.We will go back as despite the above, it was good food and excellent service.Thank you.

Ate here on Saturday night, we were seated quickly, but that's where the quick service ended.Took 40 minutes for our drinks order to be taken, and then it was only taken because I asked someone to take our drinks order.When the drinks came, alcohol free beer was delivered instead of the cider, on mentioning this it was made to feel like it was our fault the server got it wrong. Starters were edible, but that's about the best that can be said for them.Mains then took at least another 30 minutes after the finishing of the starter to be delivered. When the children's pizza arrived it was 5 small slices of pizza, which makes us wonder who serves just over half a pizza, even though our server had said it was a large portion. Chips were flavourless, standard frozen supermarket chips at best.All in all, from the other reviews service was a big let down.

Mayan served us this evening and you could tell she was very switched on. We had great service tonight and had a great time.

Came out for a night with the family and have little to no complaints. There was a little wait on food and some out of stock items, but our waitress Lauren was very kind and kept checking on us and keeping us updated which was appreciated. After the wait i can say it was worth it, the food was great and we will surely be returning!
