Beautiful place for a day out. Especially with little ones, they could run around and have mini items like giant wheels, tractor models, bicycles etc for adults and kids to equally enjoy.

The desserts and ice creams were so good. Food is distinct although different pallets will rate this differently. I loved the dish my wife did not like very much. We also went in late and it was busy due to the tulip festival and the specials were sold out.

We had a lovely visit to Farmer Copleys. We came for the tulip festival, which was amazing! Lots of different varieties and colours. The ferris wheel was fun! We had breakfast in the cafe which was good but slightly expensive. It cost £1.50 to add a slice of toast on top of the £13.50 breakfasr! I received mine with slightly overdone bacon and an overdone egg but everyone else was done perfectly. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The hash browns were lovely. We went into the ice cream cafe and had the hokey pokey ice cream which was beautiful!

I just went to the Tulip Festival, which was good. You can pick your tulips from the picking area for £1 per stem. I had lunch at the cafe near the farmhouse—the food was okay. The whole area is dog-friendly, and my furry girl was happy.

The review reflects the reputation but tbh, it has unnecessary Farmer Copleys added tax, and £10- to just go look at the light covering tulips [being of Dutch descent] is a bit steep. Anyway, it's a local attraction but feels like it should 'give back' to the community a little more. Perhaps, genuine care and affordability would be the right thing to do in the long term. Just saying 😉

A lovely and memorable visit! We visited Farmer Copleys last Sunday and absolutely loved it. The weather was warm and sunny, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place is beautifully maintained, and the vibrant tulip displays were simply stunning. We're already looking forward to coming back for sunflower picking and the Halloween pumpkin festival. Highly recommended for a fun and scenic day out!

Ice cream wonderful, but the queues are moving dead-slow, not worth it waiting 1 hour in the scorching sun for an ice cream. Tulips nice, but what's the point to have sold-out tickets system? Leave the people in to enjoy the view if they are willing to pay, there's plenty of space on those fields. 5 stars for the location, 4 stars for the selling management/very slow employees.

Situated in a beautiful countryside, Farmer Copleys invites visitors to immerse themselves in a sea of colorful flowers, creating a beautiful escape amidst rural charm. It offers not only a glimpse of the beauty of nature, but an experience that celebrates the magnificence of tulips in their natural environment. One of the garden's greatest features is its ample parking facilities, which ensure hassle-free access for visitors who want to explore its vibrant fields. The Tulip Garden offers a beautiful retreat into the embrace of nature, where sprawling tulip gardens paint a beautiful tableau against the backdrop of the countryside. With thoughtful organization and a relaxed ticketing policy, it is a great place to visit

We visited the tulip festival today. The shop was full and very busy but beautifully laid out. We bought a chilli scotch egg and a pulled pork in pastry from the farm shop which were delicious and really filling. We then wandered over to the tulip festival which was again really busy but absolutely beautiful. Plenty of photo opportunities. Good choice of food stands and even a bar. We picked a small bunch of tulips at &1 a stem and bought a rhubarb jam from the shop which we can't wait to try. Next time we come we would probably leave until a weekday early on in the day as the ice cream kitchen had a big queue hence we didn't get to try it this time round. Good value, farm shop not cheap but in line with most local produce which you always expect to pay more for. Loved it here and coming back!

Lovely place, delicious ice cream and pretty tulip fields. We were just a little disappointed as a large amount of the tulips were not for picking and had signs to say no picking, so we did not pick these. However when coming to pay everyone around us had picked these tulips and staff were allowing these to be bought. We could tell as there were some lovely light pink ones that we wanted and they were bigger than the rest.

A Wonderful Experience at Farmer Copleys Farmer Copleys is one of those rare places that instantly makes you feel at home. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by a warm, rustic atmosphere and friendly staff who clearly care about what they do. The farm shop is filled with high-quality, local produce – everything from freshly baked bread and handmade cheeses to seasonal fruit and veg straight from the fields. The farm is perfect for families, with seasonal events like pumpkin picking and Christmas markets that are thoughtfully organised and full of charm. The café serves delicious food and great coffee, and there’s always something new to discover. A visit to Farmer Copleys is a breath of fresh air – the perfect countryside escape filled with heart, quality, and care. Highly recommended!

Whilst the Tulip field was lovely, as a vegetarian the food options were pretty much non existent. We ordered 3 drinks and the wait time was very long (two teas and a latte) which was a little disappointing. It was also very pricey (£10 a ticket), and then £1 per tulip if you wanted to pick your own! For a nice day out, it can quickly turn very very expensive. The tulips were very beautiful though.

We only go for the actual farm shop which sells quality meat. It has a vast range of products from veg, cheese meats, jams etc. obviously they are more expensive than your local supermarket but meat is far better. There are home made pies made using their cuts of meat, The deli serves a variety of food stuffs and there is a cheese counter. The cafe serves delicious meals but on occasions, you need to book. More recently there has been the addition of a dessert hut serving waffles with ice cream It is a delight.

This time it wasn't celebrating George's birthday but sadly his passing. We had day of mixed emotions. Very sad as we said goodbye to George but then a celebration of his life at Farmer Copley's. George always enjoyed hosting a good party and loved having people around him. He would be looking down on us with approval! I deal day-to-day in an industry where you pay over the odds for an exceptional service. I get that for a warm welcome, attentive service, a great atmosphere, nice chairs and posh napkins there is a premium to pay. However, there isn’t a bacon sandwich in the world that would be good enough to warranty paying £10 for. Or £4 for toast. Especially not one that was so full of liquid the bread fell to bits and was left in a plate of sloppy mush. I often ask myself, if the chef saw that: 1) would they eat it themself? 2) would they pay £10 for it. That being said, the service staff are fantastic. Always have been. It would be expensive for amazing food, but it’s extortionate for average food I used to use Farmer Copleys regularly but I think that’s the last time.

This review is regarding the butchers. I spent £90 on meat with the advice of the butcher. 4no aged fillet steak that I cooked medium rare and they were very chewy and had a very unpleasant taste so they were thrown away. 2no aged ribeye steak that I cooked medium rare, these were thrown away too due to a taste of something like mouldy milk. 1no Lamb Henry that tasted quite good, but it was nearly all bone and fat. So all together I will just keep calling here for the Tomatoe sausage which I cannot fault and I brag to everyone, even restaurants that I visit, it tastes amazing.

We visited for dinner on 1/3/25. Service was abrupt and unfriendly. Food was delicious. The dining area was so jam packed , we could not move our chairs out without hitting other diners squeezed in behind us. A large party was being accommodated, who were loud and leery. Would have helped in the staff were more in control of the party and if so many guests, maybe open another floor. We were packed in, it was loud like the vault of a pub. I wouldn’t go there again.
