Great day out for the family! Pumpkin picking was great plenty of pumpkins to choose and a great price as well. Story time was good with the witch daughter loved it. The farm shop is brilliant plenty of choice and a really nice shop to look around. The ice cream don't even get me started make sure you save space for this as the flavours are unreal and brilliant that it's all made from in house cows.

Really good food and really great prices. Good service, not sure about paying before at a sit down meal, but if it works for them. The food was amazing I had the lamb perfectly cooked. Afterwards I then went into the farm shop where they were some lovely things for sale.

Regretfully I’m not local as this is the best find ever. Went pumpkin picking only to find they have so much more to offer. From the gentleman who was demonstrating the sheep, to the friendly witch (who made the visit amazing), to the food, the amazing farm shop, ice cream and cafe. I honestly can’t wait to go back again soon.

Farmer Copleys are Halloween ready and impressive as ever. Decorations are fantastic and staff get into the spirit of things by dressing up and greeting customers with a friendly smile and great service! Food is lovely, we just had sausage sandwiches to start the day but there is an extensive menu to choose from. A bit pricey but good value for the exceptional quality and generous portions. We have visited many times and it never disappoints. As well as the main restaurant, there is a new dessert cafe that we have yet to try and a fantastic shop to browse around. Their famous pumpkin festival is now on (tickets from £6) so a great time to visit.

Arrived around 1320 to be waiting around 10 minutes for a table as it was busy. We eventually sat down just after 1330. We waited 30 minutes before a girl took our order as she noticed we was about to leave. We placed our order forus then to wait 35 minutes before our food turned up. The cafe wasnt that busy but more staff needed taking orders & serving food. Once the food eventually turned up it was hot and tasty

Normally great experience at Farmer Copleys however today service wasn't to usual standard. Only one member of staff taking orders at time we were in. Pumpkin spiced lattes were lukewarm and so was the lasagne ☹️ Would have said something but difficult to get staff attention. Watched one of the staff knock something off a table when clearing it, shrug her shoulders and walk away.

Strawberries were plentiful but quite small and rather bland. The raised beds were great though - no bending down at all! Farm shop was filled with lovely stuff but it was rather expansive! I bought some home made meringues. I was hoping they’d be chewy in the middle but no, solid all the way through. One item I took to the till was missed by the cashier. I noticed we didn’t have it when getting in the car and it wasn’t on the receipt. I went back in, it was so peculiar, the thing was sat on the counter but the staff couldn’t understand what I was talking about.. We looked at the lunch menu but it was too ‘nice’ for our simple taste buds. My kids would not have appreciated it so didn’t waste the money. However the farm shop ice creams were amazing. Loads of lovely flavours.

We go to Farmer Copleys a lot! We often go to she shop for juices and also for the Milk from the Hills Vending machine! They have a great selection of produce and also the fresh counter does great pies and sandwiches! The brownies and desserts are to die for! We have been to the cafe area and had breakfast and it was such lovely tasting food and very fresh! Our other favourite things to do are the seasonal PYO! Strawberries are amazing and the gentleman at the entrance to the PYO makes every visit worth while! They also have loads of extras going on from concerts to family days! We enjoyed this year’s dog show! Such a great place to go with family or pets! Plus dogs are allowed in the shop which is an added bonus!

I ha d mushroom and blue cheese quiche, whilst it tasted nice there was one piece of mushroom in the quiche. Shepherds pie came with half a plate of pease and nothing else. Best diner was fish and chips. Very expensive. Staff were nice and it’s not their fault it was dissapointing. Brought grandson to see the animals which aren’t there anymore. Definitely won’t return. The sandwich bread was dry on the top & must have been pre-made & sat for a while though everything else was really nice, I don't like lamb so swapped my kofta for my husbands sandwich - was plenty of food & brought some home.

(The same fish finger was used for a child's fish fingers mash and peas) Maybe it's my fault for ordering fish in a farm shop cafe! We came for lunch did not want anything big so ordered fish finger sandwich cost £11. We got very dry bun and one chunky fish finger. We also ordered club sandwich, that came so chunky because there was far too much bread, chicken cold and shredded too much meyo, bacon looked like it was cooked on dirty pan so not very tasty with burned bits from other foods. We decided to finish with ice cream from shop, asked for small scoop. We'll I got giant one I think it was to justfie the price £3.80. Would it not be better to price for small and large. The trouble with very large ice cream is it melts before you get half way. Please some of us cant manage to eat it at super fast speed.

. Years ago the restaurant was a decent place but atrocious now First of all , we sat outside as it was a decent day, tables were filthy, menus dirty. I had to ask 3 times to different members of staff if they could give our table a wipe, even offered to do this myself if they gave me a cloth. This woman came out with a sponge and a little bowl of water, she was scowling throughout, ( like I’d gone in her house and p@ssed on her kids! ) , I tried to make light of the situation whilst thanking her for her help, she said nothing just gave all our party filthy looks. The glasses were dirty, food dry and overcooked, one of us got a ham and pickle sandwich, it was drowned in pickle hardly any ham. I never saw any member of staff wipe a table outside, and dirty plates were left outside for ages before they collected them in. Spent £100 on a really bad experience, only positive was a couple of sausage rolls from the farm shop which was nice.

£3.20 for an instant 'cappucino'! The menu didn't state the cappuccino was instant. I was also informed that there was a card surcharge for orders below £5, which I believe is not allowed. I then tried to pay with a £20 note, but there wasn't enough change in the till. I then asked for the card charge to be waived, which was agreed to. Ultimately, I think the menu needs to clearly state any card surcharge, and whether the coffee is instant or not. There is an instant coffee option on the menu, but the implies the other coffees aren't.
