They tell you different price on the phone for delivery and send you different invoice for payment. Very unprofessional staff.

Our go to Pizza, especially when ordering for lots of kids. Awesome pizza, blows Dominos and Papa Johns out the water. We always get the 20" pizzas...... YES i said 20"....they are the freshest tastiest Pizzas in Thurrock, always piping hot, and the base is cooked to perfection . Super service, great menu, massive choice of toppings etc. And value for money is outstanding.... Cannot recommend them enough. LOVE THEM ❤️ Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

I have ordered 3 20’ pizza’s, plus various sides online . When I order pizza to collect in store I get sauces added (without asking). I have ordered pizza for delivery (online) and when I spoke to the shop about no sauces added they said add a negative review on google for all we care (which I have). The price of a portion of sauce should not constitute a bad review for rude customer service.

Pizza Farm is a nasty company. If you order a pizza of a certain size and they do not have the desired size, they will give you another size without notifying you. Last night I ordered a pizza xxl and they sent me a small one and they charged me £ 11 for a small pizza. It is unacceptable!

From the 1st phone call to the delivery... first class service...polite helpful...we had a big event for a youth club ordered 15... 20inch pizzas plus garlic bread and chicken wings etc .. asked for delivery at 19:30 and it turned up on time food was hot and delicious... Thanks for your service

Ordered a pizza a two side which arrived on time stone cold and undercooked.. called to complain and the staff was rude and unhelpful and all they said was if I wasn't happy with it I need to take it back to get another one and hung up the phone. The worst takeaway food and service I've ever had stay away from this place its dog.

Delivery order was almost an hour late, food was cold and congealed, customer service would apparently log my call and 'look after me next time'...food was inedible

We are HIGHLY disappointed with the service we have received from staff. To begin with when I phoned to order for the collection, I begin to say to the gentleman what we wanted to order and half way through he rudely started a different conversation with clearly a colleague and told me to “hold on a minute” when I tried to continue with my order. We asked to place an order for collection as we was ordering from Stanford le hope and they wouldn’t deliver to the area. We asked for the 13” cheesy bites meal, as seen online (the whole reason for choosing to place the order here) which included 2x 13” pizzas, wedges, garlic bread, chicken wings and a bottle of drink which was £24.99. When I ordered I said I would be collecting and they said because of that it will be £22. When we arrived we was only given 2 pizzas (which was nowhere near 13” and more like 9”) and when I asked where the other sides and drink was I was told it was online only after specifically asking for this meal deal. Now nowhere on the website was there anything to say that this was an online only offer. When I told the gentleman that we had ordered the meal deal and nowhere was there any indication that this meal was online only, he just kept rudely repeating “online only” and wasn’t offered anything for free for the inconvenience or mix up. We had come specifically from Stanford le hope to grays for this offer only to be extremely disappointed. We will not be recommending farm pizza to anybody and will never be ordering from them again!!

A great place for pizza the staff are extremely friendly and you can put on any combination of toppings you want, all this on a 20" pizza all for a tenner. I usually get at least 1 per week sometimes 2, and this sees me and my daughter for a meal and some left over for next day reheat in oven (crispy) or microwave (little softer). If you ever fancy a pizza and funds are low, give these a try, they even deliver for a reasonable charge.

Delicious food and great service oh and super fast delivery spot on every time.

When we placed the order over the phone we asked to have cheesy bites pizza and been told that is ok, however when went to pick up the order been told that they don't do that anymore and been given a normal pizza with same toppings as in the order... not happy with that at all. As well for home delivery there is a charge of around £10 ( check exact charges and distances)

I was ordering food last Friday. Pizza what I got wasn’t what I ordered. The guy from restaurant was really aggressive and I couldn’t say anything he was coming in word all the time. No recommend.

Always nice pizzas, not greasy unlike pizza hut, where it just slides out the box. Give you a discount on your birthday. My advice is order for collection as with delivery they always conviently forget something.

Best £10 pizza ever. Satellite dish size and crispy on the outside but still enough moisture inside to survive the reheat leftovers thank you

Hands down, best pizza in the area. Ordered online and chose collection. For my surprise, the price i had to pay online was about 3-4 pounds higher than the one i could have payed in the shop. So i asked a member of the staff why is there a difference in prices and i was told that ordering online includes delivery... lol, i clicked on collection, but anyway i was happy with my ordered items. PS - if u can visit their shop and enjoy great food at smaller prices than u get on their website.

Grays branch, when the delivery guy turned up he dropped me food to start with then charged me an extra £2 for delivery. I said I'd paid it and said that it was on his receipt to collect £2 for delivery. My order came to £24.64 plus £2 for delivery and 50p for card total was £27.14 when phoning them I was told well there is nothing they can do about it and she can't send him back to give the money back. Not that I wanted it back it was the principle of it that he charged me. Wont be using these again.

We have been order pizza and they said will be no more than one hour. After 1 hour we have been call to them and they said we have to wait another 15-20 and they can't give to us any discount. We still wanted to order becouse we have been really hongry already. After 15 minutes driver was come in with just pizza without garlic bread and without pepsi but on recipt was price to pay with it. We said we don't want it becouse is no complete. After 10mins he come back with complete order and when we open pizza was the same one and cold already. We pay full price for this no discout!!!! That should be for free, cold pizza after 2 hours!!!! Very bad!!!
