Costumer service is horrible! Lady on the phone is so rude. Ordered a meal with sirloin steak, it was physically un edible, missing food from our order and we called to complain and the woman just argued! very bad service.

We are very frustrated as every time we go through the process of ordering online, we get to the payment screen where, only there does it say “we are not taking online orders”!!! Why have you not made that rather important statement at the START of the process instead of the end?! We have used you for over 30 years but just feel you no longer put your customer first. Very sad.

Best Chinese I've ever been to.

Superb food .I told the lady I've been coming here since 1978 and she gave me extra food which was delicious I recommend the barbecue sauce it is out of this world.

Another delicious meal. Spare ribs, mushroom chowmein, curried beef, chips and Singapore fried rice. Generous portions, tasty, hot and fast delivery.

We had a lovely take away fir 4 people. It was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend it.

Worst chinese takeaway! My order consisted of 1/2 aromatic crispy duck which was so over fried it was black, dry and completely inedible. Never ordering from here again. I will stick with my favourite, CHUNGS GARDEN.

Do not order from here. They are under new ownership, the prices have dramatically increased and the food inedible!!!! Try CHUNGS GARDEN instead. You won't be disappointed.

Thought I would give them a second chance as last meal wasn’t much to write home about. Luckily we ordered on a Monday as bins are emptied Tuesdays and that’s where our meal will be going. Everything we ordered tasted overly salty Chicken balls to tough for any of us to even bite let alone chew. Salty curry sauce ? Deffo won’t try again

It's the first time we have ordered from here and wow! From the friendly person who took our order through to the delivery and delicious food - it was all fantastic! We won't be ordering from any other Chinese restaurant moving forwards!

I ordered the first time because I was fed up getting not too nice food , ever since, I have ordered from here I will never ever go anywhere else , the food is delicious and fresh and you get so much of it , it's always lovely and hot and you can tell only the best ingredients go into it ! So if you're looking for the perfect chinese look no further! Oh and we always get given free mini spring rolls and prawn crackers !! 😁

Such a banging chinese. Best one this side of leicester around le2 area by far! Huge juicy pork spare ribs, classic chicken chow mein and sauces are what they say they are. Never had a bad food item to date!

Hands down the worst Chinese I have ever eaten. The Spare Ribs were deep fried and dry, the pork was tough, chicken was slimy and there was no flavour in any of the dishes ordered.

Very nice food but the pancake roll was coverd in batter like I don’t know what it was burned

The food is outstanding and the front of house staff friendly and helpful. Deliveries are on time although due to good quality food they are busy and have to extend the time sometimes. They always let you know this. First rate takeaway would recommend

Always great food and friendly service. Cooked exactly how we ask, we order pretty much once a week and are never disappointed.

Very bad customer service. The staff was least bothered to service customers. THe food quality was very bad. We have got alergy because of the food quality. WI'll never recommend it!
