Friendly folk. No real ale. Advised to go to the Golden Eagle... which wasn't good.

Food ordered for delivery twice. Over an hour late each time

Unfortunately the chicken wasn’t great, it looked and tasted like it was cooked from frozen and was pinkish and shiny. Most of the food got left apart from the chips. The bagel seems like a good concept, but it was impossible to eat and all just fell out everywhere. If the chicken was better then this could have been ok so don’t want to be too harsh, but ultimately I won’t be rushing back.

Serves Costa coffee but unlike a Costa franchise round the corner from here, charges 50p for alternative milks

Ordered through just eat and was given a delivery time over an hour away..... the 15 mins after it should have been delivered got a message saying order had been cancelled ... now to wait another hour for somewhere else to deliver... unacceptable customer service
