Rosie made me feel absolutely comfortable through the whole process, made sure I was doing good and that if at any point I wanted to stop I could. She would ask questions to get to know me which helped the process become easier, thinking about answers instead of feeling a little bit of discomfort and pain with the waxing was key to having this experience be great!

I love this EWC location! I switched to EWC from Wax in the city and I'm glad I did. I went to Yesenia for the first time today and she is the sweetest kindest person. Very friendly and she takes her time and is very thorough. My underarms, upper lip, chin and legs are very smooth. I would definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a good wax. I will defiantly book with Yesenia from now on I hope she doesn't leave any time soon.

I recently moved away from Saint Paul so I’ve tried another wax place or two and each time I’m wishing I could close my eyes and be transported to EWC with Rosie . I’ve certainly found out not all wax experiences are created equal!! She’s so fast, efficient and friendly. I’ve learned my lesson trying other waxers and will make the commute to her!

I got a Brazilian This was above my pain tolerance but went by super quick, they offered to take as little or as much as I wanted as well as a butt strip, and since it was my first time it was 50% off!! My waxer was very transparent and professionals (about the pain and everyone tolerating different, also lmk how many strips/pulls were left when I asked 😭) I recommend especially for first timers, easy and straightforward in and out process and great offers/deals. If ur a regular waxer, I saw they have a membership n deals for that too

It was my first ever experience getting waxed by a specialist. I always wax at home which sometimes gets messy and painful Well it was absolutely wonderful. My specialist was Serenity, her hands were light, I didn't feel anything through the whole process and it was super quick too. I was just in and out. Lots and lots of pockets of hair that were not removed!! I needed to shave my legs in multiple areas- kind of defeats the purpose of a wax! I did not check my legs before leaving but think that should be the responsibility of the provider. I also think the light is not bright enough in the waxing rooms to see all the hair! I would have called today to complain but had to leave on a trip. I will not be back for this service.

This business is not at all accommodating and does not appreciate their customers. They also don’t treat their workers well. I arrived to my 9am appt literally at 9:09am, after fighting traffic and they told me I could not be serviced due to their 9 min late policy or some such foolishness that is posted on their website. As I was driving away I called the Grand Ave location to request that my money be refunded as I had purchased a package. I was told that there was a $25 fee to cancel my future services and get an in-store credit or a gift card to go to one of their other locations. What a scam! Basically, they keep your money and satisfaction is no guarantee. I don’t even think that it is legal to take your money and deny you service. Don’t go to the European Wax Center, don’t buy their package deals and don’t refer any friends, I regret making all three mistakes. I am reporting this to the attorney general as a scam. Let the buyer beware!!!’

My first few waxes there were wonderful but the wax specialist I went to is no longer there. The past two wax appointments I had were horrible. I got a Brazilian and a lower leg wax (lower leg includes knees, feet and toes per the website). The specialist said that I could add on the toes when I asked her to do them for an extra fee and also wasn’t going to do the butt stop that is included in the Brazilian. She had missed a LOT of hair on my lower leg which I pointed out and instead of doing the reverse strips to try to get them and she said no. It was poor service, I would not recommend.

I booked an appointment for a couple services. On the day, they told me that I couldn’t get my lower legs touched up here because I had got them done somewhere else. However, on the phone when she booked my appointment, she assured me that I could do this.
