decent size portions and nice food

I ordered first time from this place .tasty pizza and arrived hot.

Friendly service and polite staff, pizza was spot on, asked for desi style and extra jalapeño and green chillies, pizza chef understood the assignment and made a really tasty pizza. Garlic Mushrooms could do with some more garlic in them. Definitely worth a visit.

Food is hot and tasty. The wings are really good.

Food is normally good but this time no sauces and messed up a pizza with paid optional extras got a completely different pizza unhappy

The pizza was good burgers and chicken kebab was overcooked fries was soggy

I was quite afraid whether my order was actually being done due to the delivery time, when it was 6:05pm till 6:25pm only around an estimate of 6:18pm did the order show it was being delivered at the moment, and arrived later than expected, the cheese crust was not what I expected either. The cheese didn't taste nice in the crust, which annoyed me further.

it took more than an hour to deliver , there was a bottle of coke on the order was changed to 3cans

The chicken was very dry and the food was cold. Very disappointed

I called the restaurant and cancelled order as the original delivery time was 12:40pm. I received a text to say it will now be 1:00pm which never arrived on time. So called and cancelled. Tried to blame weather (snow) when roads are clear anyway

pizza was not what we expexted,low quality pizza for a very high price,whole point if ordering pizza was to enjoy.would have enjoyed a frozen pizza made at hoke in the oven

DO NOT DELIVER FROM THIS PLACE!!! took 3 hours for a 5 min away delivery and DID NOT SHOW UP. Had to call myself and then they said THEY ATE IT. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

order from here lots and it's because the food is always perfect and very well priced 👌

One of the pizza was burnt so it wasn't edible. On the top of it food was late, had to call twice to get an update.

Pizza arrived it was ok. my chips where warm and hard. My daughters chicken nuggets where like cardboard. But thanks anyway. I don't think I would order from there again.

I just wanted to oder with that shop but they said to me 30 minutes get there but I waited near 2 hours for it still didn’t get it and the lied to that that’s not nice guys

First time ordering, asked and paid for extras on the pizza but nothing was added, when called the restaurant the man said its busy time due to iftar and we can't do anything, 'next time u order u get discount l', why would I bother ordering again if u didn't get it right the first time. the man totally fobbed me off. First impressions rubbish.

Got the bbq wings, my favourite, fresh chicken, no nasty bits, very tasty. Fries were fresh and crispy and the strips were very good. Great standards, I hope they keep them high. Only thing, my 2 cokes didn't show up and I was charged but Thank you anyway

The food arrived late. I ordered pizza which was over cooked and dry, the chicken wings were dry and over cooked, the large fries were more like small fries only the fish fillet burger was okay. Not ordering again from this place the food was cold and dry.

Staying near airport from Nottingham we have some good takeaways but this place is elite in comparison to everything quality delivery time even to the packaging! Had pizza chicken wings chips and some amazing pink sauce! And oddly it's cheaper but better quality than home!

Food was cold, late and the driver was unprofessional. He said " why did you have to order food from 6 miles away"? As if it was my fault for ordering from them. I ordered from them because it came up on the app so they need to restrict certain areas if they can't be bothered to deliver

Delivery 1 hour and half late. Food overcooked

Late by over 1 hour and half. No remorse in the drivers face. Pasta was over cooked. Had children driver didn’t care. Phoned the restaurant told they marked the delivery as delivered when it wasn’t. I believe they need to be shut down

I had a bad experience food was late and all dry. I will not be ordering here again it was ridiculous.

Ordered 3 x 18" pizzas and they all arrived squashed to one side of the box.

They sold me disgusting fries today. It tasted like their fries were rotten and not stored properly. I'm eating chewing gum to get rid of the after taste. We pay for the meal we have right for clean food.

Food was disgusting. A box full of cold chips and about 10 pieces of dried up chicken. Disgraceful that this place is allowed to trade let alone be on just eat. I would seriously question the selection criteria.

Nothing 'special' about the family special kebab, 50% of it was fries which it did not state on the menu... very disappointed, I don't feel worth what I paid.

Large pizza cut into small thin pieces to make it 16 pieces and charge x-large price.

Burgers were ok, needs bit more sauce as they were dry, chips were lovely even after a couple hours. Panini was dead, I got the Californian one, just full of mushrooms barely any meat, dry no flavour

Asked for cheesy pasta got cheesy chips instead, which was not worth £4.49 at all. Not happy. The family special kebab was not worth it just better getting mixed kebab and chip as a meal with a drink for what you got also with 1 pitta for the whole box of what you got.

Dont order the special offers, they dont give you the ice cream. When i called them about it they said. Its not us the app, if you want ice cream its 6.99 extra!! Jokers 27 pounds for two 12 inch pizzas

Other than pizza hut and Domino's, this is probably the best pizza joint in Brum!

The lasagne is my favourite however lately the sheets are not cooked and there’s less meat lately :(

Didn't enjoy the dry burnt pasta at all! It wasn't like how they use to make it all saucy and cheesy in containers. This one was burnt super dry! I did not enjoy it at all feel like the food was already made before and they just gave it just like that with no care. Only heated it up and burnt it. Feel like I literally just wasted my money on this! Disappointed not gona be ordering from here anymore!

I had lasagne wedges an salad 🤩🤩 was all very hot despite the distance. I looked at lasagne abit upset thinking it was small but honestly 🤣 I couldn’t finish it an shared with the little one. Not happy at all I ordered food like 2 hours ago an my food hasn't even come to me I called up the place instead of listening to what I have to say they said I didn't order when I paid an have the receipt on my phone so basically my food got sent to wrong address ? The guy who spoke to me was shouting he was a 65 year old man didn't no how to speak with a customer very disrespectful I paid an I'm getting attitude instead of helping me they was speaking in urdu an I couldn't understand I said I'm bengali please can u speak English I dont understand what your saying very bad customer service an I will never order from this place again .an I'm still waiting for my food.. how can u give wrong address when it's on my just eat account the address? I called up the 2nd time the guy said I made fresh order on it's way so yeah I'm still waiting for my food very disappointed with this place .

Like the pizza usually but today it just put me off...the base was to thick...and some of the toppings were not supposed to put on.

Ordered 2 xl kebabs and got box of chips with little bit of chicken and lettuce it was pathetic

Food was not to the best standards as the pizza & the fries were both dry & were cold too. Usually i am happy to eat the crust but because the crust was hard it was difficult to eat. However the order did arrive on time.

Wasn't the best pizza I've had, thought I'd order after a lot of 5 star reviews on the delivery platform. Maybe it's a one off?
