Had full English breakfast with American, amazing food and vibe in restaurant. Wasn't too busy and service was fast and delicious.

It was an amazing experience to dine. Went there in the morning for breakfast. Tried the best sellers Hamsa and the sandwich with cheese and honey. Would recommend the yousefs pastry and the hot pistachio latte. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Would definitely come back.

I had a disappointing experience with the waitress during my visit. We were informed that we needed to pay a specific amount, while our family members at another table were not asked to pay the same. Additionally, while we were placing our order, the waitress repeatedly encouraged us to order more to meet this required amount. However, when we received the receipt, it exceeded the amount initially quoted to us.

Never again ! Such a scam. I had a chicken majboos 20 pounds and a very bad passion fruit mojito 7.5 pounds. They also write in the menu there is a 12.5% additional tax. The bill came it was 45 LOL I asked why? The waiter said it’s Christmas today we are open so we have 30% tax instead of 12.5%. And a cover charge of 5 pounds for sitting here. I asked him to remove the cover charge as it hasn’t been mentioned to me. But even with 30% tax let’s say (which hasn’t been mentioned to me either when i sat), the bill should have been 35.75 and not 39.5 that I paid. In reality by law it’s 12.5% so bill should have been 32 pounds max. I will go back tomorrow and ask for a refund and please don’t even go there cause they clearly take advantage of all Middle East people going there and who won’t necessarily check bills. Never again for me!!!

I visited the restaurant today and it was the worst service experience I have ever had in London, from the time of waiting in the outside queue and the employee at the door speaking to me and everyone in all rudeness, bad manners and racism, and people interfering in the sessions according to their mood. When we came to pay, we received an invoice in which the value of the dish we ordered was calculated to exceed the value of 16 pounds and they added 13 pounds charged per person in addition to the service tax in general, which is 12%!!!, and their justification is that today is Christmas and the stores Intoxicating and they welcomed us in the restaurant! Knowing that we were never informed of this matter, and when we sat down to argue with them, suddenly all the employees began to be foolish and blame themselves for what they heard! It is impossible to repeat the experience, neglect and rudeness are unacceptable. The sad thing is that when I spoke loudly and people started to notice, the workers at the restaurant told me that we will let you not pay anything, just until you say something..

Worst experience ever! Avoid this place at all costs. From the moment we arrived, everything went downhill. The hostess at the door was shockingly rude, blatantly prioritizing certain guests and letting them in ahead of others without any explanation. After finally being seated, we waited 30 minutes for our order. When I politely asked the waiter for an update, he began shouting at me in a language I didn’t understand—despite me speaking clear English. His response? “The order won’t fly, so don’t speak to me!” Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. But the worst was yet to come. When the bill arrived, there was an extra charge for an order we never placed, amounting to over £20. On top of that, they imposed a random £5 charge per person for simply sitting at the table. To make matters worse, the service charge was raised from the standard 12.5% to a ridiculous 30%! When I questioned these absurd charges, the waiter conveniently disappeared. Eventually, he returned and, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he asked me to lower my voice so other customers wouldn’t hear me pointing out their blatant scam. In return, he offered to “delete” the extra charges from the bill—essentially admitting their wrongdoings. This place is a nightmare: rude staff, fraudulent practices, and zero accountability. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

It’s a beautiful and halal restaurant. The decor is stunning and calming. A very instagramable place. I’ve had couple of lentil soups during my stay in London and it was delicious.

I had a Turkish breakfast and the tomato sauce was sour and fried eggs burned with no poaching yellow part. The bathrooms are very dirty and wet. Miscommunication btw workers that lose orders or don’t come when you need to change an order and neither ask how was the food.

This was such a shame, the decor and online menu looked really good, however our experience just got progressively worse as the evening went on. The lighting is stark and the dance music didn't fit what you'd expect the ambience to be. They left the door open in autumn, so the place wasn't warm. We ordered a dish, which on the menu didn't advertise nuts. Nuts were sprinkled all over the dish which had to be returned. My lamb dish was mostly bone (attached photo), very little meat. I also found a hair in my meal which I plucked out it (the 2nd attached photo). I didn't feel very hungry after that. Service was also lacklustre. Not a good experience I'm afraid.

I visited the branch 3 times for breakfast, but the veiled girl was always frowning at me and my children for no reason, and we did not cause her any inconvenience, but her frowning at us took the breath away. I excused her the first time, but both times it was the same thing, and I noticed that she was like this with all the customers, may God guide her.

Always been regular customer of 144 Gloucester Road branch and the food is amazing there but decided to go to this branch one time, the food is not as same standard, ordered creamy pasta and they loaded with so many cheese that was not eatable. Need to think about health concern when cooking.

Beware of the extras. We were charged extras which we had not asked for as well as the paratha bread which was offered instead of the Lebanese bread and we were charged dearly for it. So, if you are visiting, be careful. They were rather sneaky about such extras.

The food was great and the place was nice but the manager was rude to us..He is a racist. So disappointed on how he treated us..dropped our drinks chitchatting with somebody else and do not even bother to explain to us which is which on our drinks, its not that we knew everything about what drinks we ordered and its our first time experience. So disappointed. When I called him to explain our drinks, answered us, “it is easy” to recognize where i found it insulting. And He didn’t even bother apologizing which makes me so upset.

The middle eastern food was good. The Full English was above average. The *biggest* disappointment was the tea strength. It was very weak, barely above colored water. I also didn’t like that they allowed people to blare TikTok on their phones. The noise from conversations is fine. But to allow people to blast sound from their phone was a disservice to the other customers.

We really wanted to like this place but dang..... The lavatories (both male and female) were filthy. There is a hole in the floor of the dining room. The shakshuka was a weird bland scrambled egg concoction with a terrible texture. The Greek salad had the blandest olives (but huge amounts) and the blandest feta we've ever tasted. They forgot our water. The tea and the orange juice was fine.

Me and my friends felt a bit scammed after this visit. The food was not what we expected at all. The scones were good but the rest was just a disappointment. The cookies smelly and tasted like playdough and everything just tasted sugar. It looked a lot better than it was. The place was very cozy though but it definitely looked way better than it tasted.

Overpriced and purely for the Instagram crowd. If you actually want to drink something, avoid this place at all costs but if you want food idk. I ordered a 'tiramisu coffee' from the 'hot drinks' section, expecting a drink, not a dessert. What I got was 5% ladyfingers drowned in a bit of coffee and 95% whipped cream. Calling it a coffee tiramisu is an insult (go to cup+lid it's better). I didn't drink anything — I had to eat it with a spoon. Save your money and go somewhere that understands what a coffee is supposed to be

The waiters refused to give us tap water on a boiling hot summers day. They were overall rude and took a very long time to serve us as they were 'busy' having a chat with other STAFF ! As we were not happy with the service we told them we will not be paying service charge to which he said 'they have thier own law' in their shop and you HAVE to pay service charge ! The waiters have been rude everytime we are here ! The waiter even threatened us saying "i'll remember your faces for next time you come" saying he'd charge us double ! Absolutely disgusting behaviour
