Express Kebab Pizza in Castle Point

Ordered food for the first time. Got salads separately packed , sauces separately, in all very well presented food. The quality and quantity of meal was remarkable. Will visit again

I can honestly say that this is a place to be massively avoided!!!! After a long day out on Saturday we were extremely hungry so decided to order a kebab!! We placed our order of 2 x medium lamb shish, with salad, 2 x pizzas (7 & 9 inch), portion chicken nuggets & 2 chips!! This came to £41 and waited!! And waited!!! Almost an hour later the food arrived and we unwrapped!! To say we were disgusted with what arrived is an understatement!! The kebabs were in polystyrene boxes, 7 small pieces of meat on top of a pitta swimming in grease!! The salad was in a separate pot and consisted of onion, red cabbage and 2 pieces of cucumber......I could have fitted the entire portion in my 8 year old grandsons hand!!!!! The chips were in small square boxes, the pizzas were extremely soggy!! In fact the only thing that was okish were the nuggets!!! So I phoned to complain.....the lady on the phone was initially quite helpful, I told her that I thought the portion sizes were terrible for the cost, I also said the quality of the food was not good!!! She agreed and said she would send the delivery driver back round with a refund!!! Hallelujah!! I thought!! We tried to eat what we could but eventually the majority of the food ended up in the bin!!!! Over half an hour later a man phoned and said there would be no refund but they would send more food!!! We declined this!! We didn’t want more if the same thankyou!! At which point he put the phone down on us!! I rang back and they put the phone down again!!! I wrote a review on the a Facebook page for our area and then had lots of people agreeing with how bad the place is!!! It’s clear that we aren’t going to get recompense for the disgusting meal we had delivered and people need to be made aware of how bad it is!!!!
