Amazing food and even better service. Staff are brilliant and can’t do more for their guests. Food is 10/10 everything we’ve ever had has been so tasty. Would highly recommend.

Authentic Turkish Food-Really? went there today with my partner, after a busy morning at work. (Her sister went in last night and said it was cold inside) but, we wanted to try it out anyway. I ordered the turkish casserole, my partner the lamb shish. My dish was tiny and consisted of some small pieces of grilled lamb, some small slices of veg and potatoe in a tomatoe sauce with a side dish of cheap rice with a few chickpeas in it. As I was so hungry I just ate it, however on speaking with a staff member, as the owner was'nt around, who recognised me from Mez on Canvey, explained that apparently customers preferred their casserole like this and was very apologetic, that it had been served like that and wished that he had had cooked it for us. My partners lamb shish was good, salad prep not so good, as turkish cooks are excellent at preparing salads. By way of apology, we were offered Baklava, which we gratefully accepted. Unfortunately this was dry and tasteless as was the cheap vanilla ice cream with it. Now come on guys, you are charging premium prices, for not premium food. Again the staff guy apologised and said he would cook our meals, next time. I said there wont be a next time, as we were so disappointed with the food and yes, it was cold in there. You are very close to 2 very popular and busy competitors, if you want our business you really need to step up! Being of turkish origin I fail to see how it is authentic?

My husband and I decided to go here for our Sunday lunch as we’d been here a few weeks ago seven of us and it was superb and we were not disappointed again. The service, the food, the staff make this such a great place to go. We absolutely love this Turkish restaurant and we’ve eaten in many but this is by far the best. We had hot starters calamari and garlic cheese mushroom dish which is gorgeous and served alongside their tasty bread. Main we had chicken shish served with rice and salad and plenty of it, my husband went for lamb with mash and he said it was so tasty and the mash was amazing. We will definitely be back here especially as walking distance for us and staff are so friendly and welcoming

Was at Laila’s with two friends last night and what a blast we had! Service was amazing - food was so beautiful and drinks were sooo good! We even had a dance with some of the staff! Can’t wait to return!

Went here last night for the first time with some friends, and will definitely be going back. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the decor spot on, and the cocktails were amazing. Price compares to other local restaurants, and I believe they also offer a lunchtime 2/3 course offer which I shall be partaking in very soon! The manager Andy and his staff were all wonderful and I couldn’t fault the service in any way. A fab night out, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Went for a meal with a group of friends Saturday night and we was all very impressed. The staff and manager were very friendly and welcoming. Big drinks menu including a wide variety of cocktails. The food and drinks was very reasonably priced. Food tasted very fresh, We could not fault it. One thing I would especially like to praise was how wheelchair friendly this restaurant is, very well spaced out, tables at the perfect height, also noticed a very nice rear garden area with a ramp! Nice to see a restaurant taking this into consideration because still a lot don't. Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again soon.

Took my family here to celebrate a Birthday and the food was amazing. Well presented and extremely tasty. We had a mixture across the group, from casserole and a mixed grill to a burger and no faults. The resturant itself was very clean and well spaced, the decor was lovely, modern and glam. The service was brilliant too! Waiters were always checking we had everything, and enjoying general chit chat with us too. Would deffinately go here again, and will be bringing other friends/family too. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been to Laila on numerous occasions throughout this year. I can honestly say the last visit proved that they have definitely upped their game. I was not disappointed with service and staff were soo friendly. Would like to mention the grill chef bayram as he went above and beyond to accommodate our party and make the most delicious food!!!!
