As always a wonderful meal, if all they served was pita and spicy cheese it would still be amazing!!! Mix grill, we’ll cooked dad had the lambs liver ewww but he said it was to die for! Good wine amazing service as expected. Every time we come here we are looked after! People need to eat out more and fill this place every evening! The cost of cooking at home is becoming ridiculous it’s cheaper to eat out, so come here and you won’t be disappointed!!!!! Service top notch again !!! Try and stop me from coming here !!!!

What a little hidden gem in Eastleigh High Street! Having never visited before we thought it was excellent. The food was beautifully cooked, authentic and very tasty. We ordered 7 meze dishes and they were all really yummy! Excellent value for money. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you guy we loved it and will come back soon!

Wonderful restaurant with excellent meals and welcoming personnel. Incredibly well-designed, gives you a homely feeling. My kids already asked me when we can visit Evi again. We will definitely come back there. Just hoping next time they will have Turkish delight as a dessert option.

Visited yesterday with friends and their kids who live in the town. Pizza oven not working. No lamb cutlets. No swordfish. Couple of other things also unavailable from the menu and it was only 6pm! Chef definitely put the char in chargrilled for the meat. Starters came with the main but were better than the main courses. Something different for the kids to try but as someone who has numerous Turkish restaurants nearby in West London this didn't come close to any of them. Very disappointing

This is by far the best place to eat in Eastleigh. There is a lovely atmosphere, friendly & attentive staff, and a great range of food & drinks - especially good wines. The range of foods include typical mezes, fish, meat as well as wonderful pizzas - something for everyone! I cannot resist going there regularly!

Not been to Eastleigh for years but somehow ended up there tonight and did we have a lucky find. Ordered a coupe of Pizzas and they were superb, closest to real Italian Pizza I've had locally. The waiter was new , I think and was very good. The 2 chefs, maybe Father and Son were excellent too, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place, might even venture into Eastleigh again, just for this.

The restaurant was quite busy but we were able to get a table without booking. The food was excellent as was the atmosphere and service. We had lamb cutlets, grilled chicken (perfectly cooked) with salad, pita, wine and beer. The price was very reasonable considering everything was such high quality, so excellent value for money too. We'll be back !

A lovely vibe, surroundings and food. The restaurant was full, however we were invited to eat in the wine bar across the road. Although they were busy the food arrived quickly. We had a range of dishes all of which were delicious. The staff were attentive. It took a while to pay the bill due to the business of the staff. Live music too.

Great service from the waiter and a fantastic meal. Dined on my own and I was made to feel very welcome. Chose the mixed Cold Meze Platter and Lamb/Beef midi kofte. It was all freshly made and tasty. I am not a big fan of chilli and the chef was able to accommodate this request. Will definitely visit again if I am in the area.

Stopped in Eastleigh for lunch. Just a 'spur-of-the-moment' decision. After 20 minutes of Dominoes Pizza, Gregg's and cheap cafés we were starting to regret the impromptu idea. Then my wife and I spotted this Turkish restaurant. The menu outside looked good, the prices were reasonable and more importantly the customers inside looked like they were enjoying themselves. The waitress was a delight. Attentive, fun, polite and professional. It seemed to be just her and one chef working, but you'd never know from the service and food quality. This is truly a gem that would not be out of place in London. It was clean, food was hot, great tasting, chicken and squid were cooked perfectly (not dry or rubber-like) and the flavours were lovely. All the food orders were delivered to the table in good time and the quantity was perfect for the two of us. Wish we could have eaten here for dinner – just a lunch was not enough.

Lovely, tasty and authentic Turkish tapas with excellent service, this is the first time we have been but will definitely return. Lovely inside and great to be able to see the open kitchen. We were made to fe very welcome. A fantastic find in Eastleigh.

We visited in early January and had absolutely delicious Turkish food with great customer service. It’s well worth a visit. The restaurant was previously situated directly opposite (as part of Artisan wine bar) but the owners have split the business locating the restaurant in the new Evi Bakehouse and keeping Artisan as a wine bar. Having previously visited Artisan on several occasions we were really hoping the mezze dishes hadn’t lost their fantastic taste and charm. They haven’t! Evi brings exactly the same gorgeous tasty dishes in a new setting. The restaurant is warm, inviting and cozy. The staff were really helpful in explaining the menu and giving recommendations. Particular favourites were the halloumi and sucuk, the swordfish, the Turlu (vegetable stew) and of course the Camembert fondue!! We’ve booked again to come back in February. Amazing food!

So we decided to have a lunch time treat at this venue today at lunchtime- the food prices on the higher side ie £7.95 for 6-8 tiny bits of chicken on some lettuce- the food was tasty however the halloumi was literally shown the pan so rubbery in texture however when I asked them to cook it further they did come back with an entire fresh dish which was great customer service - the other issues that let this venue down was the lack of heating about from a plug in heater and my friend wanted a rose spritz with lemonade- this drink ended up costing £9.45 for a medium- due to the fact the charged us £3.95 for a can of lemonade we didn’t want or ask for she just wanted a splash!! We are both sadly people who have to watch our outgoings so embarrassingly the money we had for a tip was gone on £3.95 for lemonade! I’d return for the food but not a rose spritz The waitress was lovely and very helpful I have to say and we felt bad for her but if we had been told it would cost so much we would of choose differently The only other thing is the menu lacks description we had to ask many times what the £20pp grilled platter entailed !

A gem in the middle of Eastleigh, this restaurant was suggested to us by a friend and what a great tip it was. Evi is a welcoming place, pleasantly decorated and very clean. The staff were extremely polite, knowledgeable about the food, able to offer much appreciated advice, and keen to make sure we had a good experience. The food was truly delicious. We had a variety of mezze, all so flavoursome. Not a morsel was left and it is difficult to say which one was the best: falafel, baked aubergine, stew …. We will definitely return to sample more of the wonderful food and hospitality of this super restaurant.

Booked last minute for a cheeky pizza as we saw they had a singer on a Friday night. Great food, fantastic atmosphere, nice decor, attentive friendly service and the singer was the icing on the cake . Highly recommend!

Visited early Friday evening, incredibly friendly staff, absolutely one of the best pizzas I ever had, would certainly recommend this place to anyone. Only downside is I live in Yorkshire so can’t get back as often as I would like. Thank you, excellent.

You will not find any better pizza in this area. Very authentic, delicious stonebaked Italian-style pizzas from a fantastic local business. Please support these guys in their venture. When the restaurant is allowed to open it will be an absolute credit to the area.
