Had the special curry. Amazing value. Big pieces of each meat, freshly cooked, great portion. Asked for it a bit spicy and it was spot on. Friendly service. Will be going again.

Situated just off the Kettering Road this small take away was a nice find, and have ordered a few times now. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to modifications as well as requests. The prawn toasts are very plump and the peking sauce was quite tasty. It is nice to see some vegetarian options like the tofu and pak choi options.

The best Chinese takeaway in Northampton. We were recommended Evergreen Cottage by friends and would definitely be visiting again. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman at front of house who took our order. Our food was promptly prepared within 10-15 minutes, quite impressive considering it was New Years Eve, how busy there were and how much we ordered. I would recommend Evergreen Cottage for the great food and always being welcomed with a smile.

Ordered for a special occasion, the time to pick it up was good but part from that everything is down hill! The food was terrible. we couldn’t finish it as it felt like they rushed it to the point the chicken not even cooked properly and the rice and noodles had no chinese taste what so ever! I could’ve done a better job considering the food we brought was the basics of your menu! I cant image how the other food is when the basics are not even done right! Wish i could give 0 stars

2 Limehurst SqThis is a great takeaway. There isn’t delivery and it is cash only. There is an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express. We always get our Chinese from here even though we moved further away! Great, hot food and good portions. This time we had Beef with Green Pepper and Black Bean sauce (gluten free, just be sure to ask for no soy sauce and gluten free), Hot and Spicy Chicken Chow Mein and Hot and Spicy King Prawn Chow Mein.
