The service was excellent as usual, and the food tasty and hot, and the portions sizes filling, they even deliver the Plymouth side of the Tamar Bridge, so no excuse to try.

We went here on Saturday night with our friends, the food was absolutely outstanding and you cannot fault the Staff and their friendliness. Their attention to detail is impeccable and makes the evening very enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Everest kitchen, and we will be back very soon👏👏👌

This is best Indian BAR NONE!! Tons of meat, flavourful, great portion size.... do yourself a favour treat yourself. I had lamb Bhuna, coconut rice, keema nan and popadom delivered

Best curry I have had! I live in Cambridge and ordered 2 curry’s to take home to put in my freezer. Never had curry with so much taste, can tell it’s made with fresh produce & love….. Thank you very much, will see you when I’m next down. Eating in is the same price as takeaway too, could not believe it, customer service is the best I have ever had Mukta is so attentive and nothings to much. You can go in dressed up or in your casual wear without being looked down at like other places I have been. While I was there I watched Mukta & his team work so hard it was busy one of the nights I was there & they still couldn’t do enough to help me

We had a lovely time with great food and a very nice host. We are great lovers of the Indian cuisine and the Nepalese touch makes this food even more worthwhile. The momo’s where freshly made and very good. We would also recommend the Salmon dish. The portions are aboundant and it was impossible to finish everything. Luckily, we were provided with some containers and now we look forward to a nice lunch.

Amazing find! Discovered tucked away at the bottom end of Fore Street on a cold, wet and windy night. I was dining alone (sad I know) but regardless the welcome was warm and friendly. This isn't a flash establishment, no murals, neon lights or plywood pagodas but simple, clean and well laid out. A few years back I worked with the Royal Ghurka Rifles and was 'educated' in the delights of Nepali cuisine so was delighted to see a whole section dedicated to it rather than just momos and chicken Kathmandu added to a standard indian menu although all the indian classics were there if so desired. All of my meal was absolutely delicious with homely flavours and obviously cooked with care, amazing! I really enjoyed every mouthful but the more than generous portions beat even me, no problem though as I was thoughtfully provided with containers and bags etc to take the rest home, a nice touch. Finally a big thankyou to 'mine host' who was a typical Nepali, friendly, helpful and genuinely proud of his establishment and his food! Well done and highly recommended for a great quality meal.

Treated ourselves for a change and the meals were delicious, full of flavour and plentiful. Delivery was well within the time frame given and the food was hot. We will definitely order again.

Being celiac it is very hard to find food for takeaways, they were so helpful and reassuring that the food they will cook for me will all be gluten free. Even gave me a complementary can of coke. Will definitely be going back ! 10/10 loved every bite

Takeaway for New Year’s Eve was delivered really quickly and the food was hot and tasty. I forgot to order rice so phoned up and they dropped some down straight away so we had it with our dinner. Really enjoyable meal. Kathmandu lamb was tasty and tender with lots of meat. Sag panner had nice chunky paneer cubes and cheese naan was just right. All delivered fresh and hot.

It was great. The man who 'meets and greets' you is from Nepal so I shared memories of when I traveled there in the mid 1970s and how Nepal has changed. I recommend the 'momo' (like a delicate spiced pasty shape). I remember us making these in Kathmandu - these were better...

Don't let the outside put you off as it's a no frills restaurant but it did not disappoint. The food was pretty awesome, large portions, and very tasty. The service and friendly staff made it top notch as he could not do enough for us. If you like decent Indian or Nepalese food this is the place to visit. Just wished I lived local but only found it whilst on holiday.

Travelled from Plymouth and would definitely say it’s worth the short and cheap £5 journey, Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The chicken madras curry was pretty life changing but the peshwari naan has redirected my soul and spirit to a higher place. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try, and will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent takeaway meal whilst on holiday. We gave up on our local Nepalese restaurant because it tasted good but became 'hunt the piece of meat'. All our dishes from Everest Kitchen tasted authentic, we're good portions and we're packed with meat. If it was local we'd be really happy. Heartily recommend.

Went to this local modest restaurant with friends . I was so impressed with the attentive service & delicious freshly cooked food. They asked how hot I liked my food & gave me suggestions . Whilst waiting they came out with a complimentary chicken pakora .. it tasted divine !! My main meal was so delicious , as were my friends meals . They were so attentive right up to the very end , where they presented the bill & gave us options on a complimentary drink & were so accommodating to me to suit my preferences . I wish this lovely restaurant so much success , they really do deserve it !! I most definitely will revisit

Absolutely wonderful meal, lots of regular Indian dishes but also lots of different dishes you don't find in an everyday Indian. We had a fish curry and duck curry (sorry can't remember the names) and both were amazing. The pashwari naan doesn't contain dried fruit which is a massive plus for me (I hate dried fruit), so everything was just perfect for my particular visit. Highly recommend.

We been (6 of us) Everest kitchen for meal last weekend, food was really nice and tasty. This is our second visit to this restaurant and we loved it. Loki is very attentive and look after well to us. We had an great experience at Everest Kitchen in Saltash. Loki was our attentive and helpful Host. We started with poppadoms with lime pickle and fine chopped cucumber onions which were delicious. For my main course, I had the Lamb Sagwala which was cooked to perfection with onion, peppers, ginger fresh coriander and Balti sauce. My partner had the hot chilli Rezalla which was also very tasty. We shared mushroom rice, tarka dhall, cheese and chilli naan bread and Gurkha Beers which were all amazing. The restaurant was busy but the two brothers who own and run this fine eating establishment helped us choose and get the right amount of food and were attentive to our needs. They have been here since 2021 and have been working hard through the rough times post COVID lockdown and now still working hard in this current cost of living crisis. The kitchen were busy with our and other diners orders and also orders for take-out immediate delivery by car in the local and across the Tamar into Plymouth. I highly recommend Everest Kitchen for anyone looking for a great meal with amazing customer service.

Cracking little find here. Well priced and good quality Nepalese food, didn't like one of the starters, personal taste not food quality but Loki our waiter asked us to order another at no extra cost. Very attentive service. Recommended and will be coming back 👍

After reading the Great Reviews we decided to have a takeaway last night 10/3/23 which firstly arrived 15 mins early which was nice as we were getting hungry and looking forward to our dinner.. we had a starter of mixed meat with onions and red peppers which was delicious and nicely cooked and then came the main course of a Nepal Chicken and Prawn Rasilo Curry. Wow the flavours, texture and the quantity of both was out of of this world it was like eating a fine Cuisine but out of a delivery container. We both thought it was the best takeaway we've ever experienced. Well done Everest Kitchen we'll be definitely coming back very soon.
