Etwall Balti in South Derbyshire

We got a takeaway and it was very lovely. Really liked how much pickles and sauces you got with the Poppadoms and naan bread, the curry was a little watery, but tasted amazing!

I preordered food for delivery. The order was delivered exactly on time and was really good. I would highly recommend them

Ooohhhh we love the cheeky Tuesday! We had the Masala burger which was deelish! Same for the Zinger burger. Would be fab to lift the Masala burger with a bit of spiced heat - maybe a spicy bhaji? It was honestly brilliant though and spice is my personal preference.

Really friendly staff, food was lovely and cooked fresh. Was a really big order and staff couldn’t do enough to get it made quickly. Will definitely be back

My drink was missing, the delivery driver said that he would go back and get it and be 10 minutes, but he never came back!

Hardly any chicken tikka, or donner, mostly tandoori

Food very disappointing. Prawn curry was sandwich prawns and not many and the nann was soggy not nice at all will not be recommending

No Salad with my chicken tikka again.....i order it brcause of my diet...i just like a salad with my meal...

Absolutely exceptional as always! The Chana Puri, Mushroom Bhaji and Paneer Shashlik are a wonderful flavour combo … with some of the chili cheese naan was amazing! The kebab wrap was brilliant too! We really enjoyed it all! Thanks again!

We are regulars at etwell balti, food is always hot and tasty. Never have to wait too long for collection or delivery. First time ever tonight an item was missing but was sorted super quick and delivered with a free bottle of Pepsi. We highly recommend.

Simply THE best! I had the Paneer Saag with mushroom rice and it was fabulous! I wish there were a few more paneer options. The Naga Kebab was incredible too! Naga sauce is deelish and I’d place an order if the sauce itself was an option. Brilliant, tasty and great quality as always! Thanks so much!

My local regular takeaway. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Always delivered before the time stated and food always piping hot. Brillant lads behind the counter and in the kitchen. Always take time to talk with you and treated like a friend rather than a customer

Missed chilli sauce off one Kebab, and mint sauce off the other Kebab.. Shall may sauce another location next time …

donner was good but chicken was dry tough dissapointing

Very disappointed that the drive would not delivery to my door which is what you pay the delivery for. Usually bought up to 2nd floor no problem but tonight the driver rang me to say he was in the car park and wasn't leaving his car as he had other people's orders in it. Not sure what he was expecting to happen. Not impressed. Food was great though.

delivery was fine, the food however was horrible! the shish tasted like perfume, literally like it had been sprayed! the donner was nice. the chicken tikka, the meat was very tough and just not enjoyable at all. also £4.50 for half a tray of undercooked chips!

Unfortunately not for me, got better flavour from a pataks Jared sauce, arrived late despite only ordering a few items. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t terrible but could cook better curry at home.

Thought would give a local takeaway a try. Pizza was good but NOT the tandoori naan as the chicken was a bit bland. When I gave the manager feedback, he told me to cook my own food at home with my flavour. What a customer service ! Thanks never again! 😤☹️

stunning food AGAIN. Chicken Tika Bhuna was perfect yet again. There is a very popular, very nice Indian Restaurant literally yards away from my house. Etwall Balti's take away food is better than their dine in food.

really really impressed. best kebab we have ordered in a long time ! had the family kebab and it was fresh, tasty and arrived really quickly . chicken , shish, kofta and donner were bang on . not overly greasy like some and not overloaded with donner instead of other meat . literally can't wait to order again ! please Etwall balti keep up the great work and stay consistent and I will have a GO TO takeaway which I haven't managed to find for years! 5stars!

Food was poor, little flavour and low quality ingredients

Delivered early, all do the food was very poor. £36 for 2 curries, 2 rices and a naan was expensive and wouldn’t have paid for it if it was free. Worst curry I think I’ve ever had. Lamb was too chewy to eat, sauce was just flavoured (slightly) water. Garlic naan was just a normal naan with chunks of garlic which I wouldn’t mind but only some bites had any garlic and it was tough. The rice was alright to be fair.

Every time my family and I order from Etwall Balti it is delivered quick, hot and always amazing food. I ordered for just myself tonight but we can order up to 14 people and the delivery time and quality is always the same. Can’t find any faults, will never order from anywhere else! Thank you!

We eat at etwal balti all the time, but last night the pizzas were next level, super cheesy and piping hot. 100% reccomended.

Our delivery was 25 minutes early??? Why ask what time you want it to be delivered..it was cold by time we arrived..had to warm it up in the microwave....very disappointed 🥺
