Etci Mehmet Steakhouse in Liverpool

Had my 22nd Birthday here two years ago, decided to celebrate my 24th now along with my graduation- the best choice I have ever made! Exceptional in every way! Big thanks to Samar and the lovely Yoonis! Won’t be the same without him!

We'd walked up and down Bold Street twice trying to settle on somewhere to eat. We stopped at the menu outside and a server came out to make the effort to greet us at the door and show us the 2 courses lunch menu. We greatly accepted the hospitality and went in; so glad we did! Food was outstanding as was the service from all 3 servers on staff. Really genuinely friendly, we didn't want for anything, no empty dish left on the table. We were left alone to enjoy food and checked on just the perfect amount. Meals were equally timed and cooked perfectly. I should have asked to take the hummous home!

We were struggling to decide on a place to eat and then one of the staff welcomed us in from the street. The atmosphere was very relaxed, friendly and well presented . We had the menu enthusiastically explained to us and were given great recommendations. The food was lovely. Cooked exactly as we liked and brought to us in great time. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and were always ready whenever we needed anything. Very highly recommended and we looked forward to visiting again.

Our server Nijat was very lovely and attentive. Food was good and the Turkish Tea was amazing.

Steak gave my boyfriend food poisoning which kicked off his diabetes and they gave us 20 percent off don’t fall for it awful place don’t recommend

The food was awesome! The service was perfect, the moroccan waiter was really friendly and we enjoyed having lunch here. Will be back soon for sure!

good steak place. very delicious. small restaurant. i prefer the steak medium well and no fat. so not too many options for me. they forgot to bring my drink till after food. desert is great who loves baklawa. above average price

I visited here yesterday on the day for lunch Wednesday January 15th and I have to say the food was a big let down, pretty poor from the chef, overcooked and not looking nice for a high end restaurant which is a shame because I have ate here before and it's been fine.

Absolutely amazing place. Food was unreal T-Bone perfectly cooked. Chicken kebabs were falling off the skewer they were that tender. Would definitely recommend and will be returning

Great food and amazing service from the whole team, and special thanks to our waiter Nejat! They have very lively atmosphere and every dish we tasted was absolutely delicious. Family friendly, Turkish style cuisine, no alcohol. Definitely recommend! We'll be back again.

Amazing hospitality and welcome from Ruben, attention to detail and putting on great show with amazing knowledge of the menu and food. The quality of the steak is top, dry aged to perfection. We had a lovely dinner and birthday. Gracias.

Was able to walk in at tea time on a Saturday evening and get seated immediately. Was busy but staff were very attentive and gave a very warm welcome. Extensive menu options. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed the show cooking for an adjacent table but involved the whole restaurant. No alcohol available but lovely coffees instead. Recommend the giant spicy meatball and hanging chicken kebabs.

Fantastic restaurant with beautiful interior. The service was no exception, Jordy was always present and friendly and he also put on a show with the blowtorch with which he finished cooking the meat. Excellent food, spicy appetizer but in a very pleasant way and excellent cut of meat cooked as requested. Good coffee too, which is very difficult to find generally. Very high quality/price ratio, you spend little and eat well Also the very friendly and approachable manager with whom we had a chat after the meal. Excellent experience, to be repeated

Lovely food, but they tried to overcharge us without us knowing, by £5 per steak, and added on service charge ontop. So the bill came to £15 more than what it should! They did rectify it but only once I explained the menu to them.

An absolutely amazing place. The atmosphere was amazing and the meal wasn’t just a meal it was an experience. Truly memorable. The portions were massive and the food was delicious! The giant meatball and Lamb chops are highly recommended. The waiters were all so attentive and helpful. They made the night such a memorable one. Whether you’re on a date or a family meal out, or something special to celebrate!

IT WAS BEEEEST. I’ve tested more than a thousand restaurants and this one was one of the best. najet and samar served like the best restaurant I’ve seen in my whole life. IT IS A MUST GO PLACE. if you come to Liverpool EVERYONE MUST TRY THIS PLACE.

We’ve ordered a take away with a waitress with blond hair and they charged us the service charge of £6.40 with doing nothing. We were totally fine about that. BUT when we made a payment and it was declined for a few times because of some technical problem, that waitress asked “Are you sure that you have money in the card?”. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!! Normally, if the card has insufficient fund, it will say “insufficient fund”, not “declined”. PS: the other waitors and waitresses were very nice

Visited this Turkish steak house located on Bold Street, Liverpool. The ambience was very nice and the staff was very friendly. We ordered the mezze platter (served with bread), which tasted excellent. Next up was the ETCI special burger (double patty beef) was also quite good, which was served with fries. Lastly, we ordered the mustard marinated beef steak, which was okay. The steak tasted good, but it lacked a good sear on top and I didn't like the fact the mustard was just spread on top instead of being grilled with the steak (like it's supposed to be). It's definitely not the best steak I've had. Also, the staff stopped me from recording the displayed meat and the grill behind, I don't know why. Overall, I might go next time to try out other options.

A unique experience in a Turkish restaurant The meat is halal and the place is quiet The taste of the steak is delicious but a little tough. I tried Dallas according to the employee’s recommendation because it contains a little grease. My rating for it is 6/10. It is enough for two to three people. I tried the Chef's Choice salad, the quantity was large, and it did not have the flavor of the sauce. It was dry and needed improvement in taste. My rating for it is 5/10. The baklava is delicious and refreshing, as is the tea. My rating for them is 9/10 It's worth a try, but the employee is trying to convince you of the most expensive type of steak there is!

Great place to eat Nijat, served our group and made the night for us. Great food, great value for money and will be sure to return.

Always a pleasure dining at Etci Mehmet. Best steaks and very well worth the price. My personal favorite is the giant spicy meatball. It can get really busy though so reservations recommended. We were served by Jordy last weekend and he was so lovely and professional. :)

Food was great, as well as the atmosphere. Service was a bit slow though and price was slightly high for the food.

The food was really nice but what made it a good experience to eat hear was the service Aneyna served use and her customer service was extremely high standards and because of the customer service I received I would come back and eat hear again. O and the music was a little to high.
