Absolutely tremendous food. I'm a big eater but the portions were huge, and absolutely amazing quality. Service was excellent and reasonably priced too.

I've been to Dilan a few times now, and it's such a lovely place. Food is delicious, and the staff are lovely and very attentive. It is a bit small inside, and sometimes you need to book, but don't let that put you off. Always have a fab time and experience in Dilan.

My family absolutely love the food..the staff are friendly and restaurant is very clean...however the toilets are very very bad..there are 2 cubicles next to each other one men's and the other for women...the queue is men and women who wait next to the 2 sinks..women don't feel comfortable with the set up and sharing the same space..also there is a hand written note on the women's cubical door...it says disabled toilet...no it's not disabled accessible at all and thr toilet is just an ordinary regular toilet...its also far to low...disabled toilets are raised for a start..there is no way a wheelchair could get in and absolutely no room for a wheelchair user especially the toilet cubicle...its completely and utterly dangerous and healthy and safety would condemn it...I can walk a few steps with help...I was desperate for the loo but it wasn't usable for me and the other disabled friends and family...sadly we can't go to our favourite restaurant due to the above issues

Another visit to Dilan. One of the only restaurants that we have returned to and have the most amazing food every time. Steaks and lamb chops are cooked to perfection and divine each time. The service is second to none and will continue to go back again and again. Thank you 🤩

As soon as we came in to the resturant, we were greeted warmly. A beautiful decor to the resturant and nice back ground music playing. The food is perfection, honestly the cheffing team in the resturant are immensely talented and cooked the food to an excellent standard. The cook on the steak, chicken and salmon is unrivalled, talent shining through in the meals we got served. Stunning all round. Thank you

An excellent restaurent good food and great staff. I think the food portions are rather too large, a slight reduction with a reduced price would enhance business. Just got back from an outstanding meal at Dilan. The food was amazing. Had the Chef Special for 3 which could have fed double that. Meat was so tasty (the lamb chops are to die for!) Son had the steak which was cooked perfectly. The staff are friendly and polite and can’t help you enough. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We have been a few times now and every time the food is excellent. Will definitely be going back. Thank you 💙💙💙

Dined there last night with family and very pleased with the place, fast , friendly service and good portions of delicious food. Four adults, chicken wings, barbecue lamb ribs and spicy sausage to start. Adana, combo kebab, mixed combo for 1 and lamb kebab for mains, all very tasty and enjoyable. Our 2 kids had nuggets and chips, they were finished in no time. Decent portions so not a lot of food wasted. No desserts, it was my birthday, so family supplied a small cake and staff joined in our celebrations with music. Would visit again, maybe get a takeaway but definitely recommend.

Was my first visit to Dilan. Had a great evening. I'm a fussy eater and the staff were very accommodating. My meal and the service was excellent. Would recommend a visit.

Just had a meal at Dilan's for my son's birthday 🎂, very busy, but the staff goes the extra mile for you, very polite and acomodating. The food is fab, always. We have been going for few years now and the standards are always good, did not change. The complimentary bread and butter is to die for. We always enjoy the meals there. My kids are fussy eaters and Dilan's is their favourite. Well done and Keep it up Dilan.

Been here on several occasions now, food always excellent and so tasty, staff always friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and portions decent sizes. It's also good that there are a few other bars on this row now too.

We dined as a party of 8 for a special birthday. From the moment we walked in the service was awful, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The Service was slow and mostly none existent. I Have to say after reading the reviews we were expecting good things but were left so disappointed. The food was ok but the service and the attitude of the serving staff is what lets this place down.

Been here regularly over a few years and keep coming back. Recommend to many people

I have visited many restaurants consisting on varying cuisines and I must say that Dilan is one of my favourites restaurant of all time (top 5) the food is so fresh and hot when served and it features the best produce. Portion sizes are reasonable as well as prices. Staff are very welcoming. Would definitely recommended getting the Adana. Ps- Hot bread you get as a complimentary item at start. Dilans is my fave Turkish restaurant, me & my other half regularly visit here. The food and staff are excellent never disappoints every time we visit. Kebabs are to die for, Its hidden away on Eaton rd, its worth visiting 100%, i can’t recommend Dilans enough. 👍🏻

First time visiting this restaurant. Despite being 20 minutes early for our reservation, we were offered the choice of two tables. The food was absolutely delicious and presented superbly. The service was first class and nothing was too much trouble. Drinks and food were served to us quickly. Pictured is the Alinazik chicken and Beyti which were both amazing. Will definitely visit again.

Went for Mother’s Day, the food was lovely but the service was awful. Wasn’t offered any further drinks after we ordered one bottle of Prosecco for 5 of us and never got offered dessert. No tip left and I never do that

Been before and was not disappointed. Lovely bread with garlic butter. Garlic mushrooms and Garlic bread. Tuvak, chicken with yogurt, rice and salad. Haluomi kebab, chips and salad. Meals where very generous portions. Absolutely spot on food.

Cold sat by door which doesn't close properly.. elif on Bold street is a much better place...

Food was alright but being sat by the door ruined experience for me. Pretty cold and door doesn't close properly. I did ask to be moved but was refused. I think Elif on Bold Street does a much better mixed grill. On a positive Staff were nice and friendly overall 6.5/10.

Fabulous absolutely fabulous, food service can't complain about anything.

Had a family meal for five adults here on Saturday. From minute you enter the restaurant the wonderful smells and aroma of the food hit you. Staff are wonderful, attentive without being too fussy or overbearing. Food was exquisite, from the starters to the mains, everything was beautifully cooked and seasoned. Portion sizes were great, so much so it means that I can't comment on the puddings as we had no space left to fit any in. Excess food was packaged up, for us to enjoy the next day, which we did. Price wise 5 starters, 5 main courses, 6 alcoholic drinks and 4 soft drinks ran out at just under £150, which for the quality of the food I thought was top value. Reccomend people give this little gem of a place a try.

Went there after a visit to alder hey. The servers were super friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding. Slightly on the pricier side of things but well worth it. Definitely going on our list of best local spots!

Arrived peak time on Saturday & they were so accommodating. The staff were fantastic, kept us entertained & food was very good. Definitely coming back.

Dilan is a great little cosy Turkish restaurant in west derby. Service is friendly as you would expect. My wife had the hummus , plenty of it and very tasty she said. I just had cheese garlic bread as my main meal involved lots of meat. My wife and I had the chefs special meats for 2. Which was lamb chops, kofta, chicken wings, ribs....well you get the picture, lots of meat done Turkish style. Came with chips rice and salad. Well worth the money, plenty of food for us both. The meats tasted amazing, and cooked very well..the salad was tasty and refreshing, the dressing was lovely. Rice and chips , again tasty and seasoned. Would definitely come back for more, and the staff are great here too. A little gem of a restaurant

First time we visited we enjoyed the food. We found that the staff we talking about customers (we were sat by the kitchen part ) it wasn’t about me so we enjoyed our food and left. 2nd visit when we arrived we were told you need to be finished as we close in 1 hour and 20 mins which was enough time. It would appear that it was us they would be talking about this time. Basically one of the kids asked for sauce, the lady brought it and the other child wanted a sauce so I asked for that. My partner then decided his meat was a bit bland and I asked the man who works there for a sauce who sarcastically asked is there anything else I said no thanks and he responded are you sure with a bit of an attitude. It spoilt my experience to be honest so we paid and made sure no tip was left and will never return. Whilst we were seated another couple came in and they wasn’t told they only had an hour or whatever they seem to be quite clicky with the customers they know but as a new customer I won’t go back.

Went here and ordered a chefs special for four people. This did not disappoint as it was served on a big heated platter with side salad, bread and dips. All the meat was delicious and lamb chops very tender. A lot of food all of it good quality.

Food was beyond beyond amazing , we had numerous starters and mains and everything was perfect . The amazing waiter blew us away with being able to take 12+ orders without writing them down and everything was right . It’s just a lovely little restaurant

Delicious kebab and value for money

Had a fantastic time here today. Not many places can cater for a family gathering of 28 people and not panic,but these did. Everyone said how lovely their meal was , the staff were friendly and service was excellent. Would recommend and we will certainly be returning here . Thank you all.

Beautiful food all freshly prepared and changing a couple of things wasn’t an inconvenience at all, the staff can’t do enough for you. Abdullah, Kate and Oliver are always polite and friendly. I’m hoping Ali the chef will share his secret recipe for the Phuket prawn sauce with me one day 😊

Had to place an order several times to have it brought to the table. We waited 20 minutes to have our dessert order taken by which time it was too late to be served. Would go again but never during a busy time.
