Cheap petrol and efficient service

Rude unfriendly and very unhelpful Asda staff. Very poor standard of customer service. Doesn’t even deserve the 1star forced to give them. Use the Budgens Esso instead!

This has to be the worst petrol station in the UK. Staff are extremely rude and judgmental. Station itself is filthy at all times. Tonight was cash only but no working cash point and at 7.50pm - seriously! Avoid at all costs. Esso should be totally ashamed

Well I had just left my parents for my journey home, I met the the most beautiful woman cashier, she was fun , bright and breezy, and she loved singing, she said all she needed was music, I thought she was wonderful, I was sad and she made me smile, god bless you , a kind soul xx

Unreliable petrol station, often no fuel or reduced pumps, often prepayment cash only and no signage to warn you.

Where do I start? Worst attitude I've had from a cashier. Firstly, she wouldn't help me out with changing a £5 note for pound coins I needed for parking. (£30 fuel paid for with my card) A customer who was very kind offered me 5 pound coins, when I pointed out that my fiver was Royal Bank of Scotland, the cashier interrupted and said we don't accept Scottish money here! When I pointed out that I thought she was wrong, she exclaimed "YOU LOT UP THERE WOULDN'T TAKE OUR MONEY!" Ridiculous!

Cheap high 99+ petrol. What more do you want?!

I've always liked this petrol station, an ideal location if you know, if you don't it's a little hidden from the bulk of traffic which suits me well. For a small petrol station the produce is amazing, and best of all there a Starbucks machine, wait it gets better than that, there a screen near the till you register your mobile phone number and press it each time you get a coffee, 6th cuo is free ok you could say I'm far too excited about a free coffee but it's a thing. There's also a toilet within the building. Always nice staff. No doubt 5 stars

Expensive and will only take cash payments pre payments (Not a card prepayment) for fuel. Awful place..will never use these again

I went in to change the gas tank, the old lady said it was too cold no change to day

Vandaag hier beland met een lekke langzaam leeglopende band, Wij wilden hier wachten op de pechhulp maar dat mocht niet. Ook niet in een hoekje waar we niet in de weg stonden. Ze waren zeer onvriendelijk.

Unfortunately fuel prices going up everywhere. Not sure if it’s because of Russian stupid war or just because everything is going up, but still, Esso is providing excellent service on every station. Sometime ago She’ll was my fav but now I buy fuel only at Esso’s and the premium petrol is top notch. I just hope the prices will start to going down on some point because it’s getting crazy.

Ideal for fuel in Wells and a drink and any quick items you may of missed in the local supermarket. Staff very pleasant.

Definitely a Local garage atmosphere. It's ok if you just need to nip in for fuel.

Nice coffee also got a stretcy garden hose at a bargain. Clean lots of varied products.

Price of fuel is more expensive than the others in the city But good quality fuel

Most expensive place to buy petrol in wells don't use it, until they reduce by at least 10p/ litre

I purchased diesel! They sell other things too. All sorts of snacks and foods for convenience
