Food was excellent and very tasty

Place is a disgrace the owner has a bad attitude and for a collection tells you 25 mins only to get there and be told another 20mins. I don't think so bye. Avoid at all cost

Great place to get traditional Indian cuisine. We visited the restaurant for the second time and were not disappointed. The food was so flavourful & the service was quick and helpful with our orders. The atmosphere is lively and fun. Will definitely be back again!

Ordered from Esha Tandoori and baring in mind I live in Mutton lane which is the same road the restaurant is located on. It took them over 1 hour to deliver a simple curry on a Tuesday evening. When I called them, they said its normal for deliveries to take 1 hour or more. However the modern norm isn't 1 hour what so ever.

There are too many reviews knocking the delivery which is outside of Esha’s direct control. I have had food delivered and collected and both times the food has been excellent. Really big menu choice, everything tasted great and decent portions. It is my new favourite Indian in PB.

Food didn't taste authentic and we all gained stomach pain from it, unsure as to why. Wouldn't purchase again.

House special tandoori Sauce is very watery. Meat size was very small and can't really tell what meats it was. Galic Nan bread was ok House special Rice was ok

Everything was delivered on time and the food was excellent.

Average food at best. Arrived 25 minutes after the delivery window ended. No apology and was told I was lucky they didn't cancel my order as they don't like delivering to my town.

We have ordered food from Esha Tandoori many times. The driver was new and didn't know how to get to my house, once we had helped him find us via phone call, i did leave delivery instructions. 15 minutes later, while we were eating, I got a call from the delivery driver informing us that we were not allowed to order from the restaurant again. And to not call them. This was a shock, Esha was a local and we always enjoy the food. This ruined our evening, we try and support local businesses and feel very let down.

The chicken Madras was amazing. Prawn curry could use a little more spice.

Tarka dall, chicken, Nan. Rice all very good. Raita was made from souring not fresh yogurt.

The food was delicious, both the lamb curry and Rogan Josh was very flavorful. Chicken chatt was the best I've ever tasted and the motor paneer has plenty of paneer in it. Perfection and lots left for later

I am a regular Customer and have been ordering the same dish (chicken tikka methi) for nearly six months now on a regular basis and today (13/9/21) was the worst it can be and you sir have lost a loyal customer as you don’t care and so do we know

Awful service throughout. Lack of care and extremely rude staff. Still nothing after almost 2 hours and have no response.

We have been ordering from Esha for years, however, after today I will not be going back. The delivery time should have been between 6:45 and 7:05 and by quarter past, it was still not with us. I kept trying to call but the phone kept ringing without a response. It then got to 7:30 and my partner and I decided to go and collect it. We saw that the phone was off the hook and they were not apologetic. We got the food home and 2 main items were missing. We then tried calling, but again, no answer. We had to go down there again to collect them. However this time, the man working tried to say that we did not order these items! After showing them the proof on the receipt, they finally gave them to us. By the time we got all of our items, it was 10 past 8 (over an hour later than expected) and the food was cold. Very disappointed!

Our food was never delivered. We rang the restaurant over 50 times and they did not answer, they answered once and then hung up on me. My brother had to drive into the store to find out where our food was and they were extremely rude to him in there and refused to give us a refund. I would never order from here again. Horrible customer service.

Ordered 4 coke - received 4 Diet Pepsi Was told it’s not their problem, it’s just eats because they only delivery Diet Pepsi .... when asked why thy eh don’t ring us and inform us so we can decide he gets rude and says go talk to just eat ... really bad guy , poor English is no excuse for rudeness. Will not return ... food was fine / good .... experience on phone has left a sour taste .... guy need to leave the talking to someone else.

Chicken korma was amazing and hot. My coconut rice tasted burnt and I didn’t receive an extra mint sauce added to my order. I order nearly every week and never have problems so a little sad tonight’s was a let down.

Been using the rice but was unreasonable let down tonite so tried here and glad I did was on time hot and full of flavour highly recommend and I’ve got another three weeks of stayin away sorry rice but I’ll be using esha instead be ordering again soon 👍👍👍

Food quality good and still hot. Cannot fault anything.

Last time dishes were forgotten so the meal was delayed by another 3/4rs of an hour. I thought I would give Esha another chance but this time the food turned up so cool to the touch it was almost cold. I didn’t phone to complain as it should have been right first time. I don’t think there will be more chances though now.

I understand it was New Year’s Eve but if food is going to take 3 hours to get to me then just stop taking orders. Food was barely warm when it arrived also. Ordered at 7:40 wasn’t there by 9:10 called asked how much longer the guy said not too much longer, arrived at 10:30.. unacceptable.

Great tasting food! First time I have ordered and would order again. Delivery time was around an hour and 15 minutes but could be possibly due to being NYE. It did arrive early than expected though. Only thing I would say is the food was slightly cold when arrived but still warm enough to eat. Wouldn’t stop me ordering again.

You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves for serving food like you delivered to me! I never throw food away, even disappointing food, but this was so disgusting and awful i just binned it.. what a waste of money! First of all the food arrived luke warm.. secondly, i ordered king prawn rogan josh. This is meant to be a medium curry. It wasn’t even a mild curry! It was basically a sweet sloppy mess of tomato-like sauce... no flavour, curry taste, heat, spices - nothing! You wouldn’t know this was from an Indian restaurant, nothing-curry like about it. Also there were no king prawns in this. There were a couple of bits of mushed up prawns that had disintegrated into mushy stuff.. so basically you charged me for a sweet tomato sauce, and made me pay the price of king prawns. Absolutely disgusting service. I will never order from here again!!! I’m not sure you even read these reviews or even care.. a refund would be appreciated! Although i doubt you would do that.

I had to call up to ask if they were still delivering my food. I was told they would take it to me as soon as I got off the phone and I would be given some complimentary poppadoms. The delivery driver arrived with the food boxed up on my doorstep and asked several times for a tip quoting that it was Christmas. I might have given him a tip if the food was delivered on time.

Ordered for dinner at 7.30. Arrived an hour earlier at 6.30 and without the mint sauce or salad options which were selected. Bit annoying really.

I now remember why I don’t go here...got a txt to say foods on way...half hour later it arrived! Considering I always spend over £25 every time there was no side salad no yoghurt nothing! Didn’t get the dish I asked for was literally cheese spread over the top not chunks as it should be! Potato’s were rock hard! Absolute joke!

The tandoori chicken and chicken tikka were watery, tasteless and light pink. We couldn’t eat the food and at this moment it’s put me off eating Indian for a very long time. We look forward to our once a week takeaway and this was very disappointing. I appreciate you may be very busy but if you can’t provide a service to standard then please do not offer it and take peoples hard earned money.

Food wasnt as good as we had hoped. Naan wasnt crispy enough, bajis were over cooked, butterfly prawn wasnt very nice. Curry itself was nice but not as hot (temperature not spice)as would have expected. A bit dissappointed. Delivery driver not friendly.

Really appreciate the reduced minimum spend for delivery. Led me to order from here over other places. My partner doesn't like indian food, so I usually have to place a large order to get it for only me. I will be ordering more regularly if this stays in place.

My curry wasn’t as hot as usual and hubby’s was too hot.....onion salad was very basic & containers not full as usual......disappointed..... and I’m normally a huge fan!

We ordered the madras and the butter chicken but the gravy was way too sweet, nothing at all like how it would normally taste
