A super hidden gem. Our server couldn't have been more helpful or more kind. We didn't get his name but he had long hair and a beard? Lovely man. He made sure our drinks were perfect and was happy to change them to our tastes. The atmosphere is really good also, they support a local artist who's paintings can be seen around the bar and are inspired by the drinks. We had a lovely time at this bar and would really reccomend.

We went to the bar late in the evening, as we entered we felt the pleasant and good atmosphere, we sat down and received personal and good treatment!! We chose the cocktails we wanted, and they were made with great investment from the heart by the nice bartender, served by the kind waiter and we received detailed explanations, the personal attention was really fun!! In addition, the cocktails themselves were excellent, one of the best bars I've ever been to!! Definitely worth a visit

Discovery. Random and excellent. The staff will take care of you, explain how they work, offer combinations, and then the magician behind the bar will surprise you. They will make you a cocktail according to your wish and mood. Here, don't expect a liter of Margarita with 8 straws, but a tailor-made cocktail. You probably haven't experienced perfumes by the glass yet, but you should!!! Just don't be afraid of the signs, you will enter the house ... (and then get lost) - straight down the corridor as far as possible and then left down the stairs.

The best drinks I've ever tasted. Very high level, at the same time informal and friendly environment. Every drink on the menu is explained in such a way that you get an idea, even if you have never heard the name. Service at the highest possible level, patient, friendly and knows exactly what he is doing and what he is talking about. And what about the perfumes served with the drink to soften the taste in case it's too sour/sweet for a person? Nowhere else for a cocktail. And we also caught a jam session...

Absolutely loved this place. The ambiance is just right, blending coziness with a touch of elegance. Their cocktails are the real highlight - classic recipes are executed perfectly, while their creative twists on these favorites are both surprising and delightful. The bartenders are knowledgeable and passionate, making each drink an experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic cocktail in a welcoming atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

Top service, great and original drinks and a nice bar atmosphere.

My friend and I came across the bar by complete accident and we were delighted. We are happy to return to the bar. The environment is very pleasant, the staff is knowledgeable and can make excellent recommendations. The bartender is skilled and has no problem adjusting your drink to your liking. I liked all the drinks I've had so far: Pink panther (my favorite), holy poppy and pineapple in my eyes ❤️🤭

Really courteous staff and an exceptional experience. The cocktails are excellent and the atmosphere is very harmonious. My birthday was taken into account and the nice waitress also spoke English very well.

Mysterious entrance, tasteful interior, pleasant music, DJ, interesting drinks, nice clean toilets, possibility to pay by card. Each drink comes with a card with a picture of a picture that the artist drew for the given drink. With the drinks, we also received a set of perfumes (not every table received them), which we could spray on the glass and then our senses perceived the drink a little differently. It was very interesting. We really liked the whole concept. The waiter described the drinks, the serving was also great. The only thing I would complain about was the speed. The service was fast, but the drink making was not. I saw that many tables were waiting for drinks for a very long time.

We arrived at 21:00, we got the drink at 22:00. Decent performance.

I love it here, often I am interested in just one cocktail from the menu, but you only need to roughly describe your wishes to the bartender and he will start working his magic. I recommend following the current offer as well (bartenders often go to competitions and events, so they offer drinks they are currently working on). It is usually not crowded and noisy. I would say that the bar is still a "hidden treasure".

A very pleasant place to sit over a non-sedentary drink. Don't be fooled by the more complicated entrance, the interior is worth it. Music, service and visuals without error :-)

This hidden Bar is really amazing. It's not your usual bar drinking experience but if you are in for it, be ready to be surprised. Drinks are very well made and taste super good. They have a good variety and give u a lot of options to choose from. Our Bartender Petros was simply the best and nicest Guy. If you wanna have a nice bar experience with ambiente and relax music go here!!!

very nice bar!! great atmosphere and super nice bartenders. the drinks were so good that we even went there two days in a row. still sad that the cheese dip was out but maybe because we ordered it three times (in two days) :D would really recommend to go there if you‘re looking for an amazing bar in prague.

Byli jsme zde na firemní akci. Shrnutí - soukromě bych tam nikdy nešel. Catering pro naši firmu skvělý a ne úplně běžný (hodně do asijského stylu, což jsme ocenili). Žádné řízky a nakrájená šunka. Ale koktejly byla tragédie. Nealko lijí z velkých pet lahví, takže můžete dostat nealko bez bublinek. Do Moscow Mule patří zázvorové pivo a ne zázvorový tonik!!!! I když mají přímo v nápojovém lístku napsané ginger beer, dostanete tonik. Za 169 Kč za drink. Takže jako koktejl bar fakt NE.

야곱&앤 일했던 날 감, 지하에 있음, 한줄요약: 꼭 제발 가야하는 곳 너무나 특별한 경험을 할 수 있습니다. 칵테일에 스스로 3종류의 향수 를 알아서 뿌려 다양한 향과 맛을 즐길 수 있습니다. 시그니쳐 칵테일은 관련된 그림과 짧은 글이 있으며 눈 코 귀 로 다 들길 수 있는 곳입니다. 칵테일은 사람 취행마다 다르겠지만 자신이 평소 싫어하던 종류의 술도 좋아하게만드는 곳임. 서비스는 말할 필요도 없음. One of the most unique place in Prague, I ended up drinking more than I planned.

Gin&tonic za moc nestál. Tonic dolitý z poloprázdné 1.5 litrové plastové flašky (kolegovi dokonce ze dna flašky), takže byl vyperlený. A chtít za to 160 korun?.... Nemyslím si dle recenzí, že se zde běžné míchají podobné šmakulády. Ale asi u firemních večírků nabízí jiný standard...

Výborné jídlo (raut) a pěkná atmosféra.

We were pleasantly surprised by this wine and cocktail bar since it’s a bit hidden in a small street. The place was beautifully decorated and had a very warm and cozy vibe. Great music as well! The drinks were fun and unique and our server was super kind and friendly. Don’t remember her name but she had pink hair! :)

One of best bars in Czech republic and maybe in world. Owner is mixology expert, bartenders have competiton experiences. Great mixology style of cocktails and nice events. I celebrated my birthday there with friends or went for calm date. This place is great for all types of night in city.

Fajn místo, zbytečně podhodnocený

Rozhodně stojí za návštěvu, pokud máte rádi skvěle namíchané originální drinky. Chodila jsem do Black Doors dříve a nový koncept a krásně osvětlený bar je mi mnohem příjemnější a konečně člověk na dobrý cocktail nemusí přímo do hektickýho centra.

We just went there, 7 people and asked for a table to have some drinks. The waitress told us she can't serve us because they don't have enough people working, although there were free tables. She was also very unpolite. Shame for the staff, the bar has potential.

Honestly such an amazing hidden gem! Maybe one of the best cocktail bars in Prague? The cocktails and vibe are absolutely amazing, and our server was the friendliest person ever! They came to talk with us super often, and even joined us for a drink! I can highly recommend visiting this place, I will come back for sure!

We had an amazing experience at Backdoors. The menu is small but you can order drinks to your taste and they do not disappoint. The server is super kind and fun and both bartenders make phenomenal drinks (I can personally recommend the whiskey sours). Definitely the best cocktail bar and cocktails in Prague! If we ever come back I will visit again.

Probably one of if not THE best bar in prague. The personal is 10/10, cheerful, energetic and make an awesome dynamic duo. The drinks after fantastic, drinks can be custom-tailored to fit your own liking. Would recommend the Last Word but with Mezkal instead of Gin, whole different world!

Obsluha v baru je profesionální a přátelská. Personál vám rád poradí s výběrem koktejlu. Koktejly jsou vynikající. Barmani používají čerstvé ingredience a jejich kreativita je vidět v každém drinku. V nabídce najdete koktejly na míru, klasické koktejly i autorské drinky. Atmosféra v baru je příjemná a relaxační. V baru se občas konají koncerty a akce, které dodávají místu živou atmosféru.

Awesome spot and great drinks! A bit tricky to find but totally worth it - staff was super friendly and we wished we could’ve come back a second time during our visit in Prague. The large ice cubes were stunning and deserving of special recognition ;) Will definitely recommend to friends!

It was tricky to find the bar. You go inside and look for a door which takes you underground. They have a standard cocktail list of roughly 8 cocktails. However you get any cocktail you want. We were disappointed from the size. It is too small compared to the price. If you take out the huge ice cube then there is no drink left. Atmosphere is chilled and the service was kind. They could also bring some nuts.

Eine tolle Bar mit exotischen Drinks, tollem Service, wunderbaren Menschen und vielen Momenten in denen gelacht wird. Ich komme definitiv bald wieder.

We asked the bartender for a caipiroska - and they didn't know what it was. We explained it was a caipirinha, but instead of cachaça, it has vodka. "Yeah, sure, I know. Do you want it to be more sour or sweet? - she asked. Please, see the picture of her caipiroska. Apparently, it was literally summertime madness... And amateur hour, all at once

Nice place. We almost didn't make it there because the entryway lights were off and there was no sign of life. But two guys entered the building and switched on the lights, and that allowed us to try the place out. Petros, our bartender, makes a mean drink, and is charming and handsome. Fun place, highly recommend.

Interesting bar with nice old Prague style, skilled barman good drinks... Very thin menu...with few things on it. Basically ask what you want and maybe we have it 😜.

Uz pri vstupu na schody jsme zespodu z baru citit nejaky zapach. Obsluha byla totalne nemotivovana. Cekali jsme dlouho nez nekdo prisel a nakonec jsme odesli bez obslouzeni. Na Andelu je spousta lepsich baru!

Sehr interessante Bar mit außergewöhnlicher Präsentation - wer nicht den Standard erleben möchte ist hier richtig. Auch auf den Hinweis, dass zu wenig Gin zu schmecken ist wurde sofort eingegangen und nachdosiert. Regelmäßig wird Wasser nachgeschenkte - toller Service! In jedem Fall ein Besuch wert :)

Top class cocktail bar on a left bank of the River. Elegant design and quiet atmosphere. But what makes the place truly exceptional is the high profesional bar staff! Any bartender can mix you your one and only special drink if you please. I made pretty simple order and got one of the best Old Fashioned I've ever had :-)

Ciekawe miejsce - klimatycznie urządzone, można wybrać wysokie stoliki, kanapy lub coś bardziej na uboczu. Na minus - pomimo małej ilości osób w lokalu czas oczekiwania na drinki bardzo długi. Drinki z karty smakowały, trochę nietrafione były customowe.

Mou zkušenost s barem Backdoors nemohu popsat při žádné návštěvě jinak než zcela absolutně perfektní zážitek kombinující milou, komunikativní a profesionální obsluhu na baru s úžasnými drinky. A to nejlepší je možnost namíchání koktejlu na míru dle instrukcí v menu a mohu říct že ani jednou nebyl můj koktejl jiný než úžasný. Kromě absolutně zjevné expertýzy barmanů v mixologii, což se samozřejmě plně odráží v koktejlech, je zde zároveň velká selekce naturálních vín s jejichž výběrem vám barmani jsou naprosto s klidem schopni pomoct, takže pokud koktejly nejsou pro vás, tak Backdoors má spoustu možností pro vás, ať již jen na užití večera, pokecu u skleničky nebo na rozšíření vašich obzorů. Doporučuji navštívit naprosto všem lidem kteří se objeví v širokém okolí stanice metra Anděl a kteří mají rádi perfektní koktejly a výjimečná vína.

Toto místo jsem objevila náhodou minulý rok po večeři v restauraci nahoře a oh chlapče, jaké milé překvapení. Azymuth tam hrál, pak přišel barman a vysvětlil nám pravidla: vybrali jsme základ pro koktejl (já whisky) a on se zeptal na pár dalších otázek a vytvořil to pro nás, totální překvapení. To je jasný, že koktejl byl skvělý, barman si udělal čas, aby přijal naši objednávku a udělal to tak, aby to bylo perfektní, podle našeho vkusu. Místo je temné a pod zemí. Zajímavé a okouzlující. Doufám, že se brzo vrátím.

Very nice and very cozy place, we loved the atmosphere. The service was the best thing though, both of you were great! Also the prices were quite fine, I was positively surprised. Definitely planning to visit again!

Nejhezčí bar co jsem na Andělu našla.

Good drinks, but we waited 20 minutes to get them, and bar was almost empty with three servers. We left after one order as we were not willing to wait another 20 minutes.

Mockrát děkujeme za velice příjemný zážitek. Obsluha naprosto skvělá, pán dokázal připravit vše co jsme si vymysleli. Fandím drinkům bez brček a ozdob, koktejl “ozdobený” parfémem. Dokonalé sklo a nejkrásnější led v Praze.🙏🏽❤️

Drinky byly fakt super! Moc dobré, kvalitní, cenově přijatelné a ještě připravené podle toho, na co jsme cca řekli, že máme chuť; i když obsluha později trochu vázla a seděli jsme v jednu chvíli docela dlouho nasuchu:)) ale stane se, byl zmatek a hodně lidí. Prostředí taky fajn, automaticky jsme dostali karafu s vodou, díky. Jediné co bych vytkla je ten leguán v (navíc malém) teráriu. Podle mě jakékoli zvíře do klubu, kde hraje celý večer muzika, prostě nepatří; a nebyli jsme sami, kdo to řešil. Dala bych místo něj rostliny, pokud tam má být kout přírody.

Musim se podelit o recenzi, dokud to nadseni ve me jeste zije 👍 tento bar mohu pouze vrele doporucit. Navstivili jsme uplne nahodou asi pul hodky pred zavirackou…ani jsme netusili, jaky pokladek jsme nasli. Bar vypada moc hezky a utulne - pro extroverty, jako jsem ja doporucuji sedet u baru, kde jsme natrefili na uzasneho Jakuba, ktery mel mega proklientsky pristup 👍👍👏 ted uz nepisu recenze tak casto, protoze to za recenze nestoji, ale pristup Jakuba dotvoril cely dojem z toho baru. Skvele jsme si popovidali, pripravil pro me “abstinentku” fajn drink na prani dle mych chuti a prinesl nam kesu s lanyzovym olejem, jen proto, ze jsme rekli, ze kdyz koukame na jidelak, zaciname mit hlad :) Slo videt, ze ho ta prace opravdu bavi 👏 coz se v gastronomii nevidi casto a uz vubec ne pred zavirackou. Byli jsme opravdu prekvapeni, jaky bar jsme objevili a urcite se tam budem radi vracet, hlavne kvuli pristupu Jakuba🙏👍👍👍 Moc dekujeme a prejeme pouze fajn navstevniky, kteri Vas servis a peci ohodnoti uplne stejne🙏🙏🍀 dekujeme👍

Really incredible service from lovely young man. Nice vibe and people and not too expensive for cocktails. I had a port wine, whisky and cherry blossom tonic- never had anything like it. Would recommend :)
