Costa Coffee Eastway Hub in Preston

Lovely staff that made my order quickly, and more importantly, put a proper amount of syrup in my drink so I could actually taste it.

Unfortunately the pork sausage bap was missing, need to try harder to remember what has actually been ordered!!

Bust Costa. Staff were excellent. Service was very quick. Had the new White Chocolate Iced Latte which was very good.

Car parking spaces far too cramped, difficult to access / exit your vehicle without open doors into other cars.

Worst Costa I've ever been to and slowest staff I've ever seen

I ordered a chicken and bacon toastie and a millionaire shortcake and only found out upon delivery that they had ran out of the toasties :/ not really acceptable when someone has ordered their lunch and the lunch part doesn't arrive!! please do not let people order things that you do not have in stock! Such a waste of my time and money!

Nice evening time to spend with costa

Came in just before 10am on a Sunday. Only two people working; one on the drive through, who seemed flat out making up orders. The other was serving in the shop, and didn't seem particularly perturbed by the growing queue. It took 15 mins for her to take our order, and there were only two customers ahead of us. By the time I ordered there were 16 customers waiting behind. Six tables had trays and dirty cups and plates all over them, and many others were in need of a clean. The staff were friendly enough and did apologise for the wait, but it's quite obvious they were under staffed! Mocha was also bitter/not very chocolatey. Mango bubble tea and chocolate fudge brownie frappés were good though.

All the usual Costa products are available. Staff are friendly enough. Ample seating indoors and out available.

Ordered drinks for myself and my passengers all good

Usually good but today not very customer friendly They locked a toilet due to it being cleaned this was 4:50 they close at 7 so only one toilet for all customers to use .

Popped in for quick coffee n toilet break, need not have bothered, one toilet closed at 16:40, when they are open til 19:00. Waited over 10 minutes, the only other toilet still locked, and when asked, staff answer was " ones been cleaned and locked, there must be someone in the other then, nothing we can do about that", I'm guessing they would rather customers pee on the floor then!!! Don't bother going if you're pregnant, suffer weak bladder, have young child (usually cannot hold on for at least 10 mins),

Always a friendly welcome from the staff and they go out of their way to help and support, other costs in the area need to learn from eastway as its the only nice on in the area

4 of us had a hot sandwich with cake, served with a fantastic hot drink of choice, as always service was excellent,

Didn't receive two of the paninis I paid for, very dissatisfied.

So I bought X2 large coffees to drink in and have a chat with my friend.... I also bought a greek yoghurt with crunchy granola..... This was an extra £2.85..... then the till said it's £3.40 because I was eating it in but already paid for the coffees to drink in.... So to eat the yoghurt in I was charged an extra 55p, now I do feel absolutely robbed from Costa Highway robbery.... Absolute rip off and we all wonder why this country is like it is..... Very unhappy with this piss take....

It's a great place to meet friends, It could do with more comfy relaxing seating and make the hot chocolate stronger but happy with the service

The consistency of this place is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the flat whites are spot on but more often than not they’re ridiculously hot and lacking any texture. For a large chain I think Costa has one of the most mellow and moreish coffees and it’s a shame the baristas don’t keep an eye on the milk temperature and texture to get the best from their beans. I do understand it’s winter and coffee is going to go cold quicker in a takeout cup, but I had to wait a good ten minutes to drink mine without the risk of scolding my mouth.

I like Costa coffee BUT my biggest gripe is its more often than not really draughty/cold air blowing out of the air con units. I hate having to sit with my coat on whilst I'm having my coffee - not very welcoming when IMHO the air con is on to suit the staff rather than the customer. It's not just this Costa, it's a common trend with them all.

We had a lovely experience, coffee and sausage barm breakfast. Yummy.

Items missing, this is the second order in a row things have not been delivered.

Myself and my family enjoyed our visit here today. The service was excellent, it was nice and clean and a relaxing environment.

Been going to Costa for years and never have I been charged 10p for Ketchup!!! Absolutely ridiculous 🙁

Wrong order delivered I didn't order the items delivered you need to deliver the correct items with immediate effect.

Parking is limited to 90 minutes. This is probably more than enough for most, but there may be those that meet there to catch up or for business. They probably spend quite a lot, but the fine is £100 (£60 if paid promptly). Look out for the signs as you arrive.

Always excellent. The staff are the best I have encountered in any Costa being both friendly and efficient.

The drinks I feel could be better but there not bad some of the deals on the app are OK. Got to say the iced lattes are a waste of time, ice cubes, milk and a shot or two of coffee, not shaken not stirred? Not what I'd call premium given the price. Luckily for Costa and Starbucks we all just can't help ourselves.

Tables not cleared frequently though staff standing round doing nothing. Very slow service. Prefer the Costa at the lidl shopping park up Eastway/Tom Benson Way.

Tried the new whipped latté. It's a bit gimmicky and overpriced for the size of the drink.

Great staff and nice atmosphere. Pub quizzes were fun.

Air conditioning high quality but we went for the sunshine this time.

Got to say thanks to the lovely girl on the drive through kiosk dark hair flower tattoo on her arm who was so attentive after my car shot forward trapping my arm on the drinks shelf. Keep this staff member and promote her so nice

I made an order to my workplace and i never received it. I asked reception and nothing was left there or did anyone greet a delivery driver. So I’m confused to what has even happened :(

The staff here at the drive-through are the best I've experienced. So polite and efficient.

When ordering syrup, you expect them to put the syrup in the coffee… otherwise fine

Lovely coffee, great atmosphere very busy.

Coffee good. I don't eat the food now as last breakfast sandwich I had was very poor (2 bits of spinach in a spinach sandwich). Worst thing was the toilets - generally clean but when you look closer quite dirty. Suggest management take a closer look

Generic cafe. Order a flat white, cappuccino, latte, and you get the same drink. They always burn the milk by over steaming. They don't clean out the milk jugs , so get milk that's been reheated over and over. It's really a terrible cafe. For £4 for a coffee it's terrible.

It's a Costa on little retail park food only a 4 my toasty was lacking in meat might have been 4 bits but yer coffee was good staff pleasant hell one almost laughed

Nice Costa, but to many crammed people and ladies with prams, which blocked the entry point. A disabled person came in, and they could not get passed.

Always getting our order wrong through the drive thru. Many times ive had to turn back round to change them again! Will avoid now and go to the fulwood one

Always forgets to add the sauce for the chocolate fudge brownie frappe. Doesn’t taste the same without it 💔💔 fourth time they’ve not added it now 💔💔

Small but very pleasant shop. Lots of people in who seemed to be sat with their computer or just talking without purchasing anything?! The porridge I bought was too thick so I was given some more hot water to try which helped!

Fantastic service every time. There is always a good vibe whenever I walk in. The decour of the store is also very eye catching, furthermore, the staff are a credit to Costa as they demonstrate constant professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Went for the offer of buy one get one free. Got there, no soya milk, no pumpkin syrup. It's like what do you have?

Been FIVE times and told, sorry we have no filter on but we can do an americano instead. Give up, will not try again. Perhaps the owner should consider removing the filter machine rather than misleading customers.

Love Costa coffee however. On this occasion the coffee was lukewarm when I asked for it extra hot. Come on guys get it together even McDonald's get it hot.

Not to busy, our granddaughter had a lemon muffin and a peach iced drink which she loved. We had some toasted sandwiches and a coffee and a hot chocolate. All good, as was the staff.

Clean restaurant and great coffee

Quick service however polite not friendly, didn't have decaf and put cows milk in my hot chocolate instead of oat. They swiftly corrected their mistake however and apologised. The apology coupled with a nice conversation afterwards and the cleanliness of this place upped the star by 1.

Had to get coffee swapped, was very bitter. Second time this has happened here
