We had a lovely lunch here, chose from the very reasonably priced set menu. We sat on an outside, pavement table and were well served by a friendly and happy waitress. Very impressed.

Restraunt is managed by a very arrogant and rude manager who actually talks to his customers like something you would find on the end of your boot

Lovely restaurant, nice environment, great staff. Just be careful of clever up-sales. The staff and manager are lovely and very accommodating. The food is delicious and well presented. Really enjoyed the time there and would definitely go back. Thursday nights are buy one get one free cocktails and they don’t have to be same. The only downside was the manager did ask if we would like some breads and hummus as most Turkish / Mediterranean restaurants offer as complimentary however this was charged at £7.50, olives were offered but charged at £4.50, also with dessert asked if we want crème or ice cream! That’s an extra charge for ice cream but not made clear. The £11.50 each lunch came to over £60! It’s not a major issue but it’s a clever up-sale by manager / staff and would be told there is a charge for anything offered, other than that it’s a lovely place to eat and meet friends and family time.

This place is easily the best restaurant in the area. The owner & his wife were amazing hosts & so friendly , they hooked us up with an amazing Sunday roast meal. We stayed locally on a trip from North London & would definitely come again. We would always recommend this restaurant. Very happy

A group of friends and I visited the Ephesus last night for the first time. We had a great evening. The service was just right. The service was attentive, but we were also given space. The decor is lovely with comfortable seating and the food amazing. We will be back.

We ordered via a 3rd party delivery company. The food on arrival wasn't packed correctly, so half the contents was in the bottom of the bag, as a result the food was also cold. Now, you could blame this on the delivery company however, when we contacted the restaurant to raise this issue, the stuff was rude, combative and really couldn't care less. They said it was our problem. They didn't offer us anything, not even an apology. Side note, the portions were small and the taste was mid.

This beautful resturant is a perfect way to start a lovely trip to the town centre. Lovely mood lighting, nice background music and fantastic service, we really felt looked after! Food was imcredible, fairly priced for what you got because although on the higher side.. portion sizes were very generous! Very satisfied and all 7 girls left very happy with our overall experience. A must try! (Also pefect for a first date in my opinion too, it felt romantic) good luck with the name change!

Popped in after a recommendation from my son for lunch. The service is second to none. Friendly, attentive and on point. The food was delicious and the house CEO e hit the spot. Pricing was also comparable. Went a second time for dinner and everything was exactly like the first. An excellent experience and is definitely now my local for a meal out in Sittingbourne.

Food was alright. nothing to right home about though. Not the best value for money when the quality and portion size is taken into account either but I really couldn't be bothered to make breakfast this morning so I guess that's the price of laziness.

Fantastic Sunday Lunch!! Very traditional with all the trimmings. We were a table of 6 and every plate was empty!! Kids had a child's roast with us adults opting for Salmon, Lamb and Beef (we even got told we could have multiple meats if we wanted!) Would highly recommend and dont miss out on the Cauliflower Cheese!! Thank you!!!

Stopped for lunch as we saw they did a fantastic lunch promotion of 2 courses for £11.95. Fantastic selection and decent portion sizes and the food was lovely.! So much so we have booked to go back Easter Sunday to try their Sunday lunch 2/3 course offer.

Me and my brother and I were looking for somewhere to have some breakfast in Sittingbourne, and I happened to find this restaurant and decided to dine there. We were welcomed by a wonderful gentleman who seated us and took our drinks order. Breakfast was ordered shortly after by a wonderful waitress who was very polite and friendly, the food came really fast and both mine and my brothers food was really, really good, best breakfast I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was really nice and was something that me and my brother commented on. The restaurant is stylish and very clean, I can't comment on the evening experience, but it's something that I'm definitely looking forward to trying. The owner explained that they will be doing Sunday roasts, which will definitely be my next visit. If you're in the area and are looking for somewhere to eat either breakfast, lunch, or dinner, then I highly recommend visiting Ephesus.

More interested on getting out Just Eat takeaways than customers sitting at tables. Waited 45 minutes for our starters, but had to ask where they were, then they got on it. Food is ok. Chicken very dry.

So this is the first time I've ever felt compiled to do a review, from the moment myself and my wife came in the staff / owners were on hand with a warm greeting and were attentive without being overbearing and quickly had us seated and orders taken we went for the set lunch options at 3 courses for £15 per head. Was our wedding anniversary so decided to treat ourselfs to cocktails and out came an awesome Mojito and espresso martini setting the mood nicely, starters were so so tasty the wife had meatballs and I had chicken wings both satisfying and the flavours really came to the fore. Just time enough for the cocktails to have been drunk when the main course came out chicken and mushroom tagliatelle, again absolutely sensational and a very generous serving to boot. Time for another drinkie methinks and pint of beer and vodka and lemonade appeared in next to no time as an accompliment to the beautiful mains. Meal eaten, drinks responsibility consumed I'm satisfied contented and not gonna lie buzzing a bit from the expresso martini. Then its desert time, sticky toffee pudding and ice cream for er indoors and chocolate fudge cake for me. Im now like a pig in the proverbial living my best life. One again over comes the owner how was it, can reply in all honesty everything was beautiful, as is custom offered tea coffee, no thanks we are done, then he drops in a word that I'm not accustomed to on a Monday afternoon "shots" ohhh go on then it's a celebration after all. 2 tequila roses are ordered and necked before you can say what Monday work blues. So food done drink done I'm done time for the bill, which was accompanied by a complimentary shot each. bear in mind this is Monday and it's just gone 130 at this point I'm starting to think that this is a much better life than working for a living. Staff were brilliant food was amazing can't be more complimentary of the staff/owners. Most certainly will be back, thank you for a wonderful experience

Food to die for (had lamb beyti and kleftiko), very friendly too. Had options for children too, both food wise and colouring sheets and pencils. Parking on Sunday was easy and free, sort of at the back (look at maps)

Lovely staff and service, food was good but servings not too generous. Fairly quiet Friday night so atmosphere was quiet nut nice as wanted a chat and background music was pleasant and not over loud.

We visited this restaurant with our son Rowan, as a belated valentine meal. We actually spotted the restaurant whilst visiting the barbers a couple of doors up, and I'm so glad we did! The service was great, and ever so friendly, and the food was outstanding. My steak was cooked to perfection, which is rare these days (excuse the pun). The cherry on top was the amazing baklava for dessert! Definitely our new favourite restaurant in Sittingbourne!!

I am sooooo pleased I took a chance on dining out rather than saving the pennies. This was such a delicious and well presented meal. Daughter enjoyed her meal. Staff were so so lovely and the decor was great. We hope to visit again one day on the very rare occasions we eat out.

The service you receive here is by far the best in the area. The food is exceptionally tasty and value for money. The venue is very spacious yet cosy. In my opinion this is the closest define dining you can find in Sittingbourne. You would be doing yourself a disfavor if you did not try the kleftico.

The food we had was brilliant. I can't fault it but having said that my only issue was the delay between ordering and receiving it. I can appreciate the problem as being a new business they can't afford two chefs. Having sa9id that they were attentive and looked after us. Will definitely go back . We highly recommend them.

went there this evening on a whim, the food was superb, the value for money is very good, the service was excellent. i gave the atmosphere four only because the place was so quiet for a Saturday evening. The new owners have only just taken over and are aiming to adapt the menu a little to include a more Mediterranean infusion in a few weeks whilst including some of the Turkish favorites. please give this place a try. the owners seem really nice people and a i hope you give them the opportunity to succeed by going along and seeing for yourself.

Had one of the best meals I’ve ever had here! Went for my husband’s birthday. Husband had a mixed grill and I had king prawn tagliatelle. I am a fussy eater and have never complimented a chef before but wow this made the first! Would highly recommend this family run restaurant. The owner and his wife were lovely and the chef was on form. Price was very fair for the service and food served. Will definitely use again. Gutted I didn’t take any photos of the food to share but trust me it was well prepared and presented.

My third visit of late. So very welcoming and friendly. Nice surroundings and we thought the food was delicious. My son is particularly fond of the Borek (twice he’s had for starter and dessert). We dined previously on Xmas eve and it was a lovely relaxed and enjoyable experience: my husband worked through the cocktail list, with my daughter enjoyed the mocktails.

We regularly visit Ephesus to enjoy a decent quiet meal with and without the kids. The owners are a lovely couple who make you feel so welcome and not rushed like other local restaurants. The food has always been to a real high standard so we always recommend dining here. We have booked here a couple of times for birthdays with a larger group and never had any complaints and my family can be quiet fussy. This year I decided to book for Christmas Day dinner for 24 of us. It can be a concern as you want everything to go perfect and with everyone liking there dinner cooked differently I didn’t want anyone to wish they hadn’t joined us as a couple of the family members were unsure on coming as they like their Christmas dinner at home their way, BUT it could not have been any better. With Christmas crackers on the tables and plenty of options for starters, main and desert for the 3 course meal. Some chose the traditional Turkey roast, some had sirloin steak, mixed grill and some had vegetable moussaka. All cooked perfectly. I don’t remember anyone leaving any of there meals (maybe the kids due to the generous size portions). IT WAS AMAZING. Thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas Day.

I visited Sittingbourne on a business trip and Found this place by luck while walking on the high street. We had a brilliant lunch. Start of with a lovely negroni than had the great valued lunch menu with a nice bottle of their house wine. Food was lovely and the service we received from Natalia was very attentive and professional. I will definitely return when I’m in Sittingbourne next time. Ps. The music choice was amazing.

Two weeks ago I visited this place with my family for first time. It wasn't our first choice but the other place was full. So we saw this restaurant ,It seemed a peaceful and welcoming place. Unfortunately it wasn't! It was our anniversary, and we wanted to go for a lunch with our child, however this was the worse day ! The place was dirty , our table was dirty when we sit , we cleaned it ourselves. There was a cigarette butt in the ashtray. Although this restaurant is child friendly, I don't recommend to go there with your child. The toilets are disgusting. They have a nappy changing place , however the place was very dirty ,and there wasn't a paper !You need to supply a paper and bin for nappies, please! These things are essentials. There's also and a play room for the kids.BUT I cannot call this play room it was disgusting,the place was dirty and the toys were very,very dirty. I do not leave my dog there to play ,not my child!! Please ,please clean it! So the cleanliness is totally missing! The food , what to tell about the food , we order a pasta for the child it wasn't good. So we decided to order pancakes for him and they wasn't good either. They were like a sole. The waiter obviously doesn't understand English, because he messed up our order. The only thing good in this restaurant was the wine and thank god we order one bottle, that helped us to stay there. The other good thing, was the waitress, smiley and the only adequate person there.

The food was excellent. My wife had Greek salad and I had grilled sea bass fillet. My meal was cooked to perfection. At 7pm we were the only couple in the restaurant. I was surprised that the people of Sittingbourne are missing out on this...

Im very disappointed with this restaurant. We ordered with Uber. Rice was like sand and no taste. Chicken wings invisible. Chilli sos completely dry. Salad dry and no taste. You guys are joke. Worse experience ever.

I had the beef roast dinner and it was great, the beef was tasty and melted in my mouth, the roast potatoes were just as delicious and the veg was done how it supposed to be not too crunchy and not soft. Best meat I have had aside from home cooked
