Empire Pizza in County Durham

For a change we thought we would order from a different restaurant, on this occasion not a wise desicion, The Kebab meat was bland,greasy and in my opinion under cooked, shaved off too early, quantity over quality. The 'Meat feast' Pizza i also had issue with, when i order a 'Meat feast' pizza i want to be able to recognise whats on it.. pieces of Chicken, Slices of Pepperoni, Salami ect ect. The meats were ground up that small nothing was recognisable, it looked like some dried mince was spinkled over the top. The Garlic sauce was sharp and tasted of vinegar, I was given a 20 min delivery slot time , the order arrived 40 mins after. i cant say with any certainty which element of what i ate did not agree with me the most, but what i can say is that i was up in middle of night bringing it back up. we shall not be reordering from this restaurant. If Zero Stars was an option thats what I would give it . Photo the 'Meat Feast'

Omg how some people say this is the best in seaham I would hate to try the worst food was absolutely rotten we asked for no mushrooms on pizza I think they gave us extra mushrooms chilli sauce has got zero chillis in it garlic sauce was like milk never try this place you will be disappointed trust me

Ordered food through uber eats, half the order was missing.

Ordered through their website, got a confirmation saying the order had gone through and payment was made, waited 1 hour 30 minutes, food still hadn't arrived. Rang up they said they know nothing about the order but will check and call us back, I said we can just place the order over the phone but they insisted they would sort it out. Waited a further 30 minutes and still no call back, rang them up again they said they didn't get the order or payment and wanted us to try again through the app. Not willing to waste another 2 hours, wont be trying again.

Absolutely disgusting kebab meat dry and hard and freezing my dog won't even eat it pizza under cooked greasy chicken tastes horrid and as for salad box wilted cabbage

Ordered food and it came half an hour later. Went to the wrong house and took 10 mins to get here when it was like a 3 min drive and came cold and delivery person ripped us off

When you say i want salt please and staff say yes ive put salt sachets in there. You get back and no bloody salt. Most of food therefore binned. Definitely candidates for a Darwin award

Absolutely disgusting, top of pizza burned but half cooked in the middle, wouldn't feed it to the dog, needs shutting down serving food this bad. STAY WELL CLEAR

Lovely staff and the stuffed crust pizza and garlic sauce was the best I've had. Chicken kebab was full of flavour.

Discusting food my order came spot on time but the pizza was like a piece of rubber and the chicken looked like it had been incinerated the kebab meat was discusting I didn't dare eat it threw it in the bin rang the shop got a reply of the owner is busy in his back office couldn't even bothered to answer my complaint this place will get shut down serving food like that stay clear

Food did not turn up after ordering in just eat , poor customer service after being told my food was on the way and then tried to ring back after 20 mins or so and now they are ignoring my phone call absolutely ridiculous

The pizzas was burnt and the bottom was rock solid! Couldn’t eat it all wasn’t nice at all.

It's nothing special but will hit the spot when drunk. Chips are awful mind but chicken is good and pizza is average.

Ordered on just eat, waited 20 mins after delivery time. Ordered a thin crust, pizza was thick and stodgy. First time I've ordered from here and it will be the last unfortunately.
