Always putting prices up small portions very small closed had to order on phone I knew would get small portion Size as you can't see them doing the food large donner more like a small . Cost £9 rip off . Will not be going there again not for a donner

Great Kebabs we had a mixed chicken tikka Donna kebab with onions and peppers really tasty!! just a massive pity the CHIPs were reheated and this is not for the first time, they were inedible ruined our meal. Such a shame considering chips are cheap enough.

We just ordered a cheesy garlic bread,doner kebab with garlic sauce, chips. Chips cold, cheese from garlic bread sticks to the wrapping paper,doner meat not good at all came with chilly sauce. Delivery cost on the phone they told £2, on the receipt £3.... Never again

Always busy in the store, so order takes a while, especially at night. Ordering over the phone is confusing as you can't really hear anything with noisy kitchen in the background. Ordering on just eat is easier. The wait is long. But the food is good for prices and has reasonable deals which are good for families.

I was delivering food for Ely kebab House, but after a week I had to quit, down stairs is disgusting, rats at the back of the shop, that enter at night, Really unclean inside, no one ever cleaned there hands, food was poorly made, surprised this place is still open. Be careful getting food guys x

Ordered a pizza from here and it’s was disgusting never will I order from here again the pizza was very burned when I phoned the shop about this matter I got spoken to very rudely by someone on the phone shop is filthy so the attitude!

The food here is actually really nice its a shame coz they Can't stick to their opening and closing times some days they just don't open this place lets me down to many times but when they open its worth it

Went there at like 11:57. I knew damn well I was pushing it, and had fully accepted them to say "Sorry we are closed.". They had customers in, so I wasnt served till about 12:02 (after closing time), and their enthusiasm and commitment to the job was insane. Without knowing their closing time, you would not be able to tell they were closed. Another customer came in after me at about 12:03, and ordered a pizza. And the workers actually made it! Food was mediocre, the price wasnt anything special, but the amazing service forces me to give this place no less than a 5/5.

Live 1 min from the shop, drove home food cold, chips rock hard. Had better from here. Disappointed.....

Dumb staff who can't take an order on the phone and foods cold and they charge for delivery less than a mile away, just rubbish in general.

Waited 1.5 hours for food. Once order finally arrived all meals were cold. Opened my kebab to find large black hair on my kebab meat. Chips were like concrete absolutely disgusting. Would never eat here again. Vile 0 star

Babs you need to take the reigns back brother...placed an order on the website which told me won't deliver to me so then I went to collect after waiting 45mins...none of the 4 behind the counter had a clue about my order it hadn't even been started they hadn't checked the machine that took orders from the website for 45mins come on bro ely kebab house have been on top for years don't let it slip now...

Never ever again will I order from this place ordered 2 meals at 9.15 pm 2 hours later still waiting so I rang them for them to say they have tried contacting me but clearly never so they said it is literally on route there exact words then it was delivered 20 mins later (11:35pm) when I live down the road the food was stone cold on receipt it clearly stated my right number so if they rang I would of received it as I was time watching on my phone patiently waiting and it said my order was made at half 10 so it was left around for an hour before it even got delivered absolutely a joke lol so I rang them as soon as possible for them to tell me I would be getting a refund could they have my number so driver could ring me but they should of had my number as first they said they did try contact me and it was on my account online and the receipt but I said would it be easier if I came to get the money myself and bring food back and they reassured me and said no someone will be at your address so it hit 20 past 12 am and then the shop was closed it’s 2 days later and still no refund no contact nothing worst customer service I’ve ever had the guy that answered the phone didn’t even work there as he kept letting me know that a member of staff will contact me as he is helping out answering phones appalled by the whole situation what a great start to my year spending money on food I’ve had to bin. If a member of staff sees this I would like my money back.

Food arrived on time. Food actually ain't bad, but into my 5 bite and I bit onto a screw and I've now chipped my tooth. Not happy about this, I'll keep hold of the screw. A child could have choked on this

I literally live up the road but ordered to be delivered for when I arrive home . It said on the app it would be delivered In1 hour plenty of time for me to get home the food was 10 minutes late and the food was freezing cold and because it was a kebab with salad I couldn’t heat it up it went in the bin a total waste of £8

It's a shame I can't give them 0 stars. I placed an order at 7.30 pm and after after the 50min delivery time my order was still not out for deliver, I rang them and was told it was with the driver, an hour had past so rang them again and was told it was with the driver so I waited, so after 3 hours I rang them and said not to bother with my delivery as it's was to late and will be getting my money back as I don't believe my order was ever made. Will NEVER be ordering from them again.

Placed an order realised when it got delivered that one of the items were missing , rang up about half hour later to say it's missing and got told that there was no record of me placing an order even though I had paid by my card and still refused to give me the item .... this will be the last time I will ever order from here .... 😡😡😡

Placed my order last night 9.24pm, guy was impatient on the phone, said be with you soon. Order arrived at 10.57pm after 4 further phone calls the the store. Was warmish. Asked for discount but said couldn’t reduce it. I ordered a small donner meat on chips with lettuce cucumber, garlic sauce and bbq sauce. It arrived with lettuce (5/6 little slithers) about 3 pieces of cucumber and smothered in chilli sauce. I couldn’t even eat it it was too spicy for me. On my final phone call I lost my temper and shouted and only then did I get an apology. Over an hour and a half I waited for my food. Safe to say I won’t be using them again.

Made a order on just eat and it wouldn't let me select the sauces so I left them a message saying what sauces I wanted.didnt obvious read the message could of had a allergy !!! .even phoned them to make sure.ordered a fillet burger meal as well.it came and the kebab had no sauces dry and disgusting even had burnt pieces in there.the burger was meant to be a fillet.the bap was burnt and not the fillings i ordered the chicken was a flat cheap chicken in batter which was rubbery and disgusting.never ordering again that's £ 17.50 wasted not even the dog would eat it

When i order food with sauces on, like kebab for instance... I expect a kebab with sauces. I expect my chips to be cooked to perfection not burnt crisp. Dry kebab meat on burnt hard chips. And it was delivered within 10 mins of Me ordering. Won't be ordering from here again. Disgusting.

Ordered my food and it took well over an hour to come. When it did eventually arrive, the order was not what I asked for over the phone. There was no chips with my meal which was ordered and in the kabab was salad such as onions and green peppers which were not asked for.

I called in and within seconds all the customers had gone, all 4 members of staff looked at me none said hello but carried on with what they were doing and chatting this carried on for some minutes. I finally asked one of the members of staff if this was how they treated their customers by ignoring them,he then proceeded in asking me if I could not see that they are busy, no apology for not acknowledging me. I walked out as thought how I was treated was appalling. I will never be back to be looked at and then ignored and then lectured at

One of the best tasting chicken tikka Donna I've ever had

We ordered a Kebab, Chicken Burger and Chips and asked for salad and garlic sauce on Kebab, we asked for a delivery and were told that we would have about a 45min wait. It was a Saturday night so expected to wait a while but after waiting 2 hours we thought it wasn't coming at all. We rang them back to ask if they had forgotten us and said if it Don't come in the next 15mins to cancel the order, after about 10 mins the door went. After waiting all this time the garlic sauce was missed off the Kebab. This is the 2nd time they have missed the sauce off too! We are not at all happy with the delivery service, you are better off going there to see what you are getting and so you don't have a very long wait.

We ordered a home delivery on 30.09.18. The food was an hour late, we phoned twice to find out where our food was and just got told ‘it’ll be there soon’. When the food finally arrived half of it was stale. Moved onto the deserts and the tirimisu was 10 days out of date, as shown in the photo below. When we phone to make them aware, the guy who answered was insisting he couldn’t understand English and kept asking me about ice cream and burgers. We finally spoke to someone else who fully understood the situation but was then only offered £2.50 or 50% off our next order.. I can assure you I’ll never be ordering from them again! I’m absolutely outraged at the lack of customer service.

Ordered chicken this is how it was served to me a box that was taped up cellotape. Inedible! The service is disgusting and food i wouldnt even give a dog! Do not go here!!!

I ordered 2 Kababs mixed Donnor and chicken and a chicken kabab and both were delivered wrong. Very small and incorrect. I rang to inform them and they told me I’m wrong and that that’s what I ordered. Whilst on the phone I got psssed around to 3 different people and had to explain to each person the problem. Finally the manager said they will send a new one out and have been waiting an hour for my new kabab

Terrible waiting for over an hour, finally came and forgot one kabab and the two that were delivered were mixed up. Phoned up and told them about the missing kabab and that the two kabab that were delivered were mixed up as my girlfriend has an allergy to onions and all they said was “oh well” never ordering again!!! Oh and I forgot, i found a ball of hair in the naan bread.

Just over an hour after eating a kebab from here I have a bad stomach, severe diarrhea and feeling sick. Will be avoiding in future, lesson learnt.
