Ella's Place in Hammersmith and Fulham

very bad experience. I specifically asked if you have wifi for use, you said yes. AFTER I paid for my drink and sat down, you said 'no laptops on Sunday because it's very busy'. There was nobody sitting down apart from me. if this is really your policy, you should put signs up saying so and inform when a customer asks you about wifi. I recommend oree instead down the road, very friendly instead of here.

hour ago NEW Staff seem stressed and lacking in direction and organisation. Had a shocking experience today... ordered a coffee and pastry - was charged to eat in (which in itself isnt an issue) then told to sit outside. I was alone and all small tables were taken and there was a large sharing table remaining. The waitress brought my order outside and it was nice to sit in the garden (whilst on my only one hour break out of the house from my new-born baby). I saw several people trying to get the wait staff attention and being ignored, another couple of girls came and sat at the large table and were told the same thing as me. I was enjoying my coffee, another customer came out with another waitress. The waitress put her hand in front of me on the table to get my attention and said "we REALLY need this table back, its reserved", her tone was rude and abrupt. I was so shocked at the level of rudeness. There was no reservation sign, I had already been served there (why are you serving me if its not available?), and its beyond rude to speak to anyone like that. She then walked away, the other customer and I felt very awkward, I was half way done with my coffee and felt as though I was being kicked out. I wanted to complain on the way out but the only person there on the way out was the rude waitress. Cannot believe I was charged to "eat in" for this experience. Staff seemed flustered in general and no one knows what's going on. Recommend you actually reserve your reservations and not kick paying customers out or make them feel uncomfortable. Not good enough

I happened upon Ella’s place by chance and I’m so pleased I did. The atmosphere is relax friendly. I had the most delicious wrap with just the right amount of heat. The coffee was fantastic too!

I went there on Sunday and it was very busy so I was offered to wait by the bar. The staff were extremely helpful and the offered me a coffee. Soon after I was given a table at their garden which was absolutely beautiful with all the green hanging plants they have. Food wise it was phenomenal! I had a full English and I highly recommend it.
