very bad experience. I specifically asked if you have wifi for use, you said yes. AFTER I paid for my drink and sat down, you said 'no laptops on Sunday because it's very busy'. There was nobody sitting down apart from me. if this is really your policy, you should put signs up saying so and inform when a customer asks you about wifi. I recommend oree instead down the road, very friendly instead of here.

hour ago NEW Staff seem stressed and lacking in direction and organisation. Had a shocking experience today... ordered a coffee and pastry - was charged to eat in (which in itself isnt an issue) then told to sit outside. I was alone and all small tables were taken and there was a large sharing table remaining. The waitress brought my order outside and it was nice to sit in the garden (whilst on my only one hour break out of the house from my new-born baby). I saw several people trying to get the wait staff attention and being ignored, another couple of girls came and sat at the large table and were told the same thing as me. I was enjoying my coffee, another customer came out with another waitress. The waitress put her hand in front of me on the table to get my attention and said "we REALLY need this table back, its reserved", her tone was rude and abrupt. I was so shocked at the level of rudeness. There was no reservation sign, I had already been served there (why are you serving me if its not available?), and its beyond rude to speak to anyone like that. She then walked away, the other customer and I felt very awkward, I was half way done with my coffee and felt as though I was being kicked out. I wanted to complain on the way out but the only person there on the way out was the rude waitress. Cannot believe I was charged to "eat in" for this experience. Staff seemed flustered in general and no one knows what's going on. Recommend you actually reserve your reservations and not kick paying customers out or make them feel uncomfortable. Not good enough

I happened upon Ella’s place by chance and I’m so pleased I did. The atmosphere is relax friendly. I had the most delicious wrap with just the right amount of heat. The coffee was fantastic too!

I went there on Sunday and it was very busy so I was offered to wait by the bar. The staff were extremely helpful and the offered me a coffee. Soon after I was given a table at their garden which was absolutely beautiful with all the green hanging plants they have. Food wise it was phenomenal! I had a full English and I highly recommend it.

The food is appalling, it makes McDonalds look like the Ritz. it was a kids birthday party for 5 children and even though I booked it for 5 children I was still charged for 6. The restaurant told me that they could not refund it as it was booked for 6 when it very clearly was not. I had to go to reception to get a refund and to add to the stress of taking 5 children bowling! £150 for 5 children to bowl and eat terrible food that, in my opinion, they should be embarrassed to serve, seems a bit steep. I would take your money elsewhere and get better value for it. Once outside I was then told that the children could not re-enter to use the bathroom!! Avoid at all costs...

Westfield London, Ariel Way, White City,, London W12 7GE EnglandIt was online. The hamburgers are tasty and delicious but the size is a bit small. I ordered as well Fries House and the flavour was nice and tasty but unfortunately the fries were not whole, they looked like leftovers or broken parts of other fries which apparently they take advantage of in online orders. Those fries should be thrown away and not served as they are not cheap, you have to serve the fries whole but don't charge for them. Very bad. I was very disappointed!!

Shepherds Bush GreenI am bias for this spoons because I used to work there but since I left it’s upgraded massively with an impressive new bar structure and the team is just as friendly and helpful. Spoons food is nothing to shout about but they do everything they can to make the food as good as it can be.

4 Fulham High StreetVisitamos el sábado 18 de octubre para el Fulham v Norwich juegos. comida básica disponible (hamburguesas, patatas fritas, salchichas) y aceptable como algo antes del juego. El lugar está mal gestionado pedidos en el bar y luego el pedazo de papel transportada desde uno de los extremos de los locales de la otra. Sólo una cocina de persona y ella estaba completamente lleno. Si no quiere perderse la primera mitad, asegúrese de que coloca su orden antes 1,45 h. (Está a 10 minutos a pie de Craven Cottage). Nuestra comida tardó 45 minutos y fue sólo obtenidos por persiguiendo. El cocinero tuvimos que pedir lo que queríamos y no parecía haber ninguna referencia al papel que habían sido rellenados por el personal del bar. Toda la comida se servía en cestas y fue sorprendente para presenciar estas regularmente reutilizarse para nuevos clientes con una simple rápido aniquilar. Ahorra en los platos y lavando, supongo. Los cubiertos era barato, pequeña y de plástico, casi imposible de corte con los cuchillos.
