Worst dirty fries I have ever tried ham tasted old, chips were too soggy and burnt, everything on top was burnt

Waited for an hour for it to be delivered. No clarity on what was being ordered, as the app was misleading, with no list of the pizza toppings being given for some of the pizza's, which is a major food safety concern. My friend tried to order a pepperoni pizza and instead was given the pepperoni special. And SOMEHOW, they managed to badly burn about half of the tomato and garlic bread. Safe to say, they've lost a few customers now after this.

The food is really delicious and really great.

Just recently the food here has been massively improved. Delicious food and fast service.

I have used this take away and recently it has gone down hill. I ordered a large chicken kabab with salad and a garlic mayo and then chips and extra garlic mayo. It arrived missing salad and 1 garlic mayo. The delivery lad was great but his boss said the salad and garlic mayo were free. So she doesn’t get a refund. The fact it was sold as a meal half the meal was missing and no money back. I think think trading standards need to know about this and I will not be using them Again. A complete disregard for customer service

Ordered a few times now. Honestly say, the food has come quick, hot and tasty. Highly recommend. Absolutely fantastic service. Very quick delivery. Support ya local kebab shop.

Missed half my order and what we got was bad enough my dog appreciated it tho fed dog a chicken kebab a portion of donner safe to say that was last time i will order was a regular but has gone down hill

I ordered my food at 11:30 last night I was told after 1 half hour it was on way it’s now 1:48 am and no food or refund back in my bank all I get is laughed at and abuse down phone absolutely ridiculous

used to love ordering from here. used to be £10 get a free garlic bread. I get that prices are rising but when its now £15 for a free garlic bread... as a regular customer who always tips and just spent £14.95 and asked for a garlic bread and didn't get one is just customer service at its finest. wont be ordering again out of principle. chips are always soggy anyway

ordered from here lodes of this but this is the last time odder to day took forever to come i got a pizza Berger with chips and it came looking like a kids size with hardly no chips and i also got a meal as it come with a drink and they never gave the drink i phoned them to ask where the drink was thy said it don't come with one but on there app it dose cow with one just lying thy are and to fined out where my food was why said it was on way and it was over an half an hour to come when they told me 20 mins the driver was rude and complained am not fast enough to give him money when i have autism would not recommend anymore and also all the chip was stone cold and not fresh what a rip off for what u pay i would recommend biig bites more am shocked at the mess around i have had from here never again would i pay for this again

Always used them, but they have let me down several times, its taking over 2 hours the receive the order even though it says 35mins on website, if contact them they alway says they are on the way food quality dropped massively, i will not buy again and advise to AVOID.

Used them for year, but lately its taking over 2 hours to receive the order. After contact with them, they always says they're busy and food is on the way. food arrives cold and doner meat are dry and taste off. very poor service.

What a joke, frozen salad, overcooked chicken, wings been in batter I can't even imagine for how long, lost their colors. Used to be one of the best takeways in Goole 5 years ago, unfortunately now lost quality and everything else. This was last time I ordered.

We order every friday, and this week was a joke. Our order turned up after 55 minutes, covered in coke. So the delivery driver (great guy) phoned and told them to re do the order, 1 hr and 25 mins later, the second order turned up. When I contacted the office about a refund or money off next weeks order, i was informed that no chance as it was not their fault. And as for prioritising my order due to already waiting over an hour i was informed that it would be un fair on other customers to have my order prioritised, but not unfair for me to wait 2 hrs and 15 mins, surely that's how it work, but that's just sensible to me.

Go somewhere else. Always late on delivery. Not very friendly staff. They said 10% discount online. On a 20£ order get 22 pence discount???? It's more 1% discount. Never again.

Took 1.5 hours to come, I then had to send it back due to it being freezing. Was a sent a replacement 40 minutes later and even then the burger was undercooked, soggy chips and still cold.. won’t be ordering again

This did use to be the better of take aways in goole, however the past few times we have ordered things have been forgotten a d food dry and tasteless Or paid extra for cheese at the door after paying on line - to open our meal and find no chesse! Tonight will be the last time we use pizza hot.

Ordered food at 8:45 for them to say 45 mins 1 hour later finally got my food and order was wrong so took food back to the shop and they insisted on bringing it back to my house another hour passed and got my order and it was still wrong what a joke never going back again
