Brilliant food and service. Unique restaurant highly recommend.

New Turkish restaurant, it was an Italian restaurant not long ago. A hidden gem... for now? Extremely pleasant place to eat, the food is carefully prepared and tastes fresh. Super good value for money if you have the lunch menu. Service has been amazing from the moment we entered the venue. Very welcoming. I'm definitely coming back when visiting Epping.

I have already reviewed this place 8 months ago but we went there again last night and once again the food was fantastic, staff friendly and atmosphere just perfect. I really recommend it. I personally think it is the best restaurant in Epping for a wonderful all round dining experience.

Food was excellent, service was 5* all staff were excellent, lovely and welcoming atmosphere was great. If I was just going to have one small complaint it would be the service charge which was almost £20, we have always tipped at restaurants would like to still be offered the option to tip or not

The best Italian restaurant I've seen lately. The food and service were excellent. It is a very good and elite place in terms of price and performance. The employees are very friendly and smiling. 10/10

We love it here! Came here for dinner with my cousin and TJ took such good care of us. The food is the absolute best, and they are so kind and friendly. I highly recommend the Carbonara!! This is the kind of place you come back to, I’m from the US and will be flying back just for Elio’s!

We just spent several hours there at a wake. The service was excellent, food great (though personally Italian isn’t my favourite) and atmosphere good, though sometimes the music was a bit loud. I would certainly recommend this place unreservedly. TJ was a great host.

The food was amazing, I had parma ham and melon starter , followed by the spaghetti marinara, plenty of mussels and king prawns my partner had brushetta starter and seafood risotto.. would absolutely recommend 👌

We only recently discovered this little gem of an Italian restaurant and would highly recommend to everyone. Warm welcome, excellent menu choices - specials board looked great! We enjoyed a delicious meal which tasted very authentic and reasonably priced. Great place for a family or friends gathering or a date night treat. Thank you

I had the calamari and the pizza which were both incredible. The staff were very kind and the service was very efficient. Would highly recommend and will come again.

Excellent service John, food was amazing first class on presentation and more importantly taste! We sat at a lovely window on a round table, the music in the background was pitched right and the ambience was superb. The team are very good and very attentive to the customers needs with a subtle approach between courses. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending the ELIOS Restaurant, you all deserve to do well. I will be recommending……..thank you

We visited for the first time tonight and we are so glad we ventured out on a cold wet evening. We were warmly greeted and shown to our table, I had a hankering for Gnocchi which was not shown on the menu, so I thought I would ask the waiter. Next thing the Chef came out to speak to me and offered gnocchi with buffalo mozzarella tomato and basil, nothing is too much trouble. Our starters were lovely the four of us shared Calamari, King Prawns and Classic deep fried rice balls with truffle and tallegio wow For main my Gnocchi was perfection, the table also had spaghetti marinara, and the salmon everything was cooked to perfection, service was spot on seamless and not at all intrusive, and some even managed dessert, sorbet, CHocolate Soufflé, and Tiramisu We highly recommend Elios, the food is wonderful, the staff are so lovely, and a really nice atmosphere thank you for a lovely evening

ELIOS is a lovely Italian restaurant in the High St. The food is delicious and very well presented, and reasonably priced. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive. John our server made sure we had everything we wanted and kept our glasses topped up. I can recommend the restaurant and will definitely return.

Maybe it was the night we chose, but we were the only people there till a couple came in as we were finishing. Chef didnt know how to make garlic bread!

We visited for a family lunch recently and had a great meal. Service and food both excellent. However I knocked a mark off as a service charge was added (we were only a small group of three). Unfortunately we found out that none of this actually goes to the waiting staff, which is pretty poor. A new law comes into effect later this year which will ensure the owners must share tips with its staff.

Gorgeous Italian restaurant with some of the most authentic food I’ve had in years. The service is welcoming and warm. We had the carbonara and lasagna with bruschetta and tiramisu, couldn’t fault anything. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but Elios blew us away! Will definitely be returning.

What a lovely evening spent with family celebrating a birthday. Food was delicious, ambience fantastic and staff were friendly and more than happy to help. It was also great to meet the owners, who were brilliant. We shall see you again very soon. X

We celebrated my husbands 30th birthday here a few weeks back and we haven't stopped talking about it since! The food ,the customer care and the drinks were all out of this world fantastic , tj and Kerry were so helpful in the planning of the whole evening and went above and beyond to make the night perfect for us , all 34 people of us have said how delicious the food and cocktails were they were so attentive even for the amount of us there was and are all in talks in returning on a regularly basis it was enjoyed by all , thank you so much we will be back very soon!

Amazing amazing service and food was star strucked when I tried their new added steak on their specials list WOW WOW WOW!!! the waitress was quick on her feet and so lively and fun and made our night a 10/10 experience. Drinks were delicious I am so impressed definitely recommend!!!

In my opinion, a bit pricey for what you get. 4 starters and 4 pasta mains, 8 soft drinks £160. Portion sizes good and food was tasty.

We went to Elios restaurant on Saturday 18th November. We can only agree with all of the previous comments. Excellent food and service - the staff and owner couldn't have been nicer. We were so impressed that we have booked a table there for Christmas Eve!

First time visiting Elios for my husbands birthday meal with family. We all really enjoyed it. We shared garlic bread to start, then 3 of us had pastas and my husband had veal in cream mushroom sauce. All lovely and fresh. The strawberry cheesecake dessert was also delicious. The owner was very friendly and welcoming which I haven’t found in many of the other local restaurants in Epping. The restaurant decor is beautiful and restaurant was very clean. We will definitely return soon.

Heard this restaurant from a few people and decided to give it a go. We had excellent time here. Green Olives was delicious. Mozzeralla was very creamy and fresh, stuffed mushrooms were divine. The veal with mushroom sauce was thinly cut and tender also was very good portion definetly worth the price. Good wine list too Malbec was quality. Nice elegant decor, definitely recommend it.

Really lovely restaurant, great food, great atmosphere and got given 2 drinks on the house by the owner TJ who was working alone and still gave perfect service! Also very accommodating for dietary requirements, I got gluten free pasta which tasted amazing. Thanks TJ for the best Sunday!

We went here on a whim looking for somewhere different and were pleasantly surprised. Their special board is great, the staff are so lovely and the service is some of the best we’ve experienced in a long while! We got offered complimentary shots of limoncello with our desserts. We were planning on coming back before we’d eaten simply because we couldn’t make a decision on what to order because it all looked good, but afterwards this will be one of our favourites. I booked Elios for a birthday party and it was the best decision ever. Everyone enjoyed themselves, the atmosphere is lovely and so are the staff. The staff all went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience with amazing food. The ravioli lobster and the chicken milenese were delicious and the cocktails were great! 100% recommend.

We held a surprise 70th Birthday party at Elios. The restaurant was amazing - so helpful, attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to make it a fun experience for all of our guests. The portions were generous and the food was delicious too. We'll definitely go there again. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE we went to Elios and it took over an hour to get our food and when it arrived we were served RAW chicken!!! It was unbelievable and so dangerous - literally totally raw inside! My pasta was also absolutely tasteless. We waited for a new chicken dish and were given a free drink as a sorry but then we were charged for the second chicken dish! I refused to pay for the replacement we had waited 1hr 40minsfor - the follow up to the dish that could have made us beyond ill!! My main regret is on arrival of that dish we should have just left. Not serving raw chicken... basic 101 stuff. Very sad as it would have been nice to have a new addition to Epping restaurants.

My friend and I had dinner at Elios last night and it was fantastic! The restaurant is gorgeously decorated, the service was excellent, the food was lovely (I had the burrata along with a king prawn dish, while my friend had seafood spaghetti), and the owners are incredibly kind and friendly. Go and support this new local gem!
