Ambiente agradável, comida com boa apresentação e saborosa. Apesar de eu ter pedido uma refeição que acreditava ser uma salada grega, veio um starter de origem grega bem saboroso. Preço ok. E ainda tem 15% para clientes Accor.

Stopped by for a drink with my wife and the waitress who served us had no idea where or what anything was. The menu said a Gin was £4, we asked her to confirm if that included the mixer and she said yes. I also asked for a double talisker which according to the drinks menu was £12. When they had no talisker she offered me the other available whiskeys. She then tried to charge us almost £24 for 2 drinks! After speaking to the shift manager she said the whiskey was actually £16 and the tonic was DOUBLE what the waitress had confirmed to us. She gave no apology and had an appaling attitude. I still paid for my wifes drink but said forget the whiskey. Will never be coming back. Can see why the bar was as empty as it was on a Saturday considering the managers rudeness.

Visited here whilst staying at Novotel. Took advantage of their happy hour food menu which combined with the government’s August Rishi offer meant the bill was tiny (even full price it’s good value but do check out their 5 to 7 pm happy hour food and drink menu) Had a pizza which was a generous size, well topped and clearly freshly made and turned up quickly (though it was very quiet) Be interesting to see what it’s like when things get back to normal

I ate here on a couple of occasions whilst staying at the Novotel. The food was really good, but the service was completely inattentive. A single course dinner took 2.5 hours from ordering to paying the bill. It wasn't busy whilst we were there, but the staff seemed non-plussed.

A fantastic bar and restaurant in a central Manchester location. The range of food and drinks is great and the chef is such a great cook. But what really makes this place do special are the staff. Even though I’ve not visited for a few months (working away) they remembered me and greeted me as a long lost friend . They are all such amazing professionals and well looked after by Ritchie and Mattheiu

I had a lovely dinner at Exchange Bar ! I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the Bar and the high quality service provided. A nice Italian waiter called Vincenzo was attending us , the staff was lovely and we can feel how positive is the team environment is ! Thanks for this perfect dinner !

We arrived in a wet and rather cool Manchester and decided to have lunch here as we were staying over at the Novotel and it was lashing down with rain. I had a superfood salad which was so tasty washed down with lovely rhubarb gin. The restaurant is very attractive, although the a/c could have been turned off, as it was blowing it's cold air on a cold(ish) summer day.

I ordered a large pizza, coffee and another few sides. The food was served quickly and I was satisfied with the amount paid.

We visited with a Living Social voucher which was great value for money. The gin cocktail was served in a lovely glass teapot and there was a generous 3 cup servings each. The sandwiches were tasty but the stars were always going to be the desserts which were all delicious. The scones were possibly the best we've ever had! The service was great from the bar manager and server who were friendly and attentive. We finished our visit with a latte which took a while to arrive but was worth the wait. We would highly recommend to anyone else.

Was looking for somewhere to take a friend of mine for afternoon tea as their birthday treat when I came across a photo of the afternoon tea that Exchange Lounge offer. After enquiring they could fit us in I booked it. Am so glad I did. It was really yummy. My friend had a latte as opposed to tea and I was more than happy with the glass of prosecco that came with it. The sandwiches were nice, scone was delightful, really tasty and a good selection of cakes. Left us feeling full and happy after enjoying our afternoon here.

I wasn't really expecting too much but thus place exceeded my expectations. Decor won't blow your socks off but the food was delicious. Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon followed by pancakes with berries and cream. It truly was bottomless prosecco as the the very polite friendly staff just kept topping up our glasses. Very nice prosecco it was too.

Visited for brunch and bottomless prosecco on a groupin deal. Food was very good. Well presented and waitress Marho was very efficient and professional. Definitely go again

Qui non si vuole criticare tanto ne' il locale, ne' il cibo. Ho preso una birra che era ottima, ho preso un burger che era nella media di tutti i burger che si possono trovare. Mi sono seduto sullo sgabello e ho pure visto il match di football in tv. Il servizio è stato lento, ma non era un problema,ero solo, avevo tempo e guardavo la tv. Quindi se volessimo dare un giudizio del locale nella categoria "pub" saremmo certamente con un voto piu' alto. Il voto è basso perche' credo che come food un Novotel a 4 stelle possa offrire di meglio (come ho provato in altri hotel della stessa catena), altrimenti vado direttamente al pub.

We bought a bottomless prosecco offer for 4 and it was amazing. We expected "cheap" prosecco, but it was actually one of the best I've drank and we didnt have to ask for our glasses to be topped up, it just ahppened and similarly we didnt expect the food to be great, but it was. The whole experience was great, the service and food were amazing and we will definately be returning. The toilets were lovely and clean and well stocked. Keep up the good work!

After just experiencing the bottomless brunch all I can say is wow. After reading the menu I was a little unsure of the choices but the quality of the food was spot on. A special shout out has to go out to Daniela who was just lovely. She was so attentive, topping up the prosecco all throughout our visit and still finding time to stop and talk. We will be definitely be coming again.

Purchased vouchers for a Gin Teapot Afternoon Tea and found the booking process very easy. Our special requests were also noted with ease.

I came here as part of a business trip and was staying at the hotel attached.

Lovely atmosphere, staff couldn't do enough for you. Service was excellent. Fast efficient friendly. Although we booked through a deal the value for money was excellent. Would gladly return and pay full price. Afternoon Tea was lovely fresh sandwiches and lovely selection of cakes we had 90 minutes of unlimited Prosecco as well as pots of tea. The place is friendly welcoming lovely and clean. Staff are very attentive. Will return to try other selection of menu. Thanks for a lovely day.

Vinimos a comer en el día de San Valentín y quedamos muy impresionados con las opciones en el menú vegano. La comida era deliciosa, fresca y llena de sabor. El personal es encantador y muy amable, Kitche era nuestro servidor y no podríamos haber deseado un mejor servicio, fue muy atento y hizo que nuestra visita fuera muy agradable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante!

Lovely staff, clean decor, nice beers on tap, friendly environment, clean an nice. Came in for a drink whilst staying in adjacent hotel.

My wife and I called in here for a couple of drinks before a meal and found this to be a great place for casual drinking. My wife had an espresso Martini which she said was very good and the prices were about average for a city centre. The only sligjt quibble we had was that the waitress offered to bring some nuts over that never arrived, but all in all a good place to visit.

A very quite yet delicate place to eat. The armosphere is very relaxing, easy going and the food is great. Wouldn’t hestitate to come back!

Mi mamá y yo visitamos el salón de comidas y bebidas Exchange para el té de la tarde con un prosecco "sin fondo". Las fotos en línea no le hacen justicia a este lugar! Aunque es moderno, es muy acogedor y acogedor. Llegamos un poco temprano pero nuestra mesa ya estaba dispuesta para nosotros y se veía preciosa. Nos sirvieron unas copas de Prosecco y nos ofrecieron té o café, el café era realmente bueno. Nuestro té de la tarde pronto apareció y estaba bien presentado, fresco y delicioso. Visited Exchange food and drink lounge with my family we booked through Table Now because of the great deals offered.

Ate here two nights running on business. Food good and staff couldn’t do more. An error made on a food order was quickly resolved and free drinks offered without prompting.

Recientemente nos alojamos en el Novotel y dieron una bebida gratis en el bar. Decidimos quedarnos, ya que el ambiente era precioso. El servicio no podría haber sido mejor, muy servicial y agradable. Incluso cambiamos la máquina atrás en tarde en la noche. Gran vista viendo el mundo pasar!

Tuvimos una comida agradable con un gran servicio de un menú muy diversas, pero nos decepcionó un poco cuando nos dijeron que cualquier consejos pagar con tarjeta (que la mayoría de uso) fuimos a la gestión y no a los camareros y camareras que eran excelentes. Nos dijeron que nos permiten mantener sólo consejos efectivo. esta es la pobre

Cené en el intercambio durante mis dos noches en Manchester y me pareció tan bueno como la última vez. Generosas raciones y comida muy sabrosa. Disfruté especialmente la pizza tenía la segunda noche y los postres eran preciosas ambas noches, pasé la Chef Chris 'brownie y el creme brulee.

Restaurant/bar in Novotel, had a late night pizza which was very good also ordered chips but were told they had ,run out, staff efficient and friendly, reasonable prices for city centre

I stay at the Novotel (to which this bar is attached) often for work - and the staff and service in the exchange bar are always very friendly and extremely helpful Nice atmosphere and good range of drinks too

Vi spiste lunch her to dager på rad. Den første dagen så fikk vi veldig god service. Den andre dagen fikk vi lite eller ingen service. Måtte etter hvert finne tak i noen for å få bestilt noe mat og drikke.

Llegamos tarde en la noche del viernes, así que decidí darle una oportunidad el intercambio. Mientras esperábamos tranquilo teniendo en enero, pero no a sólo un puñado en un viernes por la noche en 8. Servicio comenzó bien, pero fuimos cuesta abajo rápidamente como el servidor pensó que era de risa que mi esposa quería una hamburguesa, pero todas las opciones con queso cae así ella tenía que pedir la hamburguesa sin queso! La selección de comida fue decepcionante para un hotel tan grande, pero la calidad era normal dado el precio. Como la comida fuimos en el servicio continuo a bajar hasta el punto de que tuve que pasear por la recepción a encontrar a alguien. En esto fue antes de las 10:00 pm. Pagamos el precio por ser lento, ya que hay muchas opciones mucho mejores a pocos minutos a pie.

¡Recientemente lo visitamos y no hubiera sabido que era tan bueno si no me paraba y miraba dos veces! ¡Pensé que era solo un restaurante de hotel pero es mucho más! La comida era excelente, los tacos de pescado eran muy sabrosos y el pescado y las patatas fritas eran geniales. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente.

Queríamos una cena rápida en este salón, ubicado en el Novotel Manchester Centre. Después de esperar 20 minutos sin asistencia del personal que nos fuimos al bar de lugar nuestro pedido. La comida es bastante buena, pero cuando un camarero sirve bebidas de mezcla 30 mesas y en el bar uno no puede esperar un buen servicio. Una pena en realidad bastante ya que la comida era buena, el lugar tiene un ambiente agradable y tienen una PlayStation - Esquina para los niños.

We chose to eat here because they were offering 15% off on production of Coldplay tickets also it looked like a really nice place and had a good menu. It took a while for someone to come and take our order and that was the beginning of a catalogue of delays. Firstly the drinks. We did receive an apology, delay was down to a till issue, not sure why this would affect a drinks order but we had an apology so that was fine. Orders started to come from the kitchen and the servers had no idea who they were for they were asking each table what they had ordered. Finally after what was at least 45 mins after ordering my partner received his burger and I was asked what I had ordered and was told it was on it's way. This continued for another 20 mins at least. We finally had an apology from Marie from food and beverage who was just helping out she was not part of the restaurant, who said that she would not insult our intelligence by trying to give us an excuse it was just rubbish what was occurring. I was then told that my order showed a curry which I hadn't ordered at all but at that point I was so hungry I would have had anything. My partner finished his meal and I still had not received mine. Luckily we ordered onion rings which also took an age to get to us so I could at least tuck into them. The situation was the same for all the tables around us. Once I eventually got my burger over an hour after first ordering it was absolutely delicious which was the restaurants only saving grace. We did not receive an apology from anyone in the restaurant and when we received the bill the 15% was not deducted so another delay. I'm hoping this was just a one off because if they do not improve the service then they could loose custom which would be a shame as the food is excellent.

The menu in my room (NOT the room service menu) did not match that in the restaurant, so don't make your mind up before going down to eat. The food is fine, service good, and there was musical entertainment of high quality.

I was staying at novotel with my family for 2 nights for sightseeing around Manchester.We went out one night and for lunches, but on our second night we were very tired so decided to eat at the restaurant.The drinks selection was good, although they advertise on their walls 'cocktails' and then don't have a cocktail menu which is very misleading. I asked for a mojito but they had no mint, so opted for a cosmopolitan instead which was fine. The man on the bar was very attentive and helpful, and brought over the drinks so we didn't have to stand and wait.The food menu has a good variety- we ordered two burgers, a salad and spaghetti carbonara.They forgot my meal (the carbonara) so I had to wait for them to cook it whilst my family ate their food, which wasn't great. The waitress was very apologetic though.The food was average, which was as expected. Fairly large portions, which meant far too much for me.Good for a convenient meal if you're staying at the hotel, but if you're looking for somewhere nicer the there's loads of options nearby.

Funky bar that is centrally located in Manchester, the food is fab and reasonably priced. Not sure I would come here on a night out......but needs to be experienced if you are looking for reasonably priced food. Staff are very friendly!

Not a big menu but very good choice as something for everyone . Service was fast food hot and well cooked. Thoroughly enjoyed it after a long day travelling .

Food is pedestrian - as you would expect but IU must say that the service here is amazing. I was working in Manchester and spending very late nights closing a deal. When I returned to the hotel usually after 11 am, the night staff were always very attentive and helpful, chatty and very welcoming. I will always remember Wael, a very kind and helpful member of staff. He was good at whipping up a mean salad.

Ate at the restaurant every night of my stay at Novotel in Manchester. A good menu with a variety of dishes. The burgers were delicious and I tried a special one night called a seafood 'plank' which I really enjoyed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I just wanted a light supper and ordered an omelette. It came with a pile of rocket and a basket of chips. Perfectly fine for a snack but I have had similar at half the price in may pubs and small restaurants

I ordered a basic meal of omelette, salad and fries. The omelette was good, salad was fine but the fries were so hard I almost broke a tooth! When I mentioned this to the member of staff who served us she said " Oh, I'll tell the chef". That was it! No apology, no feedback from the chef. In fact, I never saw the staff member again. How rude.

Super place for nice breakfast before you go out to explore this city. Price is good and quality is superb. Good idea how to start your day .

Caso queira algo rápido e prático pode ser uma pedida, porém como o hotel fica em uma zona muito central e rodeada de pubs e restaurantes de todas as etnias e várias opções, indico dar uma volta para conhecer as opções em volta antes de decidir onde comer em Manchester.

It was our last night and we didn't feel like looking for a restaurant. The food was ok, service the same. I think we sat in the bar in error as they seemed to bring the food from the other side of the hotel.

Don't usually eat in the restaurant of hotels preferring to go out.The breakfast and lunch were so good that decided to give the evening menu a go too. There were four of us in the party and everyone really enjoyed their meals.

Plenty of choice - good food which was well cooked- Yum!! Coped well with party of 12 - everyone served at the same time and no one kept waiting.

Reasonable menu - food tasty; hot and quickly served although there were only four of us in the resturant at the time. Staff all top rate - I eat here because I was alone, busy and could face eating alone at a more popular location. It I modern, clean and tasty but the prices are a little high....
