I came with my partner and our first impressions was the restaurant was so cute! The decor was very welcoming and homely! Our service was amazing, despite being busy the staff not only were quick but chatty too which was nice (I forgot to get the name of our server). I had a bottle of wine to myself which was cheap especially for London prices! And the food was incredible! Best chicken I ever had! And the pudding was also amazing! Convenient location. Good prices, brilliant atmosphere! 10/10 experience!

We enjoyed the food and the couch/ambience :) we had the mashed potatoes and sausage, vegan burger, and quinoa salad. Ernest our server was awesome!

The service was wonderful. Very impressed with the kitchen AND the bar. A fantastic pornstar martini by Quentin, so good I ordered another. Manuel was excellent and his lovely service should be noted! They both even sung me a happy birthday, which cheered me up. Again, thank you guys for a lovely stay. Cristina was wonderful during breakfast, she very attentive and friendly. The whole team was great 😊

Stopped for lunch (staying in Novotel above) Had a really good lunch, burgers great, vegan burger great, Ceaser salad also great and on top, great fries!! Service was good as well. Recommend!

Friendly staff, they were able to get our group of 5 seated quickly without reservation. Quick service. Our server Lucky was very nice and made us feel welcome. Only 4 stars as one Pizza we ordered did not have the ingredients mentioned on the menu. Rather small card to choose from.

Visited for evening meal on Sunday 3rd December, party of 5, my wife ordered the salmon, no one else order this dish, I had some to taste during the meal. That evening we were both violently sick and constantly on the toilet, this lasted for the next 24 hrs, on the Saturday and Sunday our party had the same food apart from this meal, all others were ok. I contacted the restaurant to ask if any others had reported the same, I never received a reply

Pretty late review but I ate here while staying in Novotel Tower Bridge for a few days. Location is great and is near the station. The food is pretty good but a little expensive. The menu is quite diverse and tasty and we also ordered some food for in-room dining. Khan was our waiter and he was so friendly and accommodating. Hope he's doing well!

The restaurant is beautiful and well decorated. The staff was very nice, except one young man that was a little bit awkward but all good. The food was delicious from the fish and chip to the burguers! It was a little bit overpriced but you know...you're in LONDON!. But it was a solid 4 out of 5. The food was definetly amazing.

When in London, I prefer to eat at Keepers, for its relaxed atmosphere, quality food & excellent service. Ashraf provided attentive, prompt & courteous service this evening.

This place was across from my hotel. It looked nice inside, and I liked the idea of the honey from on site. However, from the moment we walked in, we were treated with everything from indifference to downright rudeness. When we walked in the door, it was unclear whether we should seat ourselves. Finally, a server(busser?) asked why we were there. I said we were looking to eat and asked if we should seat ourselves. She said you can sit here or you can sit over there, and vaguely pointed, so we sat at a table. After a few minutes, a man in a suit comes hurrying over and basically asks us what we were doing there. I told him we were there for dinner. He asked if we were guests of the hotel, and I told him we were not. He finally said, "Okay, you can sit there." Eventually, a waiter brought us menus. Eventually, he came back and took our order. The food came out quickly enough, and it was just okay. The waiter never asked if we wanted anything else (I did but gave up), and eventually, after I flagged him down, we got our bill. Honestly, I was so angry after the way the manager(?) treated us, we should have left, and I wish we had. I don't understand the point of his rudeness and his questions. Is the restaurant only open to hotel guests? Maybe he should have asked if someone had seated me before he treated me like a trespasser. He was running around like it was busy, but the restaurant wasn't even half full, and none of the servers acted with any urgency. They just acted with apathy for the most part. If you want people to come to your restaurant, you can't accost them and make them feel like they have done something wrong. You have a lot to learn about customer service and hospitality. To sum it up, rude or indifferent staff and mediocre food. Why bother.

Excellent service from Ashraf who provided friendly menu recommendations. great food and nice surroundings. Ashraf was attentive to our dining needs and was very sociable, open, and caring as a waiter. And There are several areas that may be improved, such as the cleaning of beer glasses, as I purchased a half pint of Guinness but was disappointed to see a lipstick sign covering the glass. In a very clever move, Ashraf offered a brand-new glass of Guinness and profusely apologised for the inconvenience.

In the Tower of London area, we just wanted somewhere "quiet" for a snack lunch. Food was good, bit expensive as you would expect in this part of central London. In spite of the restaurant being all but empty the waiter clearly wanted to direct us to a particular table (one right at the entrance), rather than allowing us a free choice.

I am an ALL Diamond member and am staying at the attached Novotel. I walked in at about 0930 for a coffee and one of the staff, after consulting with his colleague, agreed to make me one and guided me to a table. Then another staff member "Alex" used her hand to motion me to come to her station as if I am some kind of errand boy and when I left my table to walk up to her, she says "I need to know your room number." I told her I am just having a coffee and that her colleague was already making me one, she would not accept that and then made me change tables. I simply took her name and left.' Walked across the street to CitizenM - service with courtesy and a smile. Not that hard.

Unattentive staff, pizza poor quality. Wine ordered with meal didn't arrive until meal was almost over, no staff walking around to ask for the wine. Upon paying the 'manager' didn't engage. Overall experience was extremely underwhelming. Disappointed.

Good environment, good food, slow service. We were here for nearly an hour and took a long time for wings, pasta, poke bowl, and speciality chicken to make it to our table. Our waiter visited our table 3x times in that hour: one to get our order, to delivery drinks, and to delivery food. We were really hoping to try several British beers but was not happening here today. On top of that, we were delivered one wrong item, probably due to my broken American English. Regardless, our experience was ok! Probably due to their “new menu.” Worth trying if you live there! Probably just a bad day!

We visited Keepers Kitchen & Bar for our dinner upon arrival in London in January 2023. As our hotel was just a couple of minutes away, we thought it would be much convenient to dine here .
