Just had a lamb shish. Stone cold, Pitta wasn’t cooked, 4 pieces of small dry meat. I can safely say the worst kebab I have ever had !!!

My family popped in looking for something to eat and they had a kids menu which my son loved and something for my wife and me! We ate inside and all the staff were friendly and happy to help us. They even offered us a free Blakava (spelt wrong sorry) it’s a sweet desert with pistachios. After they heard us talking about it and not knowing what it was. Excellent visit we will definitely go back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food here is great, we honestly eat from there a couple of times a month. The biggest issue I have is we are always missing something! We have had combination kebabs for ages, the rice is always missing, sometimes the sauce which is annoying as it is the rice is the reason I like it there. Today’s order, no rice or salad for the kebab, we have had chips missing for the burgers, sometimes even a burger. I don’t think there has been more than 2 orders that we have got everything we asked for or paid for. While they try to help with their customer service such as trying to give free baklava or hummus which while is lovely, we would rather not have the stuff we didn’t order (as we don’t want it) and have the stuff we did.

Delivered wrong food and when I questioned, they said they could do nothing about it.... Will never order from there again.

First time I’ve ordered from there and I must admit that food was really good, but I’ve asked for 2 pots of garlic and chilli sauces and I only received one each. Delivery time was changing all the time, but it got delivered in acceptable time. Over all good, but please make sure you pack everything as per order.

A 10/10 kebab! Been using these guys for over a year now and every single time the food and service has been great. Their chicken donner is the best I’ve ever had, also value for money is great, massive portions. Finally Sevenoaks has a top level kebab shop. Guys who serve are also very friendly. Keep up the great work

Unfortunately, the food was terrible. Wife and I both bought the chicken shish kebab with chips and both were disappointed. Both kebabs were lacking in salad and the chicken tasted over cooked and dry with practically no flavour. Pretty sure we've tried all of the kebab shops in and around sevenoaks now and Seal kebab is by far the best kebab shop for delivery and Hattusa is the best to eat in (the restaurant not the take away place, Tusa wraps). Honestly am gutted that they weren't good, hopefully it was them having an off day as a neighbour likes their food. Hope this helps.

Food is nice but was missing a mixed donnor so rang the shop up and he said they will send another one and that didn’t turn up so £13.80 taken for nothing. Will not be ordering from here any more

The expected delivery time kept getting pushed back more and more as apparently there was no driver available, by the time it arrived the food was soggy, not warm and greasy where it had been sat in cardboard waiting to be delivered for such a long time. Very disappointing

For me it’s ok but overpriced as I don’t think there is a marked improvement in quality over other local options, and in my experience you actually get less food… sorry chaps but missed the mark on this one

I swear this place gets better and it’s so good to see it is busy. The place is impeccably clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Food is now number one choice for the family for a Friday treat every now and then. My 13 year old son swears the Laz burger (quarter pounder with lamb donner meat) is the best thing ever.

Ordered a few time this last order the lamb was over cooked and very tough - shame really

Forgot the chips, to be fair didnt charge me but was asked for salt and vinegar as thats what was ordered! Phoned as collected and no solution, unlucky!!! Speaks volumes, wont be back as its the second time they mucked up my order!!! Service is friendly but ultimately pointless if the order is wrong. Kebab was nice though

Good quality of salad and the meat is fine on the donner. Size wise about average. Above average.

Very nice although didn’t tell me it was at reception app said it had been delivered so I went down still piping hot so all round a nice meal thanks !

My food last night didn’t turn up. It was getting later and later and I didn’t end up eating dinner last night as a result of the food not turning up. I have sent a complaint last night and I have not got a response back yet.

First order from here. What a treat. Chicken diner kebab was super tasty, the peri peri chips were just nice and it all arrived super quickly and hot. Well done guys. YUMMY. We have found our new kebab place.

Good quality food. Chips were a little cold so had to reheat them, they also didn't have much peri seasoning on them so added more of our own.

I dont send reviews, but El Kervan sevenoaks kebab house deserve's a review The kebabs I have tried over the last few years! I may say this has got to be the best kebab I've ever came across! Meat tastes clean and fresh, even the salad was very fresh! I was slightly hesitating to order as the price seemed a little to much for a kebab if would be a box of grease/fat but I would 100% recommend it's worth every penny! Not greasy at all, comes in a cupboard box instead of them polystyrene box.. definitely recommend.. you'll definitely be seeing us again! Thank you for you're service 🙂

The food was exceptional and so delicious. The delivery however was well over an hour that I went out and picked it up myself in the end! I will definitely be ordering again but not using Just Eat for the delivery!

The large chicken doner box was delicious and satisfying for the price. It was a close-to-original Turkish chicken doner, true to its roots. For those seeking a different taste, they should explore options other than Turkish doner. I think, what you are looking for is not called 'Turkish doner'. Hope that the quality and taste of the doner continue to nice in the future.

Just had a takeaway from el Kervan and where should I start the meats was fresh and tasty I had the el Kervan mega special which was more than enough for the four of us which came with lamb Doner, chicken Doner, 2 skewers of chicken Shish, lamb Shish and lamb kofte as well as chips, salad, sauces and pitta breads. Cooked to perfection by mus and kell. Let me be the first to welcome you gentlemen to Sevenoaks and you will be seeing more of me.

First time i visited this place on the way home, firstly its very nicely decorated so very good first impression and the food was amazing I recommend the chicken shish very nice fresh taste and great service from the guys behind the counter. Ill be back soon!

First time of buying here, it’s outside the station and always smells amazing in the air, unfortunately that’s where it ends. The venue is immaculate, and looks great upon walking in. I had high hopes at this point, it also smelt superb. It cost me £27 for two kebabs (large doner, large chicken shish and large chips). For what I received this is pretty insulting. The chips, this was not a large and a glorified medium at very very best. The lamb doner had next to no flavour and was saturated in grease to the point that it had to be dried off. The chicken shish was no better and lacked flavour, even the garlic sauce was poor. The salad, no flavour at all. All in all, no better than making it myself at home, in fact, I would go as far to say, what I make at home is BETTER! My local kebab shop is head and shoulders above in quality and flavour, not to mention substantially cheaper in comparison. It’s safe to say I won’t be back nor would I recommend based on my experience. I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled to do so on how very poor and overpriced this was. Edit - as per the response from the outlet. I don’t mind paying for good quality flavoursome food, have no issues to that. But when it tastes bland, flavourless and the smal portion, I begrudge it. If the food had of been delicious I would have come back, it was not flavoursome in the slightest and Vs your competition, it’s expensive for the size of the portion and lack of flavour.

The guys are really friendly and talkative, makes getting food easy. The quality of the food is amazing, chips are really good too and hard to get done right. It’s restaurant quality food but for takeaway and it’s a refreshing take on a kebab shop! I always order from here.

Don’t be put off by some of the comments, we had a great meal from El Kervan. We had a special as wanted to try both the chicken shish and doner. Both very tasty and high quality - not cubes like someone said below! Looking forward to our next visit!

They started off slowly but have gathered some great momentum in Sevenoaks. Some very friendly guys working in there. Food and also the sweet treats are a treat! Packaging is Eco friendly portions are decent aswell. My favourite is the Cajun Chicken shish and Rumbaba as a sweet treat. Keel up the good work guys!!!

Thank the lord! I’ve been waiting for this place to open for a while… somehow managed to miss it for the 1st 5 weeks but was not disappointed!! At last a decent quality kebab in sevenoaks that doesn’t have to sit on a bed of bulgur wheat. This is my new number 1!!

We decided to try as it has recently opened. Bought lamb doners, hummus and halumi. Very pleased with our meal. Delicious meat and plenty of salad. Chilli sauce tastes home made, delicious. Thank you.

Great food! Friendly staff. Price is fair for the portion size. We stopped in shortly before closing time. But the staff was very accommodating. Keep in mind… No dine-in is available. But this is a very short walk from our hotel. It’s also just across from the Sevenoaks rail station.

Disgusting food, tested old and off, waste of money, this place gave made us really unwell

Bought a fabulous sharing meat feast of a platter with rice and chips as well as a couple of other kebabs so we can try the whole menu. Ordered on-line and collected 20 minutes later stress free. The two staff members were friendly and helpful and the order was spot-on. My family of four absolutely loved it and we will be returning.

Ordered online, food was ready for the time I requested which was great. Overall the food was really good and tasted lovely. Unfortunately all the rices were missing from the order (3 in total). I tried to call the number on Google (multiple times) but it was diverted to the ‘messaging service'. Aside from losing out on the money for what I was charged the rest of it was really good 👍🏼

Nice little place, great food for the value, we ate here a few times and it was good. The place looks tidy, which is the most important for me. Salads were fresh but they could be more varied in taste. In it's category it is a fair little takeaway place for a quick bite:)

I rarely do reviews on anything but seeing that Elkervan's rating is below 4 is not fair. It's a great place, very clean and the chicken doner was delicious with lots of meat and salad. Definitely recommend.

Popped in to try it out as it’s recently opened . Partner and I got the meat and chips with salad and it was delicious. . Some reviews have said the portions are small but to be honest I think the quality of the meat is very good and worth the money, so price point was fair in my opinion . Also Very clean inside , staff are very friendly . Hope it remains busy , will defiantly go back!

Such a shame, so wanted it to be good, unfortunately the chicken doner meat was terrible quality, worst I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve eaten in some dubious London kebab shops), more fat, skin and grizzle than meat, whole kebab ended up in the bin. I will not be returning. Sevenoaks still in need of a good quality chicken doner.

Placed an online order today, waiting 10 plus minutes for confirmation, then receive an email saying the order was cancelled. Tried to call the number provided for more information...the phone number no longer in use. You're an utter shambles.

Thought I'd try it. Flavour is okay, but meat quality low and to make matters worse, it was overcooked. Small cube sizes and was not worth the money I paid. Nice people in there but that doesn't help my stomach! Will go back when I'm drunk off the train 🚆 🐔

Salad was pathetic,donor was only a few bits . shish was cut in to perfect cubes which don't sit right couldn't taste chilli sauce. For a new business just opened I'd expect more , should of stuck with hattusa.🥺 I had high hopes . hopefully opening nerve's .over priced for very little
