Food was good but I forgot to order prawn crackers. Tried to buy some but only had card and wouldn’t accept order under £10 even after I just spent £26 on food. Most places give free with order but clearly not here!

I took a chance on this Malay/Chinese fusion restaurant, based on the recent 5-star reviews, taking my mother there mid-week for her birthday. The food was exceptional! I ordered the sesame prawn toast and Mongolian lamb starter followed by the Tom Yam soup, lamb curry, and aubergine side. Everything was perfect and topped anything I have eaten in a Chinese or Thai restaurant. The ingredients are so fresh you can taste all the flavours. Nothing is tough nor greasy. How Longhouse is not packed each night with diners is a mystery because the food is absolutely delicious. We went again recently and had an equally enjoyable experience. My mother's lemon chicken was the best I have ever eaten; the Tom Yam infused rice was wonderful. It's an inviting and cosy restaurant, very clean and efficiently run. I cannot recommend it enough. Can't wait to return!

Love their dessert! Long House’s cuisine is memorable, with each dish featuring the unique flavors of Malaysia. The authentic taste of the sauces transports you to the street food stalls of Kuala Lumpur. The staff are friendly and polite, the ambiance comfortable, a great place to gather with family and friends. Highly recommend their Sambal Prawn and Lemon Chicken, there’s always a new surprise with every visit.

Always lovely quality food, good sized portions and value for money

Can't really comment on the atmosphere as we were the only people in there at the time. We travelled for half an hour to try a decent Chinese (based on their reviews across several platforms). All of the ones in Tunbridge Wells seem to be very below par. I'm very glad we did as the food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. Service was friendly and prompt and the portions were spot on. Will certainly be visiting again at some point.

I like the takeaways but I rather go and sit there and have some food , very fresh and enjoyable, we love all the little starters to share between few of us and the noodles are extra tasty !

This is our go-to place for Chinese food, although it is Malaysian cuisine, so you dont find pork dishes like sweet and sour pork bal ls. The food is good quality and the price is reasonable.

Had a few takeaways from the Longhouse, and decided to have a sit in meal with friends to celebrate my birthday. Brilliant and polite service, and the food was as good as ever.

Absolutely terrible food, the worst I've had in years. We ordered a set meal 2 which tasted like it had been reheated, with poor ingredients. Really poor quality food since our last visit 5 years ago or so. Very disappointing end to a lovely day. Worst £36.00 I've ever spent. A real shame.

Came to visit friends in Edenbridge and was hungry for hometown food..along high street there is this Longhouse Malaysian fusion restaurant. Their friendly service is worth more than 5stars..the food is as authentic as you get in Malaysia and TASTY!!. Did I mention their price is reasonable?

A different type of all you can eat buffet you order from the buffet menu all food is cooked to order so it's mega fresh order over and over again all they ask is don't order more than you can eat at £15 ahead it's good value

We arrived in Edenbridge 2 years ago, we have tried each restaurant in the area and I can have to say this is definitely my favourite. The service is great, the food is amazing. I would recommend the Yu Shang Japanese Tofu from the 'sizzling' side of the menu, also the Tom Yum Fried Rice. Amazing family run restaurant. Keep up the good work guys!

We were staying nearby and this little place was quite a find. We do love our asian fusion food and so we are always happy to find a new one. The redang here was simply the best we have tried so far. They lost a star because no ice in the water we asked for and the waitress struggled to smile throughout. The food was 5 stars though.

I've never left a review in my life and felt I have to do one for this. The only Malaysian thing in this place appears to be the pictures on the wall. Other than that, there's nothing Malaysian or fusion about this place. The food was inedible, poor quality produce, and stinks of stale oil from the kitchen. This is nothing but a cheap (and not very good) takeaway disguised as restaurant. Should have gone to McDonald's.

It is a small place but food is always great. We keep coming back to eat in and for take away. Lost a count of how many times we had their food, always excellent.

The staff always look a little startled when you say you want to eat in! This is cozy and well designed little restaurant, who obviously do most of their trade via takeaway. Nevertheless, if you're in Edenbridge and want a decent bite to eat - you should check this place out.
