cakes were stale , icing poor quality hard as a rock, staff are not friendly customer service is poor

We bought cake branch owner inside the shop he speak very rudely when we ask write message in punjabi he said no we can't and they wrote wrong message in English when we ask he talk very rudely dont go West Bromwich branch go to another branch

Ordered the oreo cheesecake it was absolutely beautiful..couldn't fault the decoration of the cake.it was actually to nice to cut.but couldn't resist would highly recommend

Ordered a cake online, as one of the family members suffer from nut allergy I had called in to confirm if possible to have no traces of nuts. I have never been spoken to so rudely for just confirming the nut allergy procedure. Therefore I will never order from them again. Cake box is the best place as they are great with customer service.

Purchased 12 varieties of cake slices and absolutely delicious. The lady who served us was very polite and helpful. Every cake slice tasted fresh and deliciously made by a very talented baker. Thank you so much and highly recommended.

Giving only 3 stars because if they put effort in to decorating my cakes I would give 5. Cake was still tasty but looked cheap

Ordered 2 Cakes from here in a week, for my Dad's & Daughter's Birthdays. They have started printing out cheap fonts on the picture cakes instead of hand icing them as before. The price is still the same or higher though. The cakes looked cheap as a result.
