I really enjoyed visiting here with friends. It's a great, relaxed atmosphere and the food was delicious.

Definitely recommend. Attentive and friendly staff and have returned many times. Excellent menu. Never had a bad meal! Also very popular. Watch for their special offers. Food interesting, not too expensive and delicious.

watching the cricket next door to the pub we thought we would have a drink,i ordered a chardonay for my wife and was asked large or small, large ordered, but what i hadn't realised was that i would need a mortgage to buy it,£10.50 i couldn't believe it,i remarked i could buy a bottle for that but received no reply,i didn't order my drink and left never to return.

Shockingly bad. We had not been to The Hollies for a year or so. It was always a real treat, great food shop and pleasant if very busy cafe. What a change. The cafe environment is fabulous, spacious outdoor area, and modern interior, but the food is shocking. Served as a takeaway…paper cups, bagged food…yet clearly meant for on site consumption…. The cafe used to be full to overflowing, especially on a sunny day like today, yet it was barely 25% full…no wonder. The food was barely edible, two soggy ciabattas (which are the main menu items), which took an age to create but were obviously just reheated from frozen. The staff were sullen and unapologetic when we complained. Worst food I have had in many years… The Farm Shop is expensive, but a delight, however, it was practically empty. I can only think that the cafe is impacting the wider business. Please get a grip.

2 Bacon toasties and 2 coffees. It would have been lovely to have been able to locate the Bacon, it was cut into small pieces and spread out. Very disappointing, the guy that served us could at least have smiled. Won't be going back.

I visit Northwich regularly and me, my mum and my little girl often pop in here on a weekend , I love that there's now and upstairs too. The staff are pleasant but especially ! The barista that is usually on at a weekend , short cropped hair with tattoos ( sorry I don't know his name ,) he is so friendly and nothing is to much trouble for him , he's lovely and one of the nicest people I've ever been served by ....... I honestly don't think this Costa would be the same without him , he's a real credit to it and gives it something that little bit extra.
