Really excited to visit but it turned out to be a bloke with a handful of macarons. Had to knock on the window to get him to look up from his phone. There's nowhere to sit, nothing else to order. None of the lovely cakes you see in the photos. Really disappointed.

I was really looking forward to visiting here on Saturday. It did not disappoint! The macarons, chocolates and cakes looked beautiful. The flavors and textures were wonderful. Myself and my partner got to speak to the owner too. You could really tell his passion for his work. Despite this gem being 50 miles from where i live, i will definitely be visiting again, and will be purchasing his ganache chocolates online :)

You need only look into this guy's Instagram account to see the love and care that goes into making these amazing looking "edible sculptures". We visited for the first time today and received friendly and knowledgeable service. It almost seems a shame to eat these products(!) as they look so appealing to the eye.

If you don't know this place your life isn't complete. Amazing ever changing selection of chocolate bonbons, macarons, petits gateaux and tarts which can be enjoyed alongside a choice of soft drinks, teas or coffee. I used to think this place was a treat but it has firmly become a regular haunt of ours. Run by a genius and his amazing team.

My friends at work treated me to a cake from Edible Art Patisserie and it was amazing!! Beautiful design and presentation. And so delicious. A real treat! Can’t rate this place enough. Will use it from now on for presents for others in the future.

The offerings of edible delights look so tantalising. The macarons I have purchased previously were ok (however all the subtle flavours tasted the same) so today I bought a small square lime green thing with mousse in it for £6.45. I expected something tangy, sweet, enjoyable; as tasty as it looked. I’ve just had a forkful and it was tasteless. Really disappointed as the goods are expensive and you expect wow, however I think I’ll chuck the other half away as it wasn’t enjoyable. Sorry to the owners and the people who make everything, but you need to add more flavour!

Afternoon tea is one of my favourite meals. And I couldn’t believe it when I found this wonderful shop one lunch time in Cheltenham. I can honestly say the cakes were as good as any cakes I had at the Mandarin oriental Hotel in London. I was absolutely flabbergasted at the quality the taste and the presentation. I came back today after visiting last week but unfortunately they are closed on Monday. I will definitely be coming here again. I’ve already ordered a box of bonbons which were the best chocolates I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommended

Thought I would give it a second try after being disappointed on the first visit many moons ago. The problem the first time around was that, the cakes lacked flavour and were simply plain and tasteless. I’m sad to say that on choosing 3 beautiful looking cakes Chocolate & popcorn Cherry & Chocolate Raspberry & Pistachio The same problem rang true. There was simply no taste what so ever in the Cherry & Chocolate. What should be a match made in heaven, the chocolate mousse was in fact tasteless. This was the same for the chocolate & popcorn. Uninspired on every level! The raspberry and pistachio slightly saved the day, with good but subtle flavours of the raspberry like mousse and pistachio . However sadly this place is Style over Substance in a large way!

My partner and I visited after hearing about it from friends. Staff were friendly, drinks were good, food average (I've had better and I've had worse) wasn't really much choice either bon bons which were alright we had 3 flavours Vanilla, Oero and Pistachio but they just tasted pretty much the same, cake options we had only 3 choices and nothing took our fancy and are very overpriced. Drinks were good, but I wouldn't visit again. Much lovelier cafes in Cheltenham with more options and better atmosphere

We were given a voucher for Edible Art in Cheltenham and went mid morning on a Thursday. As it was a nice day we sat outside with a very good cappuccino and two delicious cakes. We also bought a small box of macaroons to take home and they were also delicious.

Beautiful cakes and chocolates, a really decadent treat. It would be nice to have a detailed description of the item - only because I felt like a nuisance asking what was inside each cake!

Ok so I have an admission, my wife and I visit Damien and the team at Edible Art Patisserie at least once a week. The passion and skill put into the produce is incredible and we look forward every week to see what will be on offer. We love nothing more than sitting outside enjoying something delicious with a great coffee. I can't imagine weekends without this place, keep up the great work.

I was really excited when I heard Cheltenham was getting a new patisserie. We hadn’t had a decent patisserie since frère Jacques was in Montpellier 15 years or so ago. Montpellier is exactly the right location. Edible art has good quality patisserie and is clearly made by skilful pâtissiers , however after 4 visits here I feel that it is a little ‘style over substance’ The owner seems to spend most of his time on Instagram ranting, rather than engaging with his customers in store. Soo many friends have made similar comments to me about this and how disappointing this is. Perhaps it’s a generational thing as whilst social media on a clearly an important way to develop and advertise it’s not the be all and end all. Face to face engagement is far more important and a great way to develop relationships with customers The variety of cakes is not huge but this is clearly a small operation. The seems to be an obsession with glazing everything in mirror glaze and this can be quite clawing in your mouth. The actual flavours are ok but nothing that really stands out. It feels like too much effort is put in to the way things look rather than taste and this bothers me somewhat. Perhaps that fits in with the Instagram overuse. The Chocolates are very nice l, although again rather limited in selection and everyone looks the same. They are all filled and in the same shape. I was hoping for more choux pastry , some viennoiserie and some brioche and other types of cake. Overall it’s a good quality place but I can’t help but feel disappointed that it’s not got more substance There is little if anything for children to have here and whilst this may only represent a small part of potential business these are the next generational of customers and it would be nice for some kind of children’s option either by way of chocolates or smaller gateaux.

The desserts here are absolutely extraordinary. Edible art, indeed—almost too beautiful to eat. But you will eat them, and you will return for more! To take away the macarons, and other delights, you are given a beautiful and protective box for the jewel-like concoctions. Or,...

A very artistic, creative patisserie in the heart of Cheltenham town centre. My fiancé and I decided to visit on my birthday after making a reservation via email. The staff were really friendly & welcoming and the selection was ever-so tasty.
