Been coming for well over a year. Superb! Lovely staff, great food!

This Chippy was far batter than the last place, the last place was a bit fishy - cod only knows what was happening there! This is the plaice to go! Flippering hake is it good!

As expected, the food prepared by Italians is the best. The same goes for fish and chips. Kindness

£9 for a haggis supper is a lot for what I got. The haggis was very dry, must have been under the heat lamps a long time. Didn't really get many chips either. Sadly I won't be back.

Visit here multiple times and could ensure that the place was one of the best take away pizza shop in Edinburgh. However, I found that the taste of the pizza was a little bit drop if the pizza was made by their employee. Though the recipe should be all the same but I did prefer the pizza prepared by the daddy-owner. The fish&ships was always good but I think it could be even better if they rest the fish for a while after frying it. The service was nice and the price was reasonable.

My son said the Pesto e Burrata was the best Pizza he ever had. I also found it great!

Staff were friendly and the Pesto + Burrata pizza was amazing! It was ready quickly and reasonably priced It did come with the ingredients arranged more for visuals so I had to spread out the tomato’s and basil, but every ingredient tasted super fresh and delicious. They’re are a bunch of add on ingredients on the menu; but you can’t actually add them onto the pizzas- only if you’re building your own. Not a big deal but if you go for modifications, might not be for you. Overall I would go back and recommend!

Explicitly ordered fish AND chips, was asked if I wanted single or supper, said single but they don’t explain that single apparently means only getting the fish ? Why would I ask for fish AND chips if I only wanted the fish? The fish was fine, but please explain when people order, or write on the menu! that single fish and chips does not actually include chips

My boyfriend, on his way to see me, messages to say he got me my favourite food as I've not been well - pasta with a simple tomato sugo. If I'm honest I panicked slightly, as I only really like my mum's one and weirdly for such a simple thing it's easy to get wrong! But how wrong I was, it was perfect. Comforting, simple but full of flavour. The portion was MASSIVE too. Thank you, your sugo made me cry with happiness 🤣❤️ P.S I've also eaten lots of different things from here from pizza to a chippy tea and it's always good, I just felt this in particular deserved a review ✨

The best italian italian pizza in edinburght. Very clean place. he best customer service from the Family own business. I used them for over 20 years never being disappointed. Try pizza Diavola if you like spicy pepperoni.

Not bad chips but very expensive. £4.50 for a "large" portion that i would actually describe as rather small. Crazy prices.

If I’m desperate for a good chippy I’ll drive from eat lothian to here, chips are the definition of a good chippy, chicken nuggets are next level and the fish is top tier. Do yourself a favour and don’t pass this one up

I hate to write bad reviews, but you have to call out this behaviour when you see it. Now we all know the price of food has hone through the roof. I ordered a sausage supper with a Curry sauce. It cost £9.60. Clearly that is already expensive. The sausage supper was very expensive at £7.50. I think in most local establishments it will be £6. However my disdain was specifically for the curry sauce. Right off the bat, it tasted watery, but just look at the photos. The curry pot was not even 2/3's filled. I was so upset by the amount of curry, I weighed it. You can see it is 108gs in total. Empty weight is 12gs. So you are paying £2.10 for 97gs of curry. Needless to say the watery curry barely covered the food. The fact that the server didn't bother filling the pot is bad enough enough, it then costs that much. These places really need to have a look at themselves and the fact they are totally ripping customers off for sundries. It is really unacceptable. I will sadly take my custom elsewhere.

The only place I’ve ever gotten take-out from since I moved to Edinburgh. I don’t know what they put in their pasta but I have an unhealthy obsession with it, full on obsessed. Love it. The penne mascarpone is my favourite and they’re always so polite and sweet when I go in to get it. My favourite spot <3

Great fish supper - ordered online; ready for collection the minute they specified. Freshly fried haddock (to order!) with thin batter, crispy chips. One of the best fish & chips I've ever had. Ordered twice again. Fish and chips as good as the first time. Pizza also turned out to be very nice.

This place is absolute amazing! The food is delicious and the whole service is great! Amazing and nice people that makes you laugh and the whole menu is amazing (I know I'm using too often 'amazing' but that's how it is). The food is so delicious! Thank you for every single delicious food that you make for everyone!

My partner and I just went here for the first time, got a pizza diavola, the mac and cheese bites and a banoffee pie. The order was prepared quickly and fresh and the lady at the counter was super friendly. The pizza was hands down one of the best we've ever eaten! The mac and cheese bites were only 6 or 7 I believe, but so very good and the chili sauce that came with them was incredible! Last but not least the banoffee pie was such a delicious treat that we regretted not having bought one for each of us - highly recommended! We will be back :)

Just picked up a Lombardia pizza with garlic & mozzarella foccacia.... Delicious. Light and tasty, best pizza I've had in a while. Lovely chatty staff. Highly recommend.

£4.50 for a large chips!? Fair enough, but when said portion turned up it was about 4 spuds worth of chips. Shameful. Rescued from the dreaded one star by the fact that the miserly portion of chips did at least taste good.

Fantastic freshly cooked fish and chips

Very disappointed, my order was late over 1,5 hour, there was no update or notification if there's gonna be delays or any sort of information and this is not the first time that it happened.

Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful

Paid £24 and 1 and 1/2 hour wait for a lukewarm fish supper and 12" pizza with too much mozzarella. Never again.

Friendly staff, great service, amazing food

Order didn't arrive, when queried said would be another hour til arrival(2 Hrs late). Complained and they cancelled the order altogether. Now too late to order food elsewhere. Very disappointed with the customer service, would avoid.

Ordered fish & chips here for the first time and the portion was ridiculously small. Half of what you can get in other fish & chips in the area for the same price.

This has been my usual chippy for years, I don't get fish and chips very often but Eatalias is always my first choice. Never been disappointed, and the staff are friendly and will always cater to my requests for extra sauce.

Very nice. We had a mixed order of 2x fish and chips and 2x pasta, all 4 of is very satisfied. The Android app proved to be problematic for ordering as was via the website on the phone. Website on a laptop did the trick. Haddock and chips up there with the best.

One of the best pizzas I have ever had from a takeaway. I ordered the la bomba and I can honestly say it was incredible. The leith burger was also ordered and to quote Samuel L Jackson...'this is a tasty burger'. I will definitely be ordering from Eatalia's again on my next visit to Edinburgh.

I love this place. Im new to Scotland from New Zealand and the fish and chips here are done way better than back home. The best i've found is right here at Eatalias. So much so I make this almost a weekly indulgence. The Brown sauce is great with it and the deep fried burger and Pizza Slices are great too. Always greeted to a friendly and prompt service.

I have gotten fish n chips here many times and brought my fiancé and a friend for fish n chips A few times. It is really delicious and their brown sauce is my favorite! The family who owns the shop is so friendly and happy to make a recommendation of you can’t decide what you want. Lovely place.

I just got chicken nuggets supper, the nuggets were only 5 ! But, they were so succulent and delicious and large- i decided it was worth it. The chips were the right side of golden , and every single one of them was tasty and perfect! Usually chips come with a percentage of inedible hard bits.. Not these. I scoffed the whole thing. Fast delivery... Hot on delivery. Highly recommend.

I am Italian and I go as often as I can because the food there is like home even when the chefs tries to meet the local flavour. And I tasted a lot of food there. Thanks guys, ve la portate da Casa la passione!

The best spaghetti carbonara in Edinburgh

Avoid if tonights Fish Supper is anything to go by unfortunately the already cooked fish was taken out the hot plate and put back in and refried .I ended up with a very burnt batter brown and black in appearance and tasteless as was the fish shame as I have always had reasonable suppers and expect more from Eatalias.

Clean take away, welcoming staff, enough space to handle a small number of customers in waiting but not many, though the place is a small shop to be fair. The speed of service was good with the food being freshly cooked to order and very enjoyable. I will be back for more.

Pizza divina Durante una vacanza nel regno unito ho assaggiato diverse pizze, molte orribili, alcune decenti e poi c'è quella di Roberto che è divina, la miglior pizza che abbia mai mangiato e non parlo solo relativamente agli uk ma al MONDO. Taste is average. It's take out with no real ambience to dine, but price is expensive for that. Bella Italian with great ambience is lower in cost and more tastier.
