Eat Square Limited in Bath and North East Somerset

We came for the first time and had an afternoon tea. The food was lovely, staff were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend coming and excellent value for money

Noted as being “dog friendly” but it’s not really. A cold January evening with 3 people inside - told it’s outside or nothing. Not the waitresses fault of course. But certainly not dog friendly. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t bother. Just feel others should be aware of the policy.

I have been going to Bonzo for a long time and over the years and the service and food is fantastic. All the staff I have dealt with (and I mean all the staff over the years) are so polite, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. I have never come across 1 member of staff that hasn’t been helpful, pleasant and polite. Not sure if it’s company policy or they employ the right people but what ever it is it works very well. Can’t wait for Friday for my next visit!

This is my second time buying roasted milk tea in bath brunch. unfortunately its always taste like water and not good at all. the company should train their employees more often. this the only chatime brunch i have problem with btw. my favourite one is in bristol. they make the best and its so weird it taste different when they are the same company🥲
