Entire wrong order delivered and food wasn’t great

horrible service no drivers 1h 30min wait cold food plus i ordered mix meat and I get only chicken

Pizza came not as i ordered it (missing extra toppings) . And no dips came with it either.

Spent 40 food items missing almost unedible. Rang to ask where missing food items were got shouted at and lied too saying they are no longer delivering . Will never ever order again

Got my order wrong asked for no tomatoes in my wrap as I can not eat them and they put them in when I clearly stated no tomatoes

I've been going here for +10 years and enjoying quality kebab and pizza, but the other day, i decided to grab a falafel wrap and chips. Within an hour, i was being sick. Now im on day 3 of food poisoning, and it's not much better. Please avoid easton takeaway if you care about hygiene or simply not being stuck on the toilet for 3 days.

I was giving the wrong order, paid more for what I got, the take away did apologise and said they had a error with their machine and made was printed on the order

**EDIT** BACK ON FORM with new owners! Thank God! What the hell has happened to Easton Takeaway?! The previous staff were incredible, such friendly service, super hardworking and the place was always full for good reason. The last three times I've been in not only have they been unfriendly they've been downright rude and act as if they don't want your business. The food hygiene standards have massively slipped and the portions are totally inconsistent. I feel so bad for the owners who probably have no idea the new staff are clearly losing losing them a lot of custom. It's always dead these days. What a massive loss to Easton. Gutted. My previous review was: 5 well deserved stars. Always amazing service from an extremely hardworking team and the tastiest kebabs in town. A long-standing staple of our community.

They make their own naan bread for your kebab instead of pitta bread which brings me back every time. Little bit stingy on the salad but overall one of tue best kebabs in Bristol.

Bad service make an order get told come in 10 mins then ur stood there waiting for another 30 mins untill they decide to make it also didn't give me everything I ordered

not only waa he late the food was cold the worst part the taeaway is only 3 streets away also the driver wasnt going to deliver to my door till i told him im wheelchair bound,never again

Absolutely delicious chicken shish and kebab. Sadly no lamb or hummus when I was there but tender succulent chicken shish is amazing

The worst kebab I have ever eaten, they cut it and leave it there drying and it takes them a long time to serve you and the staff is very poorly educated.

Gone to the dogs. Use to be such a popular takeaway. Clearly mismanaged and poor staff. Don't bother with such place that use to have a queue outside and people travelled for miles around. There is clearly better takeaways around. A shame for the people of Easton, a loss cause.

Amazingly good chicken shishes 🙏🏼 the only problem we had with them is we ordered large ones but they seemed very small than usual, but hopefully next time you will consider this.. apart from that everything was perfect 👍🏼

Salad seperate from the kebab which is good i guess, but no cabbage which was contrary to the choices offered/chosen. Nice big flatbread instead of a pitta bread which i really liked. None of the lamb was chewy which was great, nice amount chilli sauce (could have done with a tad more if anything!). Large shish kebabs can be £12 in some places these days, so for it to be under a tenner was nice. 8 wings doesn't come with chips which is a shame. It doesn't say they do, however they do a smaller portion of wings with chips for proportionately less money.. The wings are good though! The burger is a standard kebab shop burger, nice amount of salad and sauce. 20% off for a £20 spend on Just eat. Good times. Probably my go-to for a lamb shish in future.

Was alright but could have been much better. Minimal salad and sauce.

This may look like a standard kebab place, but it's actually incredible and almost everything is homemade fresh to order. The falafels are made fresh and are so soft and crunchy and flavoursome, and the bread is made while you wait, and I'm pretty sure the hummus is homemade too it's so deliciously garlicky.

Take away joint with great value cash only. Got take away pizza at 11pm. 8 pounds for a large Easton special can not be beat. It dominated my stoned munchies nicely. Great job gentlemen keep it up.

The previous employees were amazing but new ones not so much. They got my order wrong and instead of apologising and getting me the right order they told me that they don’t care and that it is my problem not theirs. I regret not shoving the burger in his face as he was being rude.

Rang up to ask to put salad on to double check and they didn’t put salad on anything not happy won’t be ordering again and lied to as told it came in separate box

Easton Take away have the best chicken Shish I’ve ever had. Homemade bread and fresh grilled chicken and all the crisp salad. Yum.

used to go here often. i haven't went for over a year. why? lamb donner is dry, real dry. Their hygiene isn't good either. they were cleaning the chicken kebab area whilst i was ordering food, so my donner was inches away from soap 😐 their chips used to be pretty good(fat chips) but they were sometimes off and they also switch the a skinny ,cheaper and worse quality chips. This shop is either busy or empty. It baffles me how this place still has customers perhaps they have improved.

Ordered last night, Honestly one if not best quality kebab I have ever had in the UK if not world 👌🌍🇬🇧 Sorry no pics we wolfed it down with leftovers. We ordered two large easton special kebabs and large chips last night. My partner and I have had SO many issues with cold takeaways or bad quality or raw foods etc and this arrived really hot, driver was lovely and all cooked through really well and so much flavour and spices in the meat so lovely never eaten anything so nice!! even when we ordered it I asked to just cook it through more than usual and worry I sounded rude or pushy and even asked no cucumber for my partner and it turned up perfect and followed to a t!! The reason was as we'd had unfortunately hospital related food poisonings in the past, no joke! Ordering now is quite a deal if you think about it for us now, and if you don't trust the food then you've failed really and lost custom. So wanted to avoid all disappointment, but these guys won a million times over, thank you so much for your lovely food it made our day and put smiles on our faces !!!! I wish I'd tipped more, will do for next time!!! 10/10 can't wait to order again!! I even called the shop to thank as well as my partner suggested it. Really appreciate it and thanks again. Helena

The chips were hard the chicken fillet burgers stone cold not fit for consumption, delivery drive was an hour late the food boxes were soaking wet Disappointing get it was Xmas but don’t wanna get food posining food undercooked won’t be ordering again from here

Food really yummy, large portion of meat for the kebab, lots of sauce & naan bread was delicious. Happy customer. I preferred the lamb donner meat to chicken donner.

£17.47 for two kebabs & they completely forgot all the salad. Joke mate, never ordering from here again.

I ordered the large chicken doner (came with salad on the side), large chicken doner burger and large chips for a little above the minimum cost for delivery. The food arrived very quickly, the portions are huge, the chicken doner meat is very tasty and the naan is so nice.

Said 8 piece chicken nugget meal but we’re only 5 and half a portion of fries very disappointed as usually spot on with food

Tip top kebabs and wraps. Generous portions and pricing is spot on. Nice team working there. Premises are always spotless.
