Eastney Breakfast & Coffee in Portsmouth

We stopped in for a breakfast and were not disappointed. The food was fantastic and for a little cafe, came in such a good time. The highlights? The hash browns were superb, the bacon had great flavour without being salty and the eggs! My oh my, the eggs were so orange! We left with empty plates and full bellies. The staff were also great at recognising that my wife was pregnant and asked about the eggs. The attention to detail goes a long way to getting happy customers, and we were certainly happy customers! Would highly recommend getting a breakfast if you're in the area. Edit: as we were leaving we had an incredibly lovely chat with the staff. We left with even bigger smiles and a visit we shall remember. Will aim to return in the not too distant future

This has recently been taken over by new owners that have no idea how to cook a breakfast - everything lukewarm and overcooked, really really bad. New menus for burgers and junk food on the tables aswell now. Don't bother.

Terrible experience, after getting my order wrong the waiter was abusive towards me. After recieve nonsense like this anybody would leave a negative review.

Please do visit if you can. These guys are always so friendly. Grom Bangladesh originally, they do English food like full breakfast etc but I asked them if they do any Asian food and they do have one item, a Chana Dahl and paratha bread. If you like dahl you'll love this. Very reasonably priced and delicious 🤤🤤🤤

Embarrassing. One slice of bacon cut in half between two sandwiches??

I had a great experience at Eastney Breakfast and Coffee! I enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast that was perfectly cooked and satisfying. Paired it with an ice latte, which was refreshing and smooth. Highly recommend for a tasty breakfast or a coffee break!

Eastney Coffee and Breakfast serves a fantastic burger! It was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with fresh toppings and a soft, sturdy bun. The crispy crust on the side was a great touch. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a perfect spot for a casual bite. Highly recommend!

Just had the most amazing full english breakfast - sausages were in particular very good . Service was awesome too. Very friendly staff . Definatkey going back.

A little back story first ,I work away a lot and weekends are my time to relax and not have work stress. This Cafe was an accidental find and since then every Saturday I can I grab breakfast. Danny the owner (I think) makes not only an exceptional breakfast to order his coffee is beyond nice ( black for me ) . I can only recommend from my perspective but pop in if only for his coffee and chill to pleasant music and the calm it seems to bring . Before stepping back out into the world . Simply put great food and great atmosphere

This is a very nice little cafe/restaurant. Reasonably priced and great food and portions! I had eggs Benedict which were so so yummi, i just wish the egg white was a bit more cooked. The music choice is very nice, it’s jazz. I liked it. Friendly chef

Food was lovely! Bit of a wait but the chef stated this from the start and was clearly working non stop. When the breakfasts came they were flawless.

Popped in for the first time today. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while. The service was spot on and he wanted to do everything he could for you. I will be sure visit again and recommend this place to everyone!

Enjoyed a very pleasant full English breakfast all freshly cooked and couldn't fault it. Only live down the road so will definitely be coming more often.

Came last week towards closing time and let me bring in my dog too! An wasn't a issue to produce me a full English breakfast after has clearly cleaned up for the day. Food was absolutely excellent high quality an cooked to perfection.very very impressed an most certainly will return.infact making me hungry writing this positive review lol
